The Piercing Truth
This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. New Answers on the Taser Investigation into Ray Schultz, and the Deal He Greased. Pay to play that is prosecuted everywhere else is being covered up in New Mexico.
Our Eyes have just told us the plan going on over at the New Mexico Attorney General’s office, and it about perfectly jives with the information we have been hearing.
This is an election year, but on top of that, we all know the “will” those in charge with holding public officials accountable for their misdeeds have for going after targets like Schultz, and the dozens of others who so far, have NOT been held accountable for their actions that precipitated the crumbling of our city and police department.
What we are about to tell you should make a second term for Hector Balderas not happen under any circumstances, if this is all true. Nobody should be allowed to dodge a given duty out of political concern! NOBODY!
Our sources are telling us that the Taser / Schultz investigation is being purposefully left to die on the vine, and wither away by the AG’s office, with efforts in place to make sure nobody is able to ask questions or find out what is going on, until it just doesn’t matter anymore.
We all know that when the now mayor Keller did his investigation as the state IG into the Taser deal, after emails were found with Schultz clearly stating the deal had been “greased” between Taser and the city, there were crimes committed, and the case was forwarded to the Attorney General for possible prosecution.
We all know that Louis Robles was Schultz’s go to guy for legal representation in the Taser investigation. We all know that Robles, his associate Brian Colon, and Hector Balderas are all buddies, like peas in a pod.
Now here is how they are doing it.
You can not get information on an active investigation through Inspection of Public Records. The AG knows this, and the case is being kept open. It is inactive, and nobody is assigned to it, or working on it. That is right. NOBODY IS WORKING ON IT! Why you say? Because statutes will run, and it will just die, and wither. They do not want to touch this, because it involves everyone, and it is politics as usual. This blatantly means that the political careers and futures of politicians are more important than holding corrupt officials accountable for the sad state of affairs our whole state is in, because of a few criminal dirt bags. No matter how small the charges may be, or who it may affect, or drag back here, there is no excuse for this. It is reprehensible and heinous on the part of an office in charge of holding everyone accountable. They are hoping this goes away, so as not to disturb political careers. When things like this happen, it is usually because the trail will lead to political cronies, supporters, and friends. This is unacceptable. Essentially the investigation is being kept floating as open so they can ignore questions about it.
We are being told from within that as long as the case is kept open, requests for information can be withheld by claiming there is an ongoing investigation. This is playing the system for one’s own political benefit, and it is malfeasant.
Knowing all of this, this political hot potato can be kept in limbo for as long as they need it to be, essentially allowing certain people to avoid making the hard decisions, and choices for the welfare of our community, as they were elected to do, because of their own political reasons.
Right now, the AG needs to be called on the carpet for answers into this matter, just like is being done with Geier and Keller. He needs to reveal who is assigned to work on this case, and what the progress
is. There was supposed to be a grand jury convened, and we were told that that was cancelled too.
So we are going on another year after the AG said the Taser probe has widened, and they were coming to a close. What has changed? Political Tetris positions have changed, and elections didn’t pan out the way people thought they would. Aspirations have shifted and certain issues need to be hushed up. Brian Colon is running for Inspector General now. The horse shit is getting old, and everyone knows these three are connected at the hip, along with their previous relationships with Ray Schultz.
We here at the Eye believe the system in the State of New Mexico is more than broken. We believe it is being systematically and intentionally sabotaged, and enough is enough.
Every citizen in the state needs to stand up, and call these liars out on their inaction, because they have been making fools out of everyone while profiting from it. Corruption is a cancer that is spreading outward.
Shit collapsed, and officers can not do their jobs because scum betrayed everyone for their own personal gain. Where are these cowards? Not here! No! They fled like chicken shits. They are no longer dealing with the mess they created. Contact Hector Balderas and demand answers now!

TURDS HAVE FEET AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO LAND ON THEM REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY ARE INVOLVED IN. ONLY IN NM!
Once again, in true New Mexico Patrone government fashion, we here at the Eye have been told about a scheme in the works, to land a former Albuquerque Police Department employee another employment position, by way of handing it to him.
Over a year ago, we read about how mayor Berry attempted to lock in the civilian in charge of the real time crime center with a permanent, untouchable position before he left. Well... that didn’t work.
The former employee we are talking about was Ray Schultz’s head of the APD Real Time Crime Center.
That employee, Todd Wilham, was let go by the Keller administration.
Anyone who knows this guy’s history with APD, knows his hands have been in every controversy, where employees have been railroaded over the last 15 years, among many other things. He was Schultz’s “in“ in the media, and he was in the inner circle of scum who lied, and spinned facts, like it was their hobby. He was tight with the likes of former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy, DCOP Paul Feist, DCOP Allen Banks, and the rest of the filth who were responsible for ruining this place, and he did their dirt for them.
He caused problems in high profile cases, like the Mary Han crime scene, where he trampled the scene, among other things... to the Dear case, where he was heard talking about how officers have to be scapegoated. You can read all about him here, by just searching.
What is really disturbing, is that TJ Wilham is in the running for a position as the Director of the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government. Folks, that is like putting OJ Simpson in charge of a women’s domestic violence support group.
The problem here is that TJ Wilham used to work for the Albuquerque Journal, and the managing editor of the Journal, Karen Moses is the president of the board of the NM Foundation of Open Government.
We all know the Journal, or as we call it... the Urinal has been the propaganda arm of the corrupt within this city for years, and has carried their water religiously and devotedly.
We all know how these vile vultures of a feather flock together, and take care of each other. We know how more qualified candidates, who actually represent justice, fairness, and transparency get passed over, walked on, or sabotaged here, in order to reward the malfeasant who are politically connected, so let’s keep an eye on this, and see how it goes. We know the Journal’s twisted connection to the command staff of the previous administration, and the lies they told for them.
We here at the Eye believe we already know where this is going, but we advise all candidates for this position to keep their eyes peeled for any and all chicanery.
Some parasites just keep on parasiting.
Not on our watch!

Adios M@+#5}Fv<#3R!
Today, the blog New Mexico Politics with Joe Monaghan reported that TJ Wilham was fired from his Albuquerque Police Department real time crime center position. You can read Monahan’s Blog by clicking on the banner on the right side of our front page.
For years Wilham has been the go between for Schultz and the media when Schultz needed a reliable source to spin his propaganda and deflection to the public as he used everything in his way to enrich himself while destroying the place, then fleeing like the punk he is. We bet TJ is wondering where his boy Schultz is now. Probably wondering if Kathy Levy can help him too. That answer is no.
You can read all about Wilham’s antics here by searching his name in the upper right search tool ot clicking the links at the bottom of this article.
This was a long time coming.
Over the years this person has showed up at crime scenes, fouling them up. He was in Ray Schultz and Kathryn Levy’s inner circle of jerks, and has had his filthy hands in every controversial political firing that was justified and unjustified. We are not going to beat a dead Hippopotamus over this, so we will just say this. Thank you to the current administration for taking a positive step towards righting wrongs, and denying access to the past filth responsible for the ruination of a city and police department, and thanks to Joe Monaghan for being on top of it, and getting it out there.
We wonder how Kent Walz over at the Albuquerque Urinal feels about losing his inside boy.
Well... no actually we don’t.
Karma really is a kick in the pants.
Cheers,
The Eye

APD LIARS CLUB PRESENTS AT THE IACP CONFERENCE. SOCIAL MEDIA THIS LIARS!
Hello all. We just wanted to let you all know that APD found it to be a great idea to send Celina Espinosa to the 2017 International Association of Police Chief’s Convention in Philadelphia Pennsylvania this weekend. This is right, after Celina and Officer Duran were caught lying in the Victoria Martens murder case, her and Tanner Tixier were sent on your tax payer dollars to present to attendees on the topic of social media. This is a disgrace. The below articles are listed for your reference on this fool. Please feel free to let #THEIACP AND #IACP2017 know what and who they have addressing their attendees. The endorsement of these people being rewarded for their conduct is beyond comprehension. Tweet this link. You may also want to let them know about Schultz, and his pending investigation involving Tasergate. Because he is probably slithering around there too. Have at it folks. As a matter of fact the whole gang is probably reuniting over there. The truth hurts!

Enough is enough with the Hypocrisy. These clowns travel, and have the guts to stand up and present to a national audience of police executives, when APD is in the state it is, and they have this disgrace in their own backyard.
Feel free to read some of the tweets from other departments who have no clue of the mess these individuals are involved in, and responsible for here in our city. It is truly amazing.

THE BIG FREAKOUT
HA HA HA…
There is nothing like seeing results from the dissemination of information about corrupt dealings. For weeks we have been hearing about chosen employees within this filthy administration being shuttled into protected positions, so that the next administration is yoked with problems from the past.
Back in July we did a story about resident toilet bowl ring TJ Wilhelm who was in the process of being set up with a protected position as this administration prepares for the evacuation of Hanoi. Well, the administration went right ahead, and did it anyway, like the imbeciles they are. They not only did that, but they did worse. You would think with the light on these idiots they would quit the antics. Not these idiots. No, not these stupid jackasses. They say insanity is the act of doing something over and over expecting a different result. These jackholes make an art out of that. Even criminals are smart enough that when they get told HEY ASSHOLES, WE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, they stop doing it, or change their methods. Not these turds. Is it stupidity? Is it desperation? We do not know, but we are enjoying the show, because it is entertaining.
You see, our Eyes within have told us that TJ Wilhelm was admitted to a training program put on for police commanders, and APD Lieutenants were denied this training so he could go. This was at a cost of $4000.00 each.
Caleb James from KOB did a good story on this political appointees promotion from an at will position, to a protected position. Our Eyes are telling us that the job was posted, but people were skipped for the position so good old BLOATED water boy TJ could be shoe horned, wedged, towed, craned, airlifted, greased, parachuted or whatever else it takes to get someone or something like this into the position they wanted him in. You can see the story here…..
KOB RTCC TJ WILHELM PROMOTION STORY LINK
All of this was going on while the same exact scheme was being pulled for Berry’s little gem Dayna Crawford. Mrs. Crawford was an at will mayor’s communications director, and director of ABQ RIDE, but coincidentally was recently given a permanent position… but for this princess… the job position was changed to a protected position. Aren’t these clowns tricky?
KRQE DAYNA CRAWFORD PROMOTION STORY LINK
Well, now the Albuquerque Inspector General is conducting an investigation into what the hell is going on here, because it is obvious that the water carriers are being taken care of.
See the story here:
KOB UNPROTECTED TO PROTECTED STORY LINK
Let's hope the IG does a better investigation than his office did with the Dan Lewis / Desert fuels contract we wrote on here:
EYE LEWIS ARTICLE
AND HERE:
ANOTHER EYE LEWIS ARTICLE
And so went the big freak out when this filthy, dirty, biased administration found out that word of all of their jackassery got out and the media was on it. Red Faced Rob Perry apparently tried to get the stories squashed, and the back-peddling began, along with the sweats and cases of the shit the pants, with a little of the old “let's start an investigation into how this got out, so we can retaliate,” in other words, more business as usual, as this administration continues with their stupidity, burdening the next administration with toxic spillover sure to pollute progress in December.
When are they going to learn that we will be making this hard for them every single day until their worthless asses are out the door. Even then, it’s not over till we say it is over.
Of course, today the Urinal gives this administration an unchallenged forum to respond with more horse shit. You can see the article below, and believe us, it is a challenge in self control to not explode over the response. Of course the nutless sack of a mayor we have didn’t respond. The response came from his anus in the form of an alcohol soaked fart. Read it below:
ABQ URINAL ARTICLE WITH PERRY RUNNING OFF AT THE MOUTH
“For eight years now, we’ve held ourselves and our management team to the highest ethical standards, and we don’t appreciate anyone impugning that,” Perry told the Journal late Thursday.
Our response: Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaa...
Just Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha…
Oh boy as if we didn't need any more proof the administration of this city is lead by drunk, delusional, undiagnosed Sociopaths. We don't even need to address That quote, because our blog is full of evidence proving otherwise.
Well, Mister Perry we don’t appreciate you assholes impugning our entire city.
ALL ABOARD!!!

MEET THE PROTECTED SPECIES
Over the years, we have seen this administration railroad a whole lot of people. Many have been wronged. For some, the administration just made up a lie. For others, they purposefully lost evidence that would exonerate. Many have been left behind in the promotion process, simply because the administration dislikes them. Many have been retaliated against for speaking out. While all of this has been taking place, the usual suspects, and connected parasites have been protected, coddled, and promoted. At times this administration has lied to screw those they wanted to, while they lied to protect their criminally corrupted friends.
In our latest information gathering session, we found out that APD's long time resident parasite, and cancer cell, Todd "TJ" Wilhelm is in the process of being protected from the next incoming administration. This political appointee, who is yet another fat bloated tick, that has been feeding on the city with his politically appointed job at the APD Real Time Crime Center for way too long is being lined up for protection in another very unique, but unsurprising way.
Fat Boy TJ has been an at will employee at the RTCC. Because of this, he could be flushed with the rest of the turds come November, when the next mayor takes office. What a crisis, for someone who's only qualification for his sensitive job is being a former kitchen bitch reporter, shit talker, and behind the scenes, back stabbing, water carrier for former city attorney Kathryn Levy, and coward Ex-Police Chump Raymond D. Schultz. This dirt merchant, and fiction broker media liaison should have been shitcanned a long time ago, but Perry and company value his slimy background, and know he knows things about them.
A two fold plan to protect fatboy has been implemented. You have all seen the big to do about the new ALeRT, and RTCC recently, and now our Eyes have told us that a job posting was put up for a not at will, permanent, managerial position at the Real Time Crime Center. How coincidental! Two convenient ways to make TJ look, and appear to be indispensable, while digging him in like a herpes virus. That posting was recently closed. Our Eyes have told us that this position is TJ Wilhelm's. That is right! While all the other rat finks are jumping ship, they are making sure those that can't are taken care of. The scum in place now want to make sure they still have their filthy claws dug into sensitive positions within the next administration. They want to make sure it would be hard for the next administration to get rid of this fraud. We know it would not be that hard though. All they would have to do is open up every case, and investigation he has been named in... starting with the Mary Han case.
Now, if this happens, we were right. We say... get your IPRA pencils out folks. IPRA all job postings for the new manager spot in the Real Time Crime Center, along with all applicants. This should be a good one.
We here at the Eye are tired of cowards screwing the righteous while protecting the filth for your agendas.
In case you all do not know what hatred is, let us give you a taste....
While you dirty pieces of shit sit there collecting bloated paychecks for doing nothing, as you walk on others... as you trivialize the ruination of good people... while you minimize the destruction this city has faced at your filthy hands... while you think you have nothing to worry about and think you are going to skip across the goal line, you are mistaken.
We here at the Eye do not care about the fact that some fat ass is rotting from the inside out. We do not care about your job. We do not care about your health. We do not care if you get to steal another molecule of oxygen. We do not care about your families. We do not care if you ever get to eat another dinner. We do not care if a bus hits you. We could care less if you fell from the Crest. We would not shed a tear if you choked on a burrito. We just do not care if you exist, because you do not matter. A core group of filth bags have ruined The Albuquerque Police Department, and the entire City of Albuquerque, in their greedy money and ass grabbing quests. While doing this, those you have directly affected were not the only victims. The ripple effect extends to families and friends. You filth have destroyed communities. While you have done this you all have had the audacity to claim your dog shit gimmicks will make the place better. You are nothing but dirt merchants, and carpet baggers. When the time comes, your families need to feel the sting of being roofed. Your families need to feel the pain of this crime rate. Your families need to have no benefits. And if you get another disease, you should rot, like you have let this city do and those you have left twisting in the wind.
So Todd, it would be tough luck if the new mayor told you to kick rocks, but personally... who gives a fuck?!
The next mayor will need the balls and fortitude to root out every single one involved with this administration, and or connected with the Schultz crowd, and infuse the place with new, and uncorrupted individuals, with no past connections, who are dedicated to repairing what these malfeasant bags of feces have done.

A Conversation that Hurts...
| Burr-eat-ohs please.... |
Four
and a half years ago, in December 2009, Richard Berry took office as the mayor
of the city of Albuquerque. Ray Schultz was chief of the Albuquerque Police
Department then, and if that wasn’t bad enough, Berry brought Darren White in
to be Schultz’s boss. And with them came Rob Perry as the city’s attorney.
White and Perry, two politically connected players with a faction of the state’s
fringe Republican party led by their White and Perry’s legal anti-sage Paul
Kennedy and a political stooge known as Richard Berry. Who had anything to
worry about?
Under
this triad of Berry-Perry-White, Schultz was let loose without controls to keep
his machinations in place as he focused on things OTHER than professional
policing. And as Schultz abandoned his post as chief, questionable shootings occurred.
Then when there was no accountability for the questionable shootings, officers
pushed the envelope and used force at anything that moved or appeared to move. Then
grotesque actions of misconduct followed with the nadir exemplified by the
direct and deliberate actions by the very leaders Berry appointed, or retained,
to run the city: Perry, White, and Schultz.
Then
the citizens started to push back. Push came in the form of speeches at city
council and in the form of litigation. Finally demands for an outside entity
echoed across the country into the halls of “Main Justice” in Washington, D.C.
While Schultz abdicated his position as chief to build his resume, nurture
business relationship, and practice “nature at play” with the ladies the city
and the department was under the microscope.
Realizing an outside investigation
would expose all the other things that have been going on in the city and in
APD, Schultz started to make wild and bizarre actions in contrast to what he’d
been doing. He even actively sought criminal indictments against his own
officers whom he had previously openly praised..
Now
with the DOJ concluding that APD has been run as one of the worst and most
violent police departments in the nation, Berry completes the circle of lies in
last nights In-Focus program on KNME with Schultz’s two buddies from Taser:
Greenwood and Streicher. (watch it here: http://www.newmexicopbs.org/productions/newmexicoinfocus/)
Under
Berry’s view of the last few years, he’s been “committed” to the department and
the citizens of Albuquerque; right, because that’s why citizens have taken to
the streets, to city council, and to the courts and are winning on a such a
level the national media refers to our city and department has being legendary
in its corruption.
From
the interview:
Streicher and Greenwood
As Taser’s
Streicher and Greenwood point out, there’s a desire to improve the image and
effectiveness of APD and the city; this of course CONFIRMS the failure of the
last four and a half years. They also confirm that for 4 ½ years the community
and the officers who have been treated like Omaree by Berry have been left on
Berry’s sidelines. They also CONFIRM rules and regulation changes, like the
superficial one’s Berry put into place are not effective.
Berry
He’s
going to ask DOJ to make sure the Federal Monitor is meaningful and will
support obtainable milestones. Again, Berry CONFIRMS the failures he’s
responsible for over the last 4 ½ years of running the city. Berry also finally
makes the audacious statement that the lawsuits that have plagued this city are
Marty Chavez’s fault. In saying this, he CONFIRMS his failure to keep Ray
Schultz as chief and sidesteps the Ellis trial which wholly falls at his feet
for the city’s largest police related judgment (nevermind what’s coming from
all the others and especially the James Boyd killing). As Berry said, “April 11
started a new era of policing” and that we should get to “effective and
Constitutional policing” again confirming the previous four years have been a
period of darkness and failure. But he hedges his statement with making sure
things are “balanced.” We hope Luis Saucedo from DOJ heard that loud and clear.
Berry continues with his pontificating about bringing the community together (after
all he’s done to let it fall apart).
In
light of all these acknowledgments and admissions that the city and department
has been not all the great things he said it was while fighting against DOJ
from coming in, Berry was asked about the city’s handling of the suspicious
death scene of Mary Han, and whether he was ready to “adjust the city’s posture”
in response to the NM Attorney General’s condemnation of APD’s handling of the
scene. Remembering Berry’s response was to call the allegations “frivolous,”
Berry’s response was to say he wasn’t “familiar with what the legal department
is doing with that…the mayor doesn’t run investigations” and that city’s
handling of the Han scene is “not related to DOJ’s findings.” Berry also adds
that “they’ve always been willing to come to the table.”
In making
those remarks Berry confirms he will only do those things he is compelled to
do. And when finally he is dragged to the “table” he will spin it and make it
look like he’s been at the table all along. The reality is, and his comments
throughout this interview reveal, that he has been feasting on this city like
the fat man above and now we are seeing him scramble….and Richard Berry, this
is a conversation that is going to continue……..and get much worse.

Unqualified, Purely Political, and Dangerously Equipped
As our regular readers know, we are strong advocates of Constitutional rights and support the protection of personal liberties. For some time, our Eyes have been keeping us posted on the city's political office: the Real Time Crime Center. AKA the RTCC.
We cannot think of a greater local threat than the RTCC to our right to be free of unregulated government spying and intrusion. As our Eyes have told us, Perry/Berry routinely use the resources held by the RTCC for purposes other than it's stated mission: "Provide real-time information to field officers responding to high-risk calls."
You see the director of the RTCC is none other than former Albuquerque Journal police reporter Todd "TJ" Wilham:
Even though TJ has no experience running an intelligence unit (let's be real, that's what the RTCC is and among their activities is data mining), he does seem to qualify for one thing. He's a political hack. And don't take our word, or our sworn Eyes word for it. Here's confirmation from the city in their response to an recent IPRA request (or more accurately, an IPRA of IPRAs):
So TJ Wilham is a political appointee huh. He's has no law enforcement training, is not a sworn officer (that is took an oath of office and swore to uphold the law), was originally hired by Darren White as his public information officer, and then when shown walking papers was yet another person given preferential treatment by his Tasergate uncle, Ray Schultz. (If the pattern of Schultz giving underqualified people overpaid positions isn't clear enough, this takes the cake. Let's not forget former APDrs Karen Fisher and Karen Salazar either).
So Schultz places TJ in position where there is no oversight and from what our Eyes tell us, he routinely is doing research on citizens unrelated to field officers responding to calls. But rather, he is doing favors for Berry/Perry (and just how disconnected from Darren White is he?). And as the city confirms, TJ has no job description. And apparently is untouchable from being complained about by citizens. Really?
A political appointee using privileged and public department resources outside the scope of the unit's mission? We see that the RTCC has been nourishing for TJ:
But this stinks more like Josef Goebbels. Not in American do you do this TJ. Perhaps Mr. Heh and Mr. Dinelli should know, or demand to know, what public resources TJ used in support of the Berry campaign or continues to use.....

But this stinks more like Josef Goebbels. Not in American do you do this TJ. Perhaps Mr. Heh and Mr. Dinelli should know, or demand to know, what public resources TJ used in support of the Berry campaign or continues to use.....

Buckner, Kindle, Prostitutes, Oh My
For many years, APD’s sergeant Ryan Buckner was Ray Schultz’s golden boy. From being handpicked in his assignment to ROP virtually upon lateraling over to APD from State Police, to going to Auto Theft upon promotion to sergeant, to serving on the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, to ending up as the sergeant of APD’s Intelligence Unit. While at Intel, Buckner received highly privileged training where he spent several months in Langley, VA in training programs run by, what our Eyes tell us, the CIA. Buckner was flown back and forth from Albuquerque to Langley dozens of times and our Eyes tell us several tens of thousands of dollars of local and federal funds were spent on his training.
While in APD, Buckner was also Schultz’s chief hatchet man. From running the investigation on Brad Ahrensfield to the case involving former officer Matt Kindle and last year’s case against former officers Robert Woolever and John Doyle, it’s clear, Buckner was Schultz’s “go to” guy for hi-profile investigations involving APD cops. What’s ironic though is Buckner all but lacks any investigative experience in actual case work. Why would Schultz assign cases to personnel who lack any significant experience in the subject matter of the criminal allegations? Buckner never worked impact or violent crimes yet he was assigned the Doyle/Woolever case under the pretense that it was an incident of aggravated battery. Buckner never worked vice, yet he was assigned the Kindle case which involved nearly a dozen charges relating to prostitution and the Ice House prostitution ring. Bucker never worked internal affairs, yet he was assigned the Ahrensfield case.
There is also the matter of David Young. Our Eyes tell us Buckner was knee deep in reserve officer David Young’s old activities of unlawfully arresting prostitutes. Given Buckner’s status as a supervisor in SID, did Buckner have access to privileged information on Young? Was it Buckner who actually burned Young? And was Buckner acting on orders from Schultz?
Buckner’s activity clearly reveals a pattern and it is clear he was Schultz’s minion for officer investigations. It is also clear these actions are in violation of SOPs, but as we know, Schultz follows and disregards SOPs as he sees fit on a regular basis.
But now, with all this expectation of Kindle’s case headed to trial, a deal is cut where the former officer pleads “no contest” to the only standing charge the state could competently go after him on: public corruption. For that, Kindle received 50-hours of community service and 364 days of probation. But with so many charges leveled against Kindle why is it he was able to plea to such a simple misdemeanor?
Well, our Eyes tell us, that the State’s primary witness, Ryan Bucker, was not cooperating, perjured himself in grand jury testimony against Kindle and has all but disappeared. You see, he retired a few months ago from APD and we are told he now is a civilian contractor for Wackenhut, Inc. After years of special treatment, privileged assignments, and endless highly sought after training, Buckner abandoned the department that has spent so much time and money on him to be a….security guard?
Our Eyes tell us, this is status quo for any cases handled by Buckner. But while we are disgusted with the conduct of Kindle, who was caught on video doing bizarre sexual conduct, we are left with significant questions for Buckner:
Why has the city not pursued him for reimbursement for training costs?
Why has the DA not gone after him for perjury charges?
What has happened to all the “cases” Buckner worked on?
Why has the state’s LEA Board not gone after Buckner’s certification for untruthfulness?
Why has Schultz remained silent on all of these issues?
What files did Buckner take with him to Wackenhut?
What is Buckner’s involvement with reserve officer David Young?
What is Buckner’s relationship with T.J. Wilham?

LAWNMOWER MAN
Recently one of the uber expensive gadgets from APD's RTCC was, well, disabled while deployed on a super secret mission.
Recently there had been reports of a streaker running around Mariposa park. While we won't be the ones to identify the irony in that, but we thought much was strange about this story. But our eyes are reporting that things get even stranger yet.
Instead of parking the mobile bat-cam drone during a time when the alleged streaker would be out and about, the braintrust leaders at APD parked the $60,000 super spy machine out at night to watch the park during hours where nobody would lawfully be allowed in the park. Now, our guess is RTCC Commander TJ Wilham really wanted to see if there were couples going to the park to...watch stars. Because we know TJ is into watching people watch stars we're left scratching our heads as to what exactly the law enforcement related purpose was.
Of course while APD abandoned the machine in the park, much like they did a few years ago with a laptop stuffed in a backpack and a miserably failed tac-plan operation a few years ago, along came some fellows who wanted to take the funny looking drone.Instead of parking the mobile bat-cam drone during a time when the alleged streaker would be out and about, the braintrust leaders at APD parked the $60,000 super spy machine out at night to watch the park during hours where nobody would lawfully be allowed in the park. Now, our guess is RTCC Commander TJ Wilham really wanted to see if there were couples going to the park to...watch stars. Because we know TJ is into watching people watch stars we're left scratching our heads as to what exactly the law enforcement related purpose was.
But not surprisingly, they couldn't take the machine and in their efforts to return it to the city, they tipped it over. But this is where things take on a curve scarier than the Blair Witch Project. While the drone was on it's side still recording it caught an image of the nefarious streaker....like that character in Stephen King's story The Lawmower Man, it caught an image of a robust yet disgustingly pink human being completely naked and buried in fresh clippings of grass. But who was this person? Look at the weird image provided by one of our eyes....it looks like none other than..TJ!!!
We can't even make this up folks. A failed police chief allows a failed newspaper reporter to deploy a device worth as much as the average home in Albuquerque to video a suspect committing a petty misdemeanor crime during the time they are not reported to be committing the offense and who does the device capture....but the very reporter!!! We wonder what the other camera's showed? Perhaps the failed Mayor, Mr. Dick Berry and his hockey playing wannabe tough-guy Mr. Perry in a tryst only appropriate for the park they were watching?

Never Ends
No sooner were we about to break the sordid details of all the endless incidents of sexual harassment which occurred under former Belen Police Department chief, Paul Skotchdopole, (and now city of Albuquerque, IRO investigator) and the extensive federal consent decree he which led to his departure and endless liability upon the the city of Belen when a story from our friends at www.progressnownm.org caught our Eye.
You see for several years now, staffers and Governor Martinez have been caught up in an emailgate scandal where government employees and politicians have evaded sunshine and transparency requirements by conducting government business via personal/private email accounts. Aside from sordid and disgusting sexist laced remarks, the folks up in Santa Fe seem to think operating in public with integrity is beneath them.
Now thanks to Progress Now New Mexico, the same scandal is unfolding here in Albuquerque with Mayor Berry and his favorite take out order cook TJ Wilham. Included herein are snippets of emails sent and received from that pet snake and fringe Republican consultant Jay McCleskey (you also may know him as Jason McCleskey...the name he used when he was booked for DUI and Domestic Violence). It seems folks here in Albuquerque don't like to use their city emails either while at work but prefer to avoid sunlight when they conduct political activities on the tax payer's dime. While the Mayor likes to hide behind his lawyers to conceal illegal campaign contributions, it seems he wants to hide behind them again as he violates the federal law known as the Hatch Act.
P.S. In case our old pal Darren White missed it, horse racing across the country is in the doldrums as reported by Time Magazine. This is the result of a steady trend of the years. Really, you wanted to build a casino in the poorest part of the city and it was based on an enterprise which is not sustainable? Really?
P.P.S. Don't worry Mr. Skotchdopole....we haven't forgotten about you and your illegal felonious activities. And we wonder if you bothered to consider if you were on video...

RECIPE FOR DESPICABLE
While the soon to be departed Mayor of Albuquerque, RJ Berry, is going around collecting money for his campaign from out of city voters, a recent article caught our Eye.
We know the list is almost endless as to what's gone wrong since Berry became mayor, but it's worth repeating: we've lost more jobs (3,900) proportionally than any other city in the country, we have fewer people employed now than when Berry took office in December 2009, APD is under DOJ investigation, the person responsible for APD's demise is being allowed to walk away with a fat 90% of gross income pension, real estate prices have yet to recover to their pre-2009 prices, crime rate is higher than ever before, more people are leaving Albuquerque than moving in, cover up after cover up plagues the city in gross disparity compared to other cities, APD's issues continue to bewilder even the most honest fan--low staffing, increased expenses, bottomless morale, and expensive hi-price toys being run by people with little or no law enforcement experience, and the list goes on.
What is venture capital? In basic terms it's simply money private people or investment groups invest in private companies to get them off the ground. It's a reflection of the optimism in a given economy. People invest their money with the expectation of a return and here in Albuquerque, it seems there is NO HOPE for a return thanks to the policies of RJ Berry. No seed money, no growth. It's that simple.
And while we have Berry to thank for implementing his failed policies, we have the cast of official and unofficial advisers surrounding him. It is much as their advise as Berry's implementation that have brought this city to it's knees. So a vote for Berry is a vote for the despicable.
RECIPE FOR DESPICABLE
Here is the big question: is this a recipe for cooks or crooks? We all know the real answer...

APD Conducts Counter Intelligence Against Citizens
The public expression of dissent is one of the greatest attributes we hold as Americans. To speak openly and FREELY about issues that concern us is a privilege that people the world over do not get to enjoy. In fact, in many countries, speaking openly about the government can get you killed. Or suicided.
But here in the United States of America, publicly expressing and stating we are fed up with something is a right we hold dear to our hearts. It's what makes us Americans.
We at the Eye have a major problem with this and it's hard for us even to know where to begin.
Is APD targeting this particular group in particular? If so why?
Is APD going to target all public protests? If so why?
If APD is not going to target every protest, than who are they targeting and why?
Are they going to target officers at their homes if they happen to be home sick or on sick leave?
Are they going to target political rivals of Mayor Berry?
Are they going to provide video surveillance of where ever Chief Schultz is staying for "protection?"
But here in the United States of America, publicly expressing and stating we are fed up with something is a right we hold dear to our hearts. It's what makes us Americans.
Thus when the picture here was forwarded to us from a recent public demonstration against Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg we felt an immediate need to address this issue.
SIDEBAR
When our Eyes first saw the picture it was thought to be a heavy duty wheelchair with a center stabilizer for Wilham (Just a little Eye humor)...We have come to learn it is one of the APD's spy stations operated by hired, fired and re-hired Tj Wilham.
END SIDEBAR
On a serious note, pictured herein is one of APD's new mobile video surveillance drone's. You see this device was parked in close proximity to the protestors and recorded both audio and video footage of their, and every other passerby's, every doing. Everything they said, everything they looked at, every movement they made was recorded and watched by our friends in APD's "Smart" Police Unit. And to be clear, the video was operated on a live basis while officers zoomed in on citizens and recorded the entire event in high-definition digital video.
We at the Eye have a major problem with this and it's hard for us even to know where to begin.
Is APD targeting this particular group in particular? If so why?

Are they going to target political rivals of Mayor Berry?
Are they going to provide video surveillance of where ever Chief Schultz is staying for "protection?"
How much of this have they already done?
How many covert mobile units do they have?
What are they doing with the recordings?
What review process exists to prevent abuse?
Who has access to the videos?
The questions go on and on, and for a department notoriously known for its secrecy and refusal to comply with public record requests, AND it's arbitrary and prejudicial investigations it's hard to even fathom anybody could think this is appropriate.
Then there are the people who are watching the watched. Directing the "Smart" Police Unit is none other than former Albuquerque Journal reporter TJ Wilham. Our Eyes tell us, Wilham spends countless hours eating and watching videos of questionable investigatory relevance. Of course, not to be outdone by Wilham is the unit's sergeant, Felipe "flip" Garcia. If you recall, Sgt. Garcia was vice-president of the APOA under former officer Joey Sigala and was named as a person of interest in a massive financial embezzlement investigation of APOA funds. Also in the unit is detective Nick Sanders....our friends in the DEA will remember him for the official misconduct that almost got him fired.

So in a nutshell we have an unjustified and arbitrary use of police surveillance AND recording of citizens asserting their constitutional rights being operated by a unit whose very management would not withstand ANY public scrutiny. Seriously, could you imagine the number of burr-eat-oh wrappers left lying around by Wilham? Is the "Smart" unit itself under video surveillance?
We know from experience that when people work in APD's main police station they develop symptoms of indifference, we wouldn't want to speculate but for some reason we don't have any confidence that IF they happened to see misconduct by fellow LE personnel they'd actually do anything about it.
To the folks at APD, you do understand that the DOJ is watching YOU under a microscope right? You do understand that the department is being scrutinized for a pattern and practice of civil rights violations right?

Look, we understand that there may indeed be a reasonable basis to have an officer assigned or dispatched to a location when there is a public protest going on. If for any reason it's to protect the protestors from the public. However, this type of authoritarian prejudicial "Big Brother" style surveillance is unacceptable.
In Eye terms it is simply UN-AMERICAN!! The Eye encourages all citizens to exercise their rights and become the true watchers of the watchers....video and take pictures of any and all of these installations. The suppression and chilling of free speech is the first step to totalitarianism...

The Ultimate Life of an Extortionist
This is a story about life where an
extortionist lives above all because of an actual threat or perceived threat of
exposing the truth. Our definition of an “extortionist” is; “a person who has damning
or damaging information on another or a situation that may or is threatening to
expose the truth in exchange for some form of compensation.” In legal terms it
is called blackmail or extortion. This
is our opinion and belief of what has transpired with Tj Wilham over the past
few years which have led to Tj Wilham being recently appointed as the Manager
of the “APD Real Time Crime Center.”
Isn't it against City policy to be sleeping on-duty?
How does a person land a big dollar
job like this in the City? Is it a bid
on position? Was the position open and circulated in the Journal for the
citizens to apply? What are the qualifications? We are sure there are many
citizens looking for a work that would do a great job in this position. This
position is a pay-off for Tj Wilham, who we believe, has damning or damaging information
on Berry.
Tj Wilham was originally an
out-of-state person who got a job reporting for the Journal. Wilham's job; digging up all the trash and garbage he could
scrounge up on the Albuquerque Police Department. Yes, Wilham was APD's "Public Enemy Number One." Wilham was given a position
as the Public Information Officer in the City for the nefarious Darren
White. There were several incidents that
occurred and finally while White was out of town; Tj Wilham was fired and
escorted out. White returned promptly and rescued Wilham taking him back into
the City and under White’s wings. Wilham
tried to force Chris Ramirez out of the Mayor’s Office but in the end Ramirez
forced Wilham out.
Wilham was “placed” at APD in a
position that did not exist with a fat salary (80k) as a project coordinator
under Sal Barigiola (White’s former under sheriff). The Eye questioned this at
the time but Berry and his administration covered it up.
Here is one Eye story (Read it HERE) :
[Mr.
Wilham continued to act as Mr. White’s PIO until early 2011 when the Mayor’s
administration found out he leaked information concerning text messages between
Mayor Berry’s PIO, Chris Huffman-Ramirez and APD Officer Byron “Trey” Economidy
after Officer Economidy’s shooting incident. For reasons unknown Mr.
Huffman-Ramirez was texting Officer Economidy directly during the night of
Officer Economidy’s shooting incident with Jacob Mitschelen. But it seems Mr.
Wilham had an ace up his sleeve as while there was a flurry of talk about Mr.
Wilham’s termination, he in fact got promoted. He went from being a Public
Information Officer, “Special Projects Coordinator.” Mr. White shortly
thereafter self-destructed and was fired as the city’s Chief Public Safety
officer.]
In
another Eye story Tj Wilham is being sued for illegal activity (read it
HERE) :
[On
August 20, 2012, APD’s “Special Projects Coordinator” and Chief Schultz’s
personal assistant, TJ Wilham, was named as a primary defendant in a defamation
lawsuit. In the case the allegations assert Wilham illegally obtained timesheet
information pertaining to APD employee and fully sworn reserve officer David
Young. Wilham then moved forward with stories in the Albuquerque Journal with
titles such as “Wanna Be Cop…” and “APD Warned Civilian Not to Play Cop”
ignoring the fact that Mr. Young had been issued a law enforcement commission
card signed by Chief Schultz, issued a detectives badge, been praised by
department executives, and had helped provide cover for officers in APD special
investigation division. While it seems people were feeding the reporter
information, Mr. Wilham never once contacted Mr. Young for an interview. Nor
did he review whether or not Mr. Young’s actions were in violation of any SOP
never mind state statute.
This is where the lines between the private media and a public law enforcement organization blur. In response to this front page story, the complaint states that Chief Schultz and APD lawyer Kathy Levy discussed the story and plotted a response before even ascertaining whether any wrongdoing had occurred. In emails Levy tells Chief Schultz, “...take the highroad that we are acting on the side of caution.” Levy also told Chief Schultz, “...make sure we’ve got good access to tj for the right comments…” Then days later on September 15, 2009, in an engorged article by Mr. Wilham, Chief Schultz is quoted as saying, “We have decided to take the high road and error on the side of caution. We think this is the best course of action…” Clearly, the relationships between Levy, Chief Schultz, and Mr. Wilham blurred as the APD and the Albuquerque Journal plotted together how to address this story and resolve it a manner where once again Chief Schultz was afforded cover.]

Here
another excerpt from another Eye story (Read it HERE) :
[Apparently
for the Berry Administration it is an $80,000.00 a year job paid for by your
tax dollars. It appears that TJ Wilham knows too much (we know that’s a stretch
at any rate) and Schultz is afraid to let him go. Wilham has been reassigned to
Chief Schultz’s staff on the Fifth Floor as a PIO. Wilham was originally hired
by Mayor White, we mean Berry as a PIO. The history of this slug is
interesting.
Berry hired Wilham as his PIO. Wilham was forced out of the nest by PIO Chris Huffman-Ramirez. Our Eyes told us that Wilham was fired while Boss Hog Darren White (read it here) was out of town. When White rushed back into town, he gave Wilham back his job and reassigned him to a position that was nonexistent and that was not funded. White assigned Wilham to “Special Projects Coordinator.” This position was under the watchful eye of White and former Undersheriff, Sal Baragiola. The job was never listed on the City web-site. There was never a job description or duties assigned to this position.
Our eyes told us that White was making APD pay for Wilham’s salary. Schultz demanded the body that he was paying for and Wilham was transferred from doing nothing under Baragiola to APD. Wilham’s new job was overseeing a program that would not exist in APD for another five years. Now, Wilham is on the Chief’s Staff as a PIO. The question is why?]

The reason Wilham was fired and
shoved out was in this Eye story (Read it HERE).
[In a Journal report by Jeff Proctor, who appears to be the main source that APD uses, wrote this story, “Officer Got Personal Texts After Shooting,” big deal, right? The Eye dug further into this story because our staff was perplexed why this story ran when there was nothing to it. The bottom line appears to be tied to TJ Wilham, Darren White’s personal selection for a PIO.
The story centers around an APD Detective, Trey Economidy, who fatally shot a guy who pulled a gun on him. Proctor became concerned when he learned that Chris Ramirez the PIO for the Mayor’s Office shared text messages with Detective Economidy, after the police involved shooting. As it turns out, Ramirez and Economidy have been friends for some time and the text messages were simply of concern for a friend.
The Eye asked these questions. Who was the rat who went running Proctor? Why did this rat go running to Proctor?
This is what our Eyes are telling us. At some point in time Ramirez confronted TJ Wilham based on information that Ramirez received that it was Wilham who approached Proctor. The Journal reporter, Proctor called Chief Schultz, who in turn sent out the full crew to Detective Economidy’s home. It was determined that the text messages were harmless and only a communication between friends. This was a waste of time, energy, ink and paper. I wonder what it cost to get all of APD out to chase down this “red herring.” Here are a few more questions. Did APD get a warrant? What judge would sign the warrant for this heinous deed of receiving a personal text message?]

Here is another story where Wilham
get a new “take home” car to run to Taco Bell. (Read it HERE) :
[What about the civilians who are allowed
to keep their take home cars and provide absolutely no benefit to the citizens?
If the take home car policy was changed, solely for budget issues, why are
civilians (none sworn employees) allowed to have take home vehicles? For
instance, the police fleet manager has a take home car. He is not on call and
does not respond during off duty hours. He has a desk job and keeps track of
all city owned vehicles. TJ Wilham (who prided himself in bashing the City and
the police while working for the local news paper) has a take home car. Now he
is triumphant of the actions of the City and the police. The question is; for
what reason, no one would give us a clear justification. The Mayor has two take
home cars. Why? Many of Berry’s administrators have take home cars. Why?]
The
Eye has many, many, more stories about Wilham and all the problems he has
created, participated in and been involved with. Berry or the chief could not
find a decent or more qualified person to direct this unit? They hired this guy based on what? This is
all a Hush-Hush job to purchase the silence of Wilham.
Here
is another issue, “Big Brother.” And we are not talking about Wilham; we are
talking about culvert operation where citizens are spied upon. In the Journal story (Read it HERE) it states, “That information — which could, for example, include whether
someone is a veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder — is relayed
to officers as they make their way to a call for police service. And in the
event that a call is taking place in an area where one of the cameras is, staff
in the new crime center can manipulate the camera to watch what’s happening.”
Let’s put a camera in the Mayor’s
office, at SCalo’s Restaurant, and in the Chief’s office with audio. Let’s see how they feel about everyone out in
the public knowing their every move.
This is silly; this was part of the problem with the red-light
scamera’s. People do not want to live in
a “police state,” we are U.S. citizens and we have a right to go about our
business without being spied upon by the police. We already know there is corruption in the
chiefs’ office. What is going to stop
Ray or Berry from spying on you because they think you’re the enemy of some
type?
According to Wilham, “There’s a big
difference between monitoring and intelligence gathering. This is video
intelligence.” We’re sorry Wilham, please tell the public what the difference
is between “monitoring and intelligence gathering” and the purpose of the “video intelligence”? Isn’t that the same thing? Isn’t a video intelligence’s (surveillance)
primary purpose is to monitor and gather intelligence? And this is the manager
of the center telling us “Big Brother” is not “Big Brother,” it is just a “Big
Brother type model.” It makes us feel
like we’re visiting New York, the “Ol’ Shell Game.” No one is that incompetent to believe this
gibberish. Here is a great idea; stop lying.
Here is one more statement from the
Police Department, “Another controversial piece of law enforcement technology
APD ultimately plans to include in its new approach: facial recognition
software that will allow police to match images caught on cameras against
“known criminals” in the state’s Motor Vehicle Division database and other
databases.” We here are not criminals
yet all of our pictures are in the Motor Vehicle Divisions database. This will ultimately make us the focus of
“Big Brother.” Can we elect not to have MVD retain our picture? Is there a way for the law abiding citizen to
“opt” out of this police state program?
The answer is no.
Berry is a likable guy but that is
it. He has not kept any of his campaign promises and has done nothing to stop
Albuquerque from deteriorating. Because
Berry is a “likable guy” does not make him a good mayor. Berry has failed to do the job we hired him
to do.
This has bad written all over it.
Tired of the corruption and all the problems that plague Albuquerque? Vote
Berry out; it is that simple.
