The smoking gun that reform is nothing but a sham. The DOJ being defrauded... More of this administration being caught with their thumb on the scale, and the CPOA circles the wagon as we catch them rigging a survey to protect their Director... AGAIN!

Folks, every once in a while, people just get caught. Sometimes they get caught doing no bid contracts. Sometimes they get caught breaking laws, and most of the time they get caught lying. Most of the time here in this lying shit hole of corruption nothing is done about it, because everyone is complicit on both sides, unless you are someone they deem expendable and usually low level. 

What we have here are certain individuals trying to cover their tracks, and regroup after getting caught rigging what was supposed to be an anonymous survey. Well, it really wasn’t so anonymous. As a matter of fact, a list went out to only chosen proponents of the CPOA Director Edward Harness. 

Someone fucked up, and someone got caught! 

The really unbelievable and filthy thing here is the blatant arrogance in knowing they got caught, then admitting they should trash the results, start over, defraud the public and do another controlled, not so anonymous survey, because the first survey was filled out by so many “unapproved people.”

Two things here! Just what is their definition of unapproved people? There was a spot marked on that survey for stakeholders. Just who do they think stakeholders are? We as citizens are all stakeholders, as far as the DOJ definition was concerned. 

We have been saying for a very long time that this administration has been controlling investigations, framing people and playing God for way too long. Now here is one smoking gun of proof.

Look at the list of “approved people” that the list was sent to! A city councilor is on that list as are two reporters.

The city councilor is in a little hot water of his own over two of his family members being in hot water. One of them is an APD employee. Ask yourself this question. How is the Director supposed to be objective in investigations and rulings, when the guy approving him is the family member of someone being investigated, and may have a say on wether or not he is retained?

You want to know why things happen here that defy logic, makes the good people who tell the truth, live life honorably, and try hard to do what is right every day so sick and tired? You are looking at it. The below email is evidence that the public was going to be lied to through a totally bogus, and controlled survey. Not only that, but these board members want to speculate on who told everyone about this. More proof of latent retaliation. They are disturbed we found out. Funny thing is, we do not even know who sent it to us, but we commend them for their bravery and integrity.

We have been telling the Department of Justice for years that the Administration of the City of Albuquerque is a criminal enterprise. It is continuing.

Notice how the media was silent on this too. This was so blatant, but the media looks the other way, because if they confront it, they will be cut off from the access to the information and scoops they enjoy. Again proving much of what we have been saying.

In Albuquerque, it can never be about what is right can it? These motherfuckers will never learn that there will ALWAYS be people with integrity, who will shine the light on this cowardice.

ANYONE who thinks that it is s joke to play games with the truth... play games with peoples lives... play games with efforts to fix this mess, or make money, take care of their asshole friends, or conduct lucrative personal networking by rigging the reform process, and defrauding everyone, needs their life turned upside down, and inside out. They need to feel like they live in a juice blender tied to the front end of a roller coaster. Let’s see if that political favor down the road is worth it.

We thought the letter Gordon Eden wrote to all commanders warning the APD employees to stop talking to the DOJ was obstructing a federal investigation. We thought the emails stating the deal between the city and Taser was “greased,” along with taking a job with Taser after greasing that deal was enough to indict Schultz for pay to play, and we thought surreptitiously video taping the federal monitor BY APD command staff, in order to extort a positive evaluation of APD was enough for extortion charges. Obviously someone is missing it, needs to borrow a set of balls, or just flat out needs someone to do their job for them.

If this isn’t enough to put the brakes on shit, and start another investigation, what is? When is enough going to be enough? It is obvious that this new administration isn’t getting it either. What is it going to take to get some punishment around here?

For what all of this is worth, many people on both sides of the fence knew this was going on, and they chose to keep their fucking mouths shut.

We won’t. Fuck You liars!

Keller, you own this. Do not think you are going to play RJ Berry any longer. Get the fuck up. Take off the cute football jersey, and grow a set of balls. We all know this administration does not have the skin thick enough to deal with what we bring to the table. We have been quiet long enough.

Right the wrongs. Get rid of the crooked. Fix the past. Pave for the future, and forget about the “I” in your personal agendas.

We want to know what the “approved” and “unapproved” people said in that survey that makes the CPOA want to do a redo. If the mayor wants to prove he is transparent, he needs to call for the unedited publishing of the entire survey.

We would like to apologize for our long vacation. We have been working on some very important stories, like the new police use of force bill being proposed in state legislature, and the possible story of a mayor who rolled over his car while drunk many years ago as a teenager, and was arrested for it, and an officer who lied under oath about being part of a political favor to get promoted, after the force he used was deemed excessive, causing the death of a man, among many other leads. It is not going to be a very good year for some malfeasants this time around.

We were serious when we said make the wrongs right, not to continue to reward wrongdoing.

"Hernandez and Eden, meanwhile, said they planned to get in touch with the U.S. Attorney’s Office this week." Now that is a good one!

Earlier this week we told you about individuals within APD doing some really bad things. The amusement keeps on coming. In usual childish, and cowardly fashion those criminals running the city, and being exposed as the scum bags they are are very butt hurt, and they decided to lash out. Everyone who has EVER blown the whistle on the corruption in Albuquerque, or put those responsible for acts of cowardice against them in their place have faced assaults on their character, lies about them, and fabricated allegations in attempts to discredit them from cowards who take their shots from the shadows, or behind well insulated cover. Those days are coming to an end, because many are extremely fed up with this horse shit, and enough has been enough. There is a limit to everyone's patience, and tolerance. Some just fail to realize what can happen when you poke the bear, wake the sleeping dog, or push the envelope just that last little bit when everyone has had enough.

The above quote was taken from the local Mayor Berry PR firm, also known as the Albuquerque Urinal. The Urinal recently wrote that City Attorney Hernandez stated that the city is going to hire a special investigator, as if she is getting out ahead of this issue after the whistle was blown, and ignored a long time ago. This is nothing but horse shit. She, Eden, Perry, Berry, and the previous bunch caused this problem. When initially confronted with these allegations, she and her administration stated they were not investigating it. That was until damning evidence was leaked. Now, all of the sudden the Urinal wants to put together an article painting this problem out to be the solution to the problem. If you remember, the Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal were the ones who penned Ray Schultz was the man to clean up the department. They said he was the right man for the job, just before he ran away with his tail between his legs. This is the type of lunacy we are talking about. The same newspaper who said a bid rigging, malfeasant, who caused this mess was the solution, wants to tell you the same thing all over again. The Urinal thinks the citizens of this city are stupid. The Urinal so wants to carry water for this failed administration that they will say anything. Do not be fooled by these colluders. They use every trick in the book, including the above glory shot of Miss Ambitious. Everything is a strategy to them, and their timing is key to providing insight into their motives and intentions. It is all a game to pacify the critics of this administration. They print trash, and lies told to them by proven liars, and they use shit eating grin photos to put these liars in the best light possible. If it were any other administration, they would be using unflattering pictures of them in an effort to make them look like shit, not Real Estate Agent photos like Hernandez's, which, by the way still looks like shit.

In essence, the Urinal's philosophy towards the problem here can be likened to putting the pedophile who is being investigated in charge of the family advocacy center, and allowing them to conduct the child abuse investigation against them by themselves, or hire one of their friends to do so. Maybe Berry will hire Caswell Investigations? No matter what, anyone the city or Hernandez hires will be in the administration's pocket. Neither the city attorney, or anyone else in this administration should have access to them, other than to answer their questions, and provide information. Any control or ability to manipulate needs to be taken from them. The investigators must have subpoena powers, and access to any and all forensics tools they may need to thoroughly complete this. As far as we are concerned, the DoJ needs to fly in investigators from DC directly.

Standby friends, because over the next few weeks we will be turning these shit eating grins into frowns, as these liars and frauds dig their holes deeper, and we educate you more about the truth of what is going on behind the scenes. These extortionists are going to realize the door you open can get kicked right back the other way into your well deserving face.

CAN THIS BE TRUE?

We at the EYE have been hearing for some time about the new Major at the A.P.D.  Training Academy, Jessica Tyler (Eversgerd her madden name).   You may remember the last A.P.D.  Academy Director, Mr. Wolf, was having an affair with a sworn A.P.D. Officer and resigned in customary APD disgrace. Our Eyes tell us that Major Evergerd-Tyler applied to A.P.D. in 1999 but was turned down because she failed the polygraph.

Well, you can guess what happened next. Evergerd-Tyler applied to The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department and was hired. As time went by Evergerd-Tyler was promoted to lieutenant under the nefarious Sheriff, Darren White. Evergerd-Tyler then became a captain was placed in charge of training for the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department.  Evergerd-Tyler's husband is a retired Sandoval County Sheriff deputy and is now working for The Sandoval County Sheriff, Doug Wood, in a civilian position, we are told with their training department.  The Sandoval County Sheriff Department is a small department so they pay A.P.D. or The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department to train their cadets. 

Sandoval County had several new cadets to be trained; however neither A.PD nor Bernalillo County had an academy class going at the time. Now we have a new Bernalillo County Sheriff, Manny Gonzales, and it is discovered B.C.S.O. held an academy for the cadets who needed to get certified, mostly for Sandoval County.  It is also discovered J. Evergerd-Tyler was paid “under the table” to host and conduct that academy class. An investigation was started and J. Evergerd-Tyler resigned.  J. Evergerd-Tyler was then hired by A.P.D. given the rank of major and is now in charge of The A.P.D. Academy. We know Berry and Eden’s preferred job qualifications is someone who is unethical and controllable. Evergerd-Tyler exceeds both of these preferred qualifications.

Our Eyes tell us Rob Perry hired J. Evergerd-Tyler. Now let us not forget the nefarious Darren White is a reserve officer for Sandoval County and a close friend of Rob Perry. Our Eyes tell us Major Evergerd-Tyler Law Enforcement Certification has been sent to the Law Enforcement Board for de-certification. We know the administration has a good friend on the LE Board who commonly does the administration bidding.  IF THIS IS TRUE, MAYOR BERRY SHOULD FIRE ROB PERRY AND J. Evergerd-Tyler AT ONCE.  If this is true no wonder A.P.D.  is in free fall. If this is true, do you dare do this while under the eye of the D.O.J.?  We at the Eye want to hear from you. We know the rank and file know this story to be true. It is time; past time to get involved.  Local Media investigate, push the issue we nobody's have the right to know. As for Manny Gonzales, Thank You for standing up and doing the right thing.

Violent Dangerous Gang Members Flood to NM While APD Cowards

While the public is staunchly warned about violent and dangerous gang members flooding into New Mexico, local police in Albuquerque take to hiding out.  This includes everyone from the Chief of Police down to the patrol officer.

It is a commonly known fact criminals prefer low visibility of law enforcement.  This allows them to commit crime freely without capture or accountability.  According to KOB Channel 4 News (READ IT HERE), “Dangerous and violent gangs are rushing to call New Mexico home…” Here is proof, according to the story, “Our crime rate is 200 percent higher than comparatively sized cities…A lot of those crimes are perpetrated by people who are in gangs.” Why is this occurring?  The story cites poor gang laws. Our take goes deeper to look at root causation.

Since APD has come under tight scrutiny, most officers have elected to take the low road and seek shelter from the venomous eyes of a public who are hurt with their police.  If the officers are not out and about enforcing laws and are being stealth when they do get dispatched; they substantially reduce the possibility of coming under fire for any reason at all.  We understand the officers’ skepticism but what we do not understand is the Chief of Police hiding.

The Chief is taking home a handsome salary of over $158,000.00 plus numerous benefits in exchange for services to the citizens of Albuquerque.  Why has the Chief decided to coward and hide from the media on issues that are critical to the public?  According to a KOB Channel 4 News story (READIT HERE), “After releasing the allegations in a YouTube video Monday – not in a news conference with media present, as is customary – then refusing to answer any questions from local media, Eden and the department came under fire for not practicing the transparency and openness they preach is necessary.” The YouTube video centers on allegations that two APD officers beat another person.

Our Eyes behind the badge have told us there were top level discussions with Eden and others and the decision to block the media was warranted.  APD would start using a media campaign modeled after the FBI.  The model calls for the use of YouTube, Tweeting and Facebook to “beat the media to the punch.” According to the story,  “In this instance, Eden and APD are using their agreement with the DOJ to provide an extra shield of defense from having to comment on the case – perhaps rightfully so - as part of their agreement states that no member of APD may impede, impair, or hamper a DOJ investigation.”  This statement was also disclosed, “"They are our partners, and one of the things they ask us to do is - it's their investigation, and they ask us to abide by their media policy.  And we will abide by their media policy," Eden told KOB Tuesday.”

Where is the signed agreement where the DOJ demands the Police Chief to be silent to the public he is supposed to be accountable to and serve?

This is all more rubbish and lies.  Eden and Berry look like morons when they do one thing then they are forced to back-peddle and do another.  Choose a lie and stick to it boys.
