A TASTE OF PUBLIC SENTIMENT FROM A DIE HARD PROPONENT OF TRANSPARENCY.

Below is a portion of a communication we have received from a very concerned community member who has been calling out the city on it’s corruption for years. This man served his country, and has had the courage to stand his ground against people like Schultz, Perry, and many others. We see him at city council meetings calling out those he deems the problem here. He has been bullied but continues to fight for what he believes in. People are feeling let down, and we believe a chance for real change has been missed, in exchange for pretentious images and a commercialized cookie cutter form of government.

 MY RECENT NM IPRA FINDINGS-CONFIRMING THE DOUBLE STANDARD OF JUSTICE HERE

After reviewing Friday the only three evidence.com recordings, some clearly edited in APD’s case involving Christian the relative/likely stepson of Councilor Ken Sanchez who caused a vehicular accident in mid-June and fled the scene after pulling a gun on the man he crashed into, I sent the following initial comments to your fine new Clerk Ms. Duhigg and to many others
“The first, 18-0063592, was the APD detective’s telephone conversation (at Tel 206-6881) with Councilor Ken Sanchez’s wife regarding her son Christian’s driving conduct o/a June 13.  Also of evidence.com 18-0057175, the video of the elderly threatened gentleman whose white SUV was hit by the black BMW that Christian was driving, who said the boy pointed a gun at him before fleeing the scene. The van driver gave the APD aide its license number-I believe he said it was NJB 405. Also of evidence.com video 18-20057961 of the later APD stop of Christian, that contrary to his mom’s telephone statement to the detective, the officer(s) never searched the car for the gun-just searched him. White paint from the crash with the van was on the black Sanchez BMW.

“After reviewing the three evidence.com recordings yesterday which I briefly commented upon (more to follow) it is clear that much of APD’s information supported Councilor Sanchez’s seemingly attempt to influence, possibly have APD cover up his young relative’s/possibly step-son Christian’s threats with a gun of an elderly owner of a white SUV right after he sideswiped it in the family’s black BMW that he was driving o/a June 13 of this year-a clear bodily harm criminal offense. While initially denying her son even had a gun, Christian’s mother who works in BERNCO’s HR would later even ask the detective on the phone (evidence.com recording 18-0063592) whether brandishing a weapon at a motorist was even be a criminal bodily harm (aggravated assault) offense?”

This case intentionally buried by APD Chief Geier was brought to my attention by an honest City insider that prompted my July 31 NM IPRA request.  Even though the media was copied on my e-mails to Ms. Duhigg, they cowardly refused to cover the story nor was the CPOA even interested.

The judicial system here beginning with our police and DAs-contrary to the recent Journal article by Judge Daniel Ramczyk has always been for sale.  All those in the deemed “privileged class” of our government, including our bad cops and others in power (or their family members) are never to held accountable/punished here.  This was even more proof that Chief Geier should never been given the job by you when he chose to bury this mid-June incident by Ken Sanchez’ step son Christian.

While many never heard of the Christian’s criminal offense until I brought it up, many saw the KRQE report last night where APD arrested Sean Saiz for pulling a gun during a parking dispute and APD then cited  him for aggravated assault.  https://www.krqe.com/news/crime/man-pulls-gun-during-fight-over-parking-spot/1397891911 It’s too bad Sean Sais wasn’t also related to Ken Sanchez.

Those privileged in power here likely wish that blog sites like the Eye on Albuquerque, ABQReport and other truth tellers along with their readers-many of them honest cops, would go away.  But fortunately they won’t. See attached the latest ABQReport article by Jim Larson, a former POB member.

Also see the reader comments to a recent Eye posting on former cop Leah Kelly Acata who the misguided Councilors had even honored at a meeting.  See the summary below of Leah’s 9/14/2010 unjustified shooting of non-threatening Chandler Barr downtown.  As expected, a federal jury exonerated this despised-by-many APD cop. 

I continue to hope that some day you will stop being just another embarrassing NM politician seemingly committed only to maintaining the status-quo, the culture of corruption and lack of accountability that has made this city and State the disgrace of the nation.

We are also getting tired of seeing these insulting photo ops of you being dreamed up by your high-paid publicists pretending that you really care about us-doing something meaningful. The latest was with the UNM football team.  Yet your enablers in the mainstream media are more than happy to publicize these phony photo-ops of yours.

Until that time, you and others like you including AG Balderas can expect to be damned for your actions or inaction by the truth tellers who hope someday that their tough love will finally sink in.

It’s finally time to admit you made a serious mistake when picking Schultz’s prize pupil Mike Geier as permanent Chief and finally send him packing along with others like him including his NM IPRA stonewallers like Ms. Barraza-all of whom have dragged this city down into the gutter.

It appears that Steve Aguilar, your personal attorney and head of your Legal Department who was also chosen-like Geier in a rigged selection process has also shown himself to be no different than Berry’s embarrassing Jessica Hernandez and Kathryn Levy and should also be shown the door.

Finally, maybe a long talk with new US Attorney John Anderson and the DOJ folks in DC are also in order whose decision to also go AWOL in this reform challenge is also part of the problem.  Possibly they may consider hosting a meeting with us-the real concerned/involved, often threatened people of this city in order to hear the truth for a change.

Reading the above correspondence it is essentially clear that some people need to get their heads out of their asses and quit covering for cowards who expect political favors but want to hide in the shadows.

Citizens are getting fed up of being placated, and are fighting back with information. Information is key and knowledge is power against corruption and favoritism.

As we are dealing with remnants of the past still influencing, and continuing to ruin our city and state, the administration is considering allowing officers to wear beards. Yes folks, as the city is in meltdown over out of control crime and corruption, this administration is more worried about some commercialized image of Albuquerque One, and allowing minime clones with oldtimey hairdos beards and sleeve tattoos. What asshole suggests a change in policy for beards when all of this is going on?!? Talk about arranging deck chairs on the Titanic and priorities. No wonder why this place is crumbling.

Someone needs to get it through their tucking head that the problem here is not about something that a marketing program can help. It’s time to put your fucking pants on and get some calluses.

New Answers on the Taser Investigation into Ray Schultz, and the Deal He Greased. Pay to play that is prosecuted everywhere else is being covered up in New Mexico.

Our Eyes have just told us the plan going on over at the New Mexico Attorney General’s office, and it about perfectly jives with the information we have been hearing.

This is an election year, but on top of that, we all know the “will” those in charge with holding public officials accountable for their misdeeds have for going after targets like Schultz, and the dozens of others who so far, have NOT been held accountable for their actions that precipitated the crumbling of our city and police department.

What we are about to tell you should make a second term for Hector Balderas not happen under any circumstances, if this is all true. Nobody should be allowed to dodge a given duty out of political concern! NOBODY!

Our sources are telling us that the Taser / Schultz investigation is being purposefully left to die on the vine, and wither away by the AG’s office, with efforts in place to make sure nobody is able to ask questions or find out what is going on, until it just doesn’t matter anymore.

We all know that when the now mayor Keller did his investigation as the state IG into the Taser deal, after emails were found with Schultz clearly stating the deal had been “greased” between Taser and the city, there were crimes committed, and the case was forwarded to the Attorney General for possible prosecution.

We all know that Louis Robles was Schultz’s go to guy for legal representation in the Taser investigation. We all know that Robles, his associate Brian Colon, and Hector Balderas are all buddies, like peas in a pod.

Now here is how they are doing it.

You can not get information on an active investigation through Inspection of Public Records. The AG knows this, and the case is being kept open. It is inactive, and nobody is assigned to it, or working on it. That is right. NOBODY IS WORKING ON IT! Why you say? Because statutes will run, and it will just die, and wither. They do not want to touch this, because it involves everyone, and it is politics as usual. This blatantly means that the political careers and futures of politicians are more important than holding corrupt officials accountable for the sad state of affairs our whole state is in, because of a few criminal dirt bags. No matter how small the charges may be, or who it may affect, or drag back here, there is no excuse for this. It is reprehensible and heinous on the part of an office in charge of holding everyone accountable. They are hoping this goes away, so as not to disturb political careers. When things like this happen, it is usually because the trail will lead to political cronies, supporters, and friends. This is unacceptable. Essentially the investigation is being kept floating as open so they can ignore questions about it.

We are being told from within that as long as the case is kept open, requests for information can be withheld by claiming there is an ongoing investigation. This is playing the system for one’s own political benefit, and it is malfeasant.

Knowing all of this, this political hot potato can be kept in limbo for as long as they need it to be, essentially allowing certain people to avoid making the hard decisions, and choices for the welfare of our community, as they were elected to do, because of their own political reasons.

Right now, the AG needs to be called on the carpet for answers into this matter, just like is being done with Geier and Keller. He needs to reveal who is assigned to work on this case, and what the progress
 is. There was supposed to be a grand jury convened, and we were told that that was cancelled too.

So we are going on another year after the AG said the Taser probe has widened, and they were coming to a close. What has changed? Political Tetris positions have changed, and elections didn’t pan out the way people thought they would. Aspirations have shifted and certain issues need to be hushed up. Brian Colon is running for Inspector General now. The horse shit is getting old, and everyone knows these three are connected at the hip, along with their previous relationships with Ray Schultz.

We here at the Eye believe the system in the State of New Mexico is more than broken. We believe it is being systematically and intentionally sabotaged, and enough is enough.

Every citizen in the state needs to stand up, and call these liars out on their inaction, because they have been making fools out of everyone while profiting from it. Corruption is a cancer that is spreading outward.

Shit collapsed, and officers can not do their jobs because scum betrayed everyone for their own personal gain. Where are these cowards? Not here! No! They fled like chicken shits. They are no longer dealing with the mess they created. Contact Hector Balderas and demand answers now!

They can’t always get what they want.

This is an excellent and genuine comment, and we appreciate that. It is free of agenda, and lays it out pretty well. It brings up points that people want to discuss, considering the history of malfeasant politics in our city, and it shows the frustration at hand. This is what we like here. We appreciate the bluntness. It is way better than the slimy, agenda driven, passive aggressive shit attacks we get here, from those that disagree because their ego, political plans, or cushy assignment prospects were dashed to pieces on the shores of life’s many disappointments.

Nobody here is on anyone’s nuts. Rest assured of that. This was all about denial of access, and cover to those responsible for the state of affairs of our police department, and city. It was about taking away that access, and exposing corruption. As much as things may appear one way or another, considering the perception and vantage point. One thing is for sure... the dynamics will be changing, because promises were made to clean this up, and make things right. This is our objective too. The Eye is organic and operates as so. It is beholden to nobody.

The problem in our city is people who think they are more important and worth more than you, us, and everyone else around them. These absolute vermin have destroyed the city with this mentality and their criminal actions. Those who stood by, and watched are guilty, and those who “got theirs, and took off to avoid the heat, and accountability when the DOJ arrived are just as guilty too.

The secondary problem, are the pests who want to hear themselves talk with their bloviated calling of the shots, and predictions as they say. They have predicted nothing, and they too are cowards, as they run their mouths from well insulated positions, or already have locked down high dollar pensions. You are also going to see the false cheerleaders, and blow jobs coming out of the woodwork too. We will be doing our best to preempt all of this or call it out for what it is, and outline the motive.

Going back to Berry’s election, we know for a fact that during his campaign he told many that if elected, he would toss Ray Schultz in the shitter. That is a fact, but something happened. That “something” is always the gutless, parasitic cretins who think they are power brokers, sitting behind the scenes cutting deals, or calling in favors for political support, or other issues that may be needed down the line to get what they want, or support their agenda. These are the people we are observing now. In New Mexico, this picture is large, but when it involves criminal activity it is racketeering. It is the reason why Brachle was not indicted for shooting a fellow officer. It is the reason why the Albuquerque Journal supported Dan Lewis and Brian Colon at the same time. It is the reason why they then changed their tune, and supported Tim Keller, when the other two were called out on certain issues, and it was evident Keller was going to take it. It is the reason why Ray Schultz has not been indicted. It is the reason why Nate Korn of Kaufman’s West Army Navy gave campaign donations to a candidate Lewis, when his wife is a political appointee of Republican Governor Martinez, and he himself supported Martinez and Berry, while being Ray Schultz’s main cheerleader, and dirt doer at the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board while he was there. It is the reason why Darren White, who is a shameless Susana Martinez water carrier gave a large sum of money to a Lewis in the mayoral election. It is the reason why there was a campaign of disparity in treatment of officers during the Scheme Schultz himself devised to keep the DOJ out of our city while painting people stains on the badge when these people are the biggest shit stains on humanity. It is the reason why criminal officers were covered for, and allowed to retire, while others had cases fabricated on them out of retaliation, animosity or to defraud the DOJ, for doing their jobs, or trying to raise a child. Albuquerque has been one big fucking racket for way too long, and sometimes fucking up co-conspirators best laid plans is the path to reconstruction. The police department suffered from all of it, and now you and your family are suffering from the fallout of officers who shut down, to avoid being victimized by a malfeasant, malevolent, self serving administration, out to cover up their corruption on the backs of any target of opportunity; hence our out of control crime rate, that correlated directly to illegal and unethical actions taken out on the police department out of desperation by former Police Employee Ray Schultz. (We will not call that bag of puss a Chief any longer.)

The people that you do not know about, who lurk about like cowards, torpedoing lives, and destroying the very thread of everyday life in our city, for their own advancement, do so out of greed, power, and sex. This is the problem. One of them knew all too well how serious this was when he got on an airplane, and left the city the day after his criminal administration was toppled, and he had no more cover. That fat red faced drunken bitch is now in Indiana. Indiana! How funny is that? How the fuck do you end up in Indiana from Albuquerque? You pack your bags and run like the bitch that you are in the middle of the night to follow your wife who is the only one left employable in the family. That is how.

You will hear the same people bring up the Eye and Berry from Berry’s first election win. They were the same people that contributed thousands to him, BUT they were the same hypocritical spineless cowards who remained silent for eight years as we tore this administration a new ass weekly, with every bit of intel we could muster, without giving up our sources. They were the same people who “got theirs” then got the fuck out, and left the mess for everyone beneath them. How many people would still be here if certain bits of information had not been released. Three evolutions of upper command staff turnover happened under Berry.

Everything is here in the archives. We were lied to, and we dealt with it with viciousness, and ferocity that you do not see in many other cities coming from a blog. This blog was started under the Marty regime. We all know what went down during those days. Berry knew it, and although you may think he got away with something, that pathetic clown will probably run away too. Just compare his photos from eight years ago to one taken today. He looks like a bag of ass, and all of his hair fell out. Bad things people do have a way of catching up with them. The stress, and lack of a reputation will take a toll on that boy forever. We do not envy him.

So, knowing that the stakes are very high here, there is not much room to be dishonorable, or revoke campaign promises. With that said, we do know how hard things are going to be, and it’s only been a week.

Things are going to be difficult, because one of the groups we discussed above will come into play. There is major assburn over Garcia being kept on as deputy chief, and the bringing back of retired APD commander Harold Medina. As a side note... Medina couldn’t even raised his right hand for his swearing in ceremony properly. What cop, let alone someone who was promoted to the level of commander does not know that you place your left hand on the Bible, while raising your right hand to be sworn in? Harold Medina does not... That’s who! How embarrassing is that?

The look on Keller’s face as Medina raises the wrong hand and ignores the Bible is priceless?

Things are also going to be hard, because there is not many. The pool of good leadership material is thin. You will see where the rubber meets the road, and who is in it to win it in time, because word is that a few are angry they weren’t promoted. We will see who sticks around to fix things, and who takes their ball and goes home. Honestly, we don’t want to see spoiled self centered brats kept on. A handful of dedicated loyal individuals can do the jobs of dozens if they know they are backed, and there is mutual trust between the officers, the citizens, and the command staff. As we see it, it is the command staff’s obligation and responsibility to regain the trust of both the officers and citizens. If you want to call yourself a police executive, you better understand what comes with that. Schultz, Eden, Huntsman, and the rest of the previous filth had no concept of that.
Although there are things we disagree with going on, we will deal with it, but we will not throw grenades at it, without a baseline to go on, because there are good officers depending on things to change drastically for them in a good way. If that does not happen... If officers get shit on we will address it. The same goes for all city employees and our citizens.

The fact of the matter is that Keller’s apologizing for complete assholes, who shot people with ashtrays, lotion bottles, cell phones, spoons, or who were just plain unarmed, for crimes ranging from nothing, to petty misdemeanors is called owning it. The fact that people were shot when they did not have to be, or as they were being talked down, and about to comply, like Boyd and Ellis and having to listen to jackasses on police audio recordings exclaim “ oh fuck fuck was that me?” when their gun goes off, then observe a whole entire city attorney’s office, and police department justify a negligent discharge of a firearm after a fathers kid is killed... THAT is the problem here. You can not deny that there were several unjustified shootings in our city that denies belief. How do you justify shooting someone standing on their own front porch from across the street, in the back, when they have a spoon in their hand, and the officer knows it is a spoon, then promoting them. How do you justify skipping over officers for promotion, just because you do not like them, when they have stellar records or better yet railroading them off the job to distract from upper command staff public corruption? How does a shoot get justified where an officer knows an object in the hand was a spoon, but the excuse was that the officer felt he may go inside, and get a gun? It does not work that way. That is not an imminent threat, but this was one of many unarmed shootings this officer had, and another one of the many ridiculous excuses that people are sick and tired of hearing. How does a mental patient get killed in his own back yard by the police when he is unarmed just because an officer bit off more that he could chew physically, and precipitated the situation? How does an officer shoot an unarmed suspect in the back, stand over him and shoot him again and lie about there being a gun in his hand and not get indicted for murder? There are use of force cases that need apologizing for, and actual prosecution of, and there are use of force cases that look like absolute shit, but are justified. People understand this, but the previous administration under Ray Schultz had blurred the line so badly that nobody, even the officers trust anyone, and that is no good. It is the reason why we are here. Some apologizing needs to be done on both sides, and the administration carries most of the weight on that. The competent officers know they didn’t fuck up. They know who the fuck ups are, and they don’t want to be around them either. If officers are cringing at some of these things, something is wrong.

You will never hear a good cop complain about the field, fighting criminals, dealing with drunks, ignorance, or anything related to police work out there in the trenches. The constant enemy of the good street cop is the self important, micro managing attention whore of a police executive who uses them for a stepping stool. That is going to stop. The failed leadership that betrays the rank and file out there every day, doing what they themselves can’t do, don’t want to do, or are too good to do will always be held accountable by us, because that is what destroyed our city.

The citizens have been duped by New Mexico politicians for decades. This has been done on the backs of employees, officers, other politicians, and the citizens themselves. As the song goes, you can’t always get what you want, and this is true here. Now THEY can’t always get what they want, because even though there are still unavoidable tentacles of influence throughout the place, there are also more Eyes. After all of this, and everything that happened, betraying the good for selfishness will never be lived down, if it is the result of intentional malfeasance. There will be stumbling and growing pains, but mark these words, there will be accountability. That is pretty much the climate we are in, and everyone knows this because of what happened, so mimicking a Berry regime is not likely.

Another reason we went this route was because the Mayor had a background in accountability based government. He conducted audits and knows what Berry and Schultz did and what they are. He was also none of the above when it came to the politically connected who are responsible for what happened here through their direct actions, or affiliations. We also decided this because he had a background in government an had the best plans for action.

You know what we do. We do not betray, nor do we stab backs. We react to deception. We only ask that the right thing is done. We ask that the wrongs be righted. Nobody is a peasant. Every wrong needs to be addressed. We ask that an honest attempt be made at all of this. This is all that can be expected. We are a week into this now. Let’s see what happens. All does not happen in a week. This will be a process. We will be watching, and so will our Eyes.

Feelings will get hurt. We can almost promise that, because we know who the posers are, plus you can’t appease everyone. We know who sat back, while the injustices were taking place. We know who reserved endorsement, until weeks before the runoff. We know those same frauds are standing in the crowd behind the Mayor, like they have been there all along, and we have their names, and facts to back it up. Those people are the ones who’s feet will be held to the fire when they decide to take the political, or low road approach to doing the right thing. We are also tired of union officials walking around like they are a boss, or bragging that they have the mayor’s ear. You know who you are. Get out your insulated booties mister “bro” because your shit is no longer going to be tolerated either. Joey boy learned it the hard way and you can too. If we smell any selfish agenda we will put it out there.

All in all, what we are saying is give it some time, but keep a close eye on everything. It is all we can do right now as things start to settle in, and get rolling. Taking care of Lou Golson, making the commanders give up the incentive pay, and filing an LEA90 against former Lt. Brachle’s certification were outstanding first moves. We will continue to keep eyes on the appointments, along with circumstances as they unfold. We want to see things made good, and safe for all of our citizens, officers and firemen.

We do not know how we will feel tomorrow, let alone 4 years but we will see, and so will those who choose the wrong choices.

No one person is Albuquerque’s savior. It is up to all of us.

More piss poor judgement from the do as I sayers. More Hypocrisy from the Land of Entrapment.

We are just going to put this out there.... just because. Above is a photo of someone who is charged with judging officers actions, and making decisions regarding the moral fitness of individuals brought before the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board regarding their actions on duty, as sworn police officers. The judgements handed down by these quasi (frauds) judges can be anything from reprimands, to revocations of their law enforcement certifications. These Monday morning quarterbacks are not lawyers. They are not judges. They are political appointees usually connected to the political machine in power, and loyal to it's agenda.

Some of these people claim to be people of the church. They act as if they come from heaven itself. They attend church eeeeeeevery Sunday! Holy rollers, if you will. Bible thumpers. They walk around as if they are pillars of society. Sometimes listening to these sanctimonious clowns is an exercise in self control. It must take severe self control to not stand up, and tell them to piss off with their Monday morning quarterbacking, while watching them cower, and run out of the room like the punks they are. When confronted by someone who has their number, and is not going to tolerate their spineless horse shit anymore, away they will run, because none of them have the balls to go at anyone head on who confronts them.

Above is a photo of Bill Reed. Mr. Bill was recently photographed in Las Vegas with friends where this photo was found. It has since been hastily removed. Mr. Bill is a hearing officer for the NMLEA board in Santa Fe. He hears cases up there with retired APD coward Paul Feist. All republicans. All loyal to Martinez and Berry. All with connections to APD. All beholden to people who are responsible for the mess here. He is also the husband of Patricia Paiz, who ran as a Republican for Bernalillo County Commissioner. Remember Mr. Bill, and the election meltdown? We do. It amused us how they tried to call out Mrs. Paiz's political opponent in that election; Michael Quezada. Poor sportsmanship in our EYES!

Remember folks, while we are all dealing with the train wreck that is going on in our state, the connected are not happy with what they have. It is never enough. Until the nightmares created by the smug, are brought to the same people who hurt others to cover for corruption, protect their cronies, and profit from, we will not stop. We will not stop until we rid the place of hypocrites, liars, cowards, perverts, back stabbers, punks, criminals and the corrupt. We are going to right the wrongs.

So we say to officers who have to be judged by people like this, print out this photo, and bring it to your hearing. Call for properly qualified, morally fit individuals to be fairly judged by. This should not be making decisions on careers that effect people and their families, departments and society.

Standby folks, because in the near future we will be busting the NMLEA board wide open with evidence of fixed hearings, where rulings were tampered with, and tainted by political influence and hearing officers were told what to do. It is going to get really ugly. All they have to do is be fair, and they can not even do that. They will all have themselves to blame when the inquiry comes knocking.

And if anyone felt self righteous, or that we were wrong, the photo would not have been ripped down as fast as it was posted. So STFU PREEMPTIVELY.

30 CALLS HOLDING, AND WHERE ARE YOU HUNTSMAN?

A lot of attention has been lavished on our well deserving chief liar Gordon Eden lately.
There is no dismissing the fact that this Eden character was put in place as a muppet.

Muppet definition:
A person who defies explanation with regard to common sense and logic, emitting an air of confidence that is mutually exclusive to that of their accomplishments or ability.

Gordon was not the first choice for chief, and he definitely was not the the most qualified.
When a bumbling clown, who gets caught in lie after lie needs guidance, what better place to look than a good old buddy like Eden's, Bob Huntsman; good old two faced Bob, as we call him here at the Eye. You see, Bob was always the kind of guy who had to stand out from the crowd, with his 6" wheel gun, like some kind of John Wayne, and he enjoyed the worship of his swat pups, as he called them. Bob was brought back to hold Gordon's hand, so Bob can now share in the attention he deserves for what he decided to buy into, and support. Good old Bob portrayed himself as the gunslinging tough guy, who was the cop's cop, but we have seen quite the opposite, since he was called back for babysitting, and diaper changing duty, and we can be sure that he has really been a two face all this time. Good old Bobby has been our grassy knoll man, the guy calling the shots from the shade, a "Mini Berry Me" shall we say, hiding out, avoiding scrutiny. We here at the Eye think it is about time he answers for the choices made, and the danger our officers, and citizens are put in concerning the lies put out by the Albuquerque police department command staff. Officers being told to change reports concerning being equipped properly during riots...lies about being prepared...lies about staffing levels...and lies that ruin lives, committed by criminals in the city administration.


There are the usual suspects, but the Eye knows there are the ones in the wings. Those cowards who do things undetected. We promise to keep our EYES ON THE PRIZE, but we are going to widen our scope to include those who are professionals at avoiding scrutiny. More is coming.

We here at the Eye have received a quote. Not just any quote, but a quote that will be part of the beginning of the end of this corruption. It has only just begun people. We added it to give everyone a sense of the climate we are in these days.

Below are Albuquerque Police Department computer (CADS) for last night, 6/8/16 at approximately 22:30, from swing shift, Southeast Area Command. They are the radio calls for service holding during that time. Our Eyes tell us that there were over thirty calls holding. This means that people that needed help had to wait, when seconds could mean a life. Ask the city administration if there is a problem, and they will lie, and say no. They will tell you to wait for their official lie to be released. They will tell you their version is better.

This is all being done to delay the inevitable, so the guilty can flee. The mayor, police chief, CAO, and their minions....

Maybe Bob has the answers we are looking for. Maybe Bob can tell us these CADS are all a figment of our wild imaginations. He sure had a lot of disinformation to talk about concerning the Dear case. More to come on that and the secret IA the city is criminally concealing, and terrified about getting out.



This just in:

On a lighter note, the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board convened today, and the board unanimously voted to overturn corrupted hearing officer David Linthicum's recommendation that Tyler's case be tossed out. That means that the board sees something is afoot here! Our resident queen may be getting what is coming to her. This was initially exposed here when it was first listed with the NMLEA. THEY PULLED IT FROM THEIR AGENDA!

Could it be that Mister Linthicum covered for Tyler, because of his previous history with BCSO and Tyler?  Could it be that Mister Linthicum, Darren White's business partner sees a little of himself in Tyler, as he himself left the Bernalillo County Sheriff's office under some shady circumstances? Maybe Mister Linthicum should be made to answer for why he took that BCSO chopper on a joyride with his buddies.

That is right Mister Linthicum, you are front, and center on our radar here at the Eye. We are onto you, and the strings you have pulled for your friends. It is going to get really uncomfortable for corrupt people. This is only the beginning. No longer are cowards going to be permitted to snipe from the shadows, then flee off into the land of unaccountability.

Invalid Training by Uncertified Instructors: APD TRAINING DISASTER

With the highly touted Chief Administrator of the Police Department (CAPD) days away from picking up not only where politically placed Allen Banks abandons his post as interim chief but also having to deal with the giant mess created by disgraced former chief Ray Schultz, we wanted to alert Mr. Eden that we are aware of yet another mess he already has his hands in....

You see, in order to be a certified police officer in this state, you must satisfy the requirements put forward by the state's Law Enforcement Training Act, NMSA 29-7-1. In general, the act requires that officer candidates complete a state defined training academy. And what constitutes a "training academy?" Well, none other than the Law Enforcement Academy Board, as put forward by NMSA 29-7-4 (you know the board that includes Kaufman's West owner Nate Korn). And buried within all these laws are requirements that state in order to become a certified peace officer, you have to received specific instruction from certified general instructors and specialized instructors. And who certifies these instructors? Well, certified "master" instructors. And who certifies these certified master instructors? The director of the NM Law Enforcement Academy.

Well, our Eyes have been busy over the last few weeks, and now your loveable Eye has some unfortunate news. You see, there are only a handful of "master" instructors in the state. And of those that have gained such status, even fewer are active and have satisfied the lengthy legal requirements. What does this mean? It means that there are even fewer legitimate certified or specialized instructors.  Think of this certification as a driver's license. It has to be maintained and renewed, and if one doesn't do this, it expires and is invalid. And with that expiration goes away all the authority that it grants.

Authority, like certifying police cadets have completed state required blocks of instruction. Like defensive tactics. Like firearms training.

You see, our Eyes tell us that for the last few years, cadets graduating from APD's police academy have not received valid training because APD has not maintained the certification of those providing the instruction. As the above letter shows an APD officer, representing themselves as a master instructor, asserted to the NM LEA director that they provided some instructor training. However, our Eyes tell us, this letter was not written by that officer, but was in fact written by APD's training director and employee sexual fraternization expert Joe Wolf. We also have learned that when the officer refused to sign this letter they were threatened with discipline.

Threatening an employee with discipline when they refuse to follow an unlawful order? Now we know this information is accurate because only the brain trust running APD things those kind of shenanigans are acceptable. 

( BTW: Our Eyes also tell us that none other than APD's own runaway bride apprehension expert Sgt. Trish Hoffman is a self described defensive tactics instructor.)

With Mr. Edens oversight of the NM LEA, we would like to think he is well aware of this issue. But of course since this is the department of obscurity, pardon us if we simply don't trust anybody associated with Berry/Perry. Or anybody friends with Schultz.

Hmmm, police officers who hold invalid certifications while they are making arrests, using force, and causing injury and harm to citizens. And we're sure there are endless incidents of falsified public records. Talk about an onion in an onion....And we haven't even discussed the allegations of invalid instruction going on at APD's range...

Sounds like something Mr. Eden should put on the top of his list above some of the other things he's been talking about as he tries to preempt DOJ's pre-liminary findings report.

Our Eyes also tell us, all is not well up in Santa Fe, at the NM LEA because of the mess here at APD's academy.  Funny, there's a code of ethics that applies to all officers. Maybe, just maybe, somebody will step up and say, "this conduct is NOT OK, here's the problem, and this is what they did when we brought it to our attention."

We know a lot of lawyers read this blog but most of them don't really "get it" so we'll step it out for you:

Officer A, was once Cadet A who received certification by completing required courses taught by Instructors B & C. But Instructors B & C aren't valid instructors because either their certification lapsed OR they never earned certification because the officer who was allegedly a master instructor who trained them wasn't a master instructor. But don't take our word for it, IPRA/Subpoena all of the training records of the people involved in your case. And be sure to check with the NM LEA because they are supposed to hold the actual records of all certified instructors in the state.

Welcome to your new assignment Mr. Eden.....let's see if you'll do the right thing, or if you'll maintain the status quo.
