This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. PRESS RELEASE REGARDING HAN PETITION & CAO PERRY ACTIVITIES

Albuquerque—“Just because the mayor’s race is over doesn’t mean I stop weighing in on important issues affecting the city. I was a cop for over 30 years before I ran for mayor, I don’t just stop thinking like one because Mr. Berry got re-elected,” stated former Albuquerque mayoral candidate in his first public comment since the election on October 8, 2013.

“Last night I saw coverage on KRQE-13 about a report that addressed current CAO Rob Perry’s activities involving a city worker. I know from reading the city’s own Inspector General’s report that Mr. Perry may have violated state statutes and that a further investigation was warranted. Given Mr. Perry also swung his weight around at Mary Han’s death scene, this is very troubling. Darren White was forced to resign even when the IG found he didn’t do anything wrong, but here Mr. Perry is found to have committed misconduct and there’s no accountability. Why?”

Mr. Heh stated he will be holding a press conference on Friday, October 11, at 2pm at the end of Candelaria NW, west of Rio Grande NW. Asked why he was doing this, Mr. Heh said, “There are two things I want to address. One, I stand by what I've said regarding Mary Han. Even though APD Chief Allen Banks called me before the election and tried to get me to stop talking about things that are relevant to Ms. Han’s incident, some things need to be said and I will say them tomorrow. I also want the public to know that just because the campaign is over doesn’t mean I’m going away. For 25 years I worked to make this community a better place and I’m not about to stop just because I didn’t win an election. I was outspoken about corruption before I ran for mayor, I won’t stop being outspoken now.”
When asked why at this location, Mr. Heh responded, “This is where Mary used to spend a lot of her time running, this is her place.”

Right on Mr. Heh! Glad you are still speaking out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but why didn't Heh talk about the Chief of Police telling him not to bring up Han's murder during the debates. Isn't that intimidation by APD???

Oh brother Paul, spent years protecting the city? You were a lousy cop and proved to be an even worse opponent in the election. Go away & take your anti Albuquerque poison with you....the public is more than tired of you and your kind, constantly tearing down anything and everything for your own personal gain & sickness. You are a miserable person attempting to spread your own personal brand of misery. You need help dude, seek it. I feel sorry for your family, it must be exhausting dealing with that angry little man ego on a daily basis....

11:01 I love how it's always whenever anybody has a criticism it's to forward their own agenda or because they're anti Albuquerque. Weak argument you have.

You, 11:01,wish he'd just shut up like all the others you intimidate and bully into doing what YOU want. But guess what this isn't about you, it's about what could be a tampered with crime scene, in this case, a murder. And APD brass shouldn't have been there. DOJ will also be given this info.

First of all I'm sure Mr. Heh would not want you calling him brother..You must have not worked close to him and only heard stories. Cause had you worked with him you would have a different opion. But yet you are a coward and hide behind your anonymous post. I'm sure if you posted if you were an officer or former officer. I'm sure plenty of stories would pop up about you. So grow a set and approach that little man and tell him how you really fill... Keep it up Paul the truth will come out..

What is the city (Berry, Perry, Schultz, White and Banks) scared of regarding Mary Han?

They need to come clean on why all those people were present, just what did each one do and did they allow Paul Kennedy to remove items from the home? Let me remind everyone, the home was Mary Han's. Paul Kennedy did not own it and did not live there. So why was he allowed to go in and possibly remove any item? Just what were those items and where are they now?

This stinks of corruption at the highest levels of City (and possibly) State government. We can either stick our heads in the sand and say we don't care, or we can do what citizens should do. DEMAND TRUTHFUL ANSWERS FROM ALL INVOVLED.

So Albuquerque what will it be?

Fee Fi fo fum. 1101 sounds like the moans of an ugly one.

Also known as the spouse of an APD sergeant. Lmao!

Weren't Paul Kennedy and Rob Perry at one time law partners, I.e., friends if you will. Aren't they still friends if not law partners? Doesn't this"casual connection" get the little
hairs to stand up on the back of your neck? Things that make you go hmmmm.

Yeah and guess who was Perry's wingman when he tried to get elected as the state 's AG and lost....

From Xena Warrior Librarian:

Yup..PK..all these political connections, breaches of SOP, I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine, reek of insider illegal activities. Similar to the days of Manny. (Oh, and Richardson). Same dirty game, different faces. Hate to say this but it's New Mexico politics at it's worst as usual. Then everyone wonders why there was such low voter turnout...No matter who sits on the throne and wears the crown, they all end up with blood on their hands. Frankly, the only person who I believe would never had succumbed to this racketeering was Paul Heh. The political machine doesn't like him; he's too honest.

@5:14 pm: regarding 11:01:
Fee Fi Fo Fright...I think you might be right.

The cadence and poison expressed by the thoughts sound remarkably like the snorting and grunting coming from a pig trough filled with Ripple and corn cobs, sitting behind the wreckage of a table saw on the floor of a garage.

It is honorable and important to address the malfeasance in the suspicious mishandling of attorney Mary Han's untimely death.Unraveling those threads will lead to the exposure of criminal corruption by those who are entrusted to uphold the Rule of Law. It would be honorable for someone to also properly investigate and expose the serious and suspicious mishandling of 21 year old UNM engineering student Kerry Lewis murder on July 10, 2009; and the strange machinations since then.

Xena said; I recall a cold case when I first started working at APD.(not sworn, clerical). It was the daughter of author,Lois Duncan. I think her daughter's name was Katie or Kathy. There were so many theories but I think it's never been solved.

http://www.koat.com/news/wife-officials-didnt-tell-me-my-husband-was-killed/-/9154100/22381832/-/item/1/-/eo6260/-/index.html

Go to KOAT and read this story. This man was killed on October 7 2013 at 7 bar and Coors in a traffic accident. APD never notified the wife / family. This family only found out he was deceased when they called APD 5 days later. What does Banks and APD have to say? APD says death notification is not their job once the OMI shows up. Realllllllllly!!!!!!!!!! How about going to the SOP and reading how APD is supposed to make death notification unless the body is unidentified. This is the new APD, Thanks Berry / Schultz / Perry. This family needs to go to the DOJ to complain. They will get no satisfaction from APD or city hall.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with public safety to include staffing and response time. The voting public has made this clear. The non voting public currently does not give a damn about public safety. Their tune will dramatically change come 1 January when reality sets in that, as far as law enforcement is concerned, there will be less then 800 officers in the APD. This will mean only an average of approximately 8 officers per area command per shift. Banks will say over 90 officers are available per shift but it will not admit they have 1 to 2 hours to respond. Also subtract the number of Lts and Cmdrs he includes in the numbers who will not respond unless it is an officer involved shooting and the fallacy of numbers are severely reduced. Officers are stretched thin and no proactive policing is being done. The citizens have been duped by politicians. Officer involved shootings are about to increase because of inept leadership and a incompetent Mayor. It will get worse and will not improve until the public pulls their head out of their ass.

So since the voting public didn't vote for their guy, cops are going to start shooting people at an increased rate? YIKES

Aren't we taking this just a taaaaaaaaaad too far here? That is quite the stretch and accusation.

Xena says: 4:24....An "officer involved shooting" is a term that only means an officer was involved. She or he can also be the victim of the shooting....silly wabbit!

You are correct Paul wouldn't want me calling him brother, I would have had to slap our mother. As for working with Paul I had the unfortunate misfortune of working around him for many years. I say around him cuz I was the only one working, he spent his time smoking those stubby stinky little cigars watching cops like me hauling in the 47s and then being told to put him on the 42 so he could suck the golden OT tax payer tit. You're right, he is not my brother...and as for the little man, I have, he knows exactly how I feel about him, go ask him.

OK, I get that, but that wasn't really the tone of the thread I was referring to. But fair enough, and hopefully doesn't happen.

BTW, who the F is "Xena"?

Anonymous said...

@8:31 Good posts maybe you should run the EYE. I can't believe it either but I must admit I am not shocked by APD anymore. Banks first day on the job and a 34 commits 43 1. Sad for him and his family, did APD reach out to his Area Command and family?

I agree totally with you brother as I was there too! It's disappointing to see one run for any political office and have some kind of weird, self defeating need to publish on this blog. Makes for political suicide. The DOJ by the way has more info than they need by now already and not a whole lot is going to happen. Now...for some name calling. You all are idiots and morons! This blog site scares no one. The last election proves it.
