Our Eyes have just told us the plan going on over at the New Mexico Attorney General’s office, and it about perfectly jives with the information we have been hearing.
This is an election year, but on top of that, we all know the “will” those in charge with holding public officials accountable for their misdeeds have for going after targets like Schultz, and the dozens of others who so far, have NOT been held accountable for their actions that precipitated the crumbling of our city and police department.
What we are about to tell you should make a second term for Hector Balderas not happen under any circumstances, if this is all true. Nobody should be allowed to dodge a given duty out of political concern! NOBODY!
Our sources are telling us that the Taser / Schultz investigation is being purposefully left to die on the vine, and wither away by the AG’s office, with efforts in place to make sure nobody is able to ask questions or find out what is going on, until it just doesn’t matter anymore.
We all know that when the now mayor Keller did his investigation as the state IG into the Taser deal, after emails were found with Schultz clearly stating the deal had been “greased” between Taser and the city, there were crimes committed, and the case was forwarded to the Attorney General for possible prosecution.
We all know that Louis Robles was Schultz’s go to guy for legal representation in the Taser investigation. We all know that Robles, his associate Brian Colon, and Hector Balderas are all buddies, like peas in a pod.
Now here is how they are doing it.
You can not get information on an active investigation through Inspection of Public Records. The AG knows this, and the case is being kept open. It is inactive, and nobody is assigned to it, or working on it. That is right. NOBODY IS WORKING ON IT! Why you say? Because statutes will run, and it will just die, and wither. They do not want to touch this, because it involves everyone, and it is politics as usual. This blatantly means that the political careers and futures of politicians are more important than holding corrupt officials accountable for the sad state of affairs our whole state is in, because of a few criminal dirt bags. No matter how small the charges may be, or who it may affect, or drag back here, there is no excuse for this. It is reprehensible and heinous on the part of an office in charge of holding everyone accountable. They are hoping this goes away, so as not to disturb political careers. When things like this happen, it is usually because the trail will lead to political cronies, supporters, and friends. This is unacceptable. Essentially the investigation is being kept floating as open so they can ignore questions about it.
We are being told from within that as long as the case is kept open, requests for information can be withheld by claiming there is an ongoing investigation. This is playing the system for one’s own political benefit, and it is malfeasant.
Knowing all of this, this political hot potato can be kept in limbo for as long as they need it to be, essentially allowing certain people to avoid making the hard decisions, and choices for the welfare of our community, as they were elected to do, because of their own political reasons.
Right now, the AG needs to be called on the carpet for answers into this matter, just like is being done with Geier and Keller. He needs to reveal who is assigned to work on this case, and what the progress
is. There was supposed to be a grand jury convened, and we were told that that was cancelled too.
So we are going on another year after the AG said the Taser probe has widened, and they were coming to a close. What has changed? Political Tetris positions have changed, and elections didn’t pan out the way people thought they would. Aspirations have shifted and certain issues need to be hushed up. Brian Colon is running for Inspector General now. The horse shit is getting old, and everyone knows these three are connected at the hip, along with their previous relationships with Ray Schultz.
We here at the Eye believe the system in the State of New Mexico is more than broken. We believe it is being systematically and intentionally sabotaged, and enough is enough.
Every citizen in the state needs to stand up, and call these liars out on their inaction, because they have been making fools out of everyone while profiting from it. Corruption is a cancer that is spreading outward.
Shit collapsed, and officers can not do their jobs because scum betrayed everyone for their own personal gain. Where are these cowards? Not here! No! They fled like chicken shits. They are no longer dealing with the mess they created. Contact Hector Balderas and demand answers now!

In speaking of being a former victim of Schultz BS and the stuff he did on my IA case was the same. A former LT put on paper dates that they served me paperwork and those dates were false. I had my time sheet and P30's to prove it. Schultz did nothing to that fat pig LT and I am sure he reads this and knows exactly what he did more than I do. This type of behavior in IA has already been a pattern I know I am not alone when this happened to me.
Everyone believed Schultz and the lies he spread. I was the happiest person in the world when I found out he lost all his power and later fired. Don't drink the Kool-Aid is all I gotta say.
Not for nothing but this guy knows all about the shady shit going on in this state and hasn’t taken on any of the big shots by prosecuting anyone but that broken down old DA who nobody gives a shit about, who is unconnected. All he does is render opinion about shit like he did when they went after Brandenberg for prosecuting those two officers and he follows up with nothing. If the Brandenberg case was politically motivated and malicious like he said it was, then it was abuse of authority fraud and waste of tax monies by the last administration, and it should have been pursued criminally and administratively. Of course that wasn’t done, because the guy has no balls and only attacks soft targets who can’t retaliate politically. Thus should be his only and last term. And Robles seems to get every dirty case to defend thst comes down the road. He’s another mob lawyer. Balderas has known all about the illegal and unethical things the NMLEAB has been pulling on politically targeted officers and he sits there and does nothing about that either. You know what they will say? They will say nobody made a complaint so we can’t do anything until somebody does. That is like an officer driving down the street seeing a crime in progress, doing nothing about it, then claiming the reason he did nothing was because nobody complained about it. That’s it in a nutshell. When Banks threatened that Officer about his testimony, that was an implied threat and witness intimidation. That should have been proactively investigated and prosecuted. This BS about nobody making an issue about all of this is just that, bullshit. The chief law enforcement official in the state has the authority to self initiate an investigation. They just pick and choose what they want to do based on if it works for them. The tips contained in this blog are more than enough to start a few dozen criminal corrruption probes. From my knowledge that officer left APD after that. And these fools wonder why they can not get officers to join APD. Just how do you make suicide look attractive because taking a job with APD is suicidal for your career and life.
Why hasn’t Mayor Keller asked the DA or the AG to bring charges?

From day one of being elected State Auditor, Keller was determined to outshine Hector Balderas when Balderas was State Auditor. Keller started doing audits normally never done by the State Auditors Office for the sake of publicly to run for Mayor. Two such audits were the backlog of rape crisis kits and the Tazer contracts. There were others. You have been played boys, you have been played.

You call Hotlets a hero for adopting a baby? A nice thing, benevolent, charitable, and a few other words come to mind, but not hero because a hero is someone who risks their fucking life to save another, or prevent a catastrophe, severe bodily injury, or loss of life. All you have to do is look at the arrest stats list for APD that gets put out monthly and yearly. You can clearly see who is making the dent in crime with their arrests. It isn’t these two laurel and hardy clowns calling people homie and dog. It is the same dozen or so officers making an arrest or two every single day. These are the same cops you see in court every day. There is your proof. All of the sudden a new crop of frauds want to pop up and act like they were cops all along. These two clowns couldn’t find a violent criminal if they were locked in a room with one and if they stumbled on one they would probably get their ass kicked so bad they would quit.

But all is well because the city is going to round up all the homeless and pen them in like animals at the shelters. The tiny homes thing is a joke. Will they be forced to sign something saying they won't panhandle, or commit other crimes, no drug or alcohol use? Will never work, then the city will move all of them and then we will have to look at vandalized storage sheds. No one actually still believes Keller was a good choice for Mayor right? He's clearly just as corrupt and dirty as Berry. I'm hearing Medina isn't doing much and what is doing he's fucking up. Geier set himself a mandate to remove his top picks, ala Sullivan, and tell them bye bye if they are not performing to the standards of their positions. But because of Sullivan not going quietly into the night, Geier is living in fear of how another, so quickly, forced resignation from the top ranks will reverberate in the media. Put on your big boy pants Mike, admit your mistake, fix it and move on like an adult. The longer this goes on, the worse it will be for you.
The Taser issue is as old as Kathy Levy's nasty snatch. Nothing was ever going to happen and will never happen to anyone involved in it. It was just the way Schultz and others did business and it will continue to be business as usual. Absolutely nothing will change its as plain as the warts on Schultz' little dick.
