The blame game put forth by this lying, criminal enterprise we call a city administration is getting better by the minute. We came across video of a civilian police oversight meeting, where members of the CPOA were discussing being told by the city attorney Jessica Hernandez, and Chief Administrative Officer Robert Perry, that Taser's evidence.com / AXON data storage may have been hacked. We here at the Eye are getting a kick out of this. We bet next they will be blaming little green men for stealing the computer from the evidence room. Watch it here:

You see, now these malfeasants need an excuse for videos going missing, because they know they are caught, and who do they blame?!? The vendor they are involved in a "diametrically different" bid / contract deal with. That's right folks! These liars can not keep their plans or stories strait from one day to the next. They can not keep a line on their lies. This place has become a lie factory under their watch. It is absolutely ludicrous, and there is no honor or loyalty between thieves.

The city wants to award a contract to a company who's internet security they do not have faith in, and believe may have been compromised. Of course we know this is a ruse to cover for their own actions, but we wonder what Taser has to say about these allegations. Time will tell, as these morons dig their hole deeper and deeper.

We think it is about time a few people step down, maybe put the Scotch down, debloat, sober up, and cut a deal with the feds soon. Perry, Schultz, and Berry should think about cooperating with the feds, and giving themselves up because the inevitable is already in motion.

LETTER FROM KARI BRANDENBURG TO THE FEDS

Above is the letter former Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg wrote to the Department of Justice. The letter sums up what has been going on perfectly, and really rounds out an opinion of this regime from every angle now. The citizens, officers within, and now the DA's office all concur that a criminal enterprise is afoot here. We think it's not only something we all agree on, but it will be a major point in this election.

One final thing. In late December a Bernalillo county grand jury returned an indictment on the piece of shit that murdered our brother Daniel Webster. We here at the Eye will not engage or promote a bickering contest or debate the handling of this prosecution. What we will do is put it to bed right now.

There are many times cases get handed off to other prosecutors, wether it be more resources, or better funding. There are a multitude of reasons this happens. Our sources close to things have told us that the New Mexico Attorney Generals office took this case, and the family of Daniel feels good that they did. That is all that matters. The Bernalillo County DA's office is in transition right now, and we believe they would be able to handle this case just as well, but a little help from the state is not a bad thing considering the inundation the county is facing right now. We will leave it at that. We do not believe this was a political maneuver. It was a resourceful tactic. God bless you Dan. We miss you.

CAN THIS BE TRUE?

We at the EYE have been hearing for some time about the new Major at the A.P.D.  Training Academy, Jessica Tyler (Eversgerd her madden name).   You may remember the last A.P.D.  Academy Director, Mr. Wolf, was having an affair with a sworn A.P.D. Officer and resigned in customary APD disgrace. Our Eyes tell us that Major Evergerd-Tyler applied to A.P.D. in 1999 but was turned down because she failed the polygraph.

Well, you can guess what happened next. Evergerd-Tyler applied to The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department and was hired. As time went by Evergerd-Tyler was promoted to lieutenant under the nefarious Sheriff, Darren White. Evergerd-Tyler then became a captain was placed in charge of training for the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department.  Evergerd-Tyler's husband is a retired Sandoval County Sheriff deputy and is now working for The Sandoval County Sheriff, Doug Wood, in a civilian position, we are told with their training department.  The Sandoval County Sheriff Department is a small department so they pay A.P.D. or The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department to train their cadets. 

Sandoval County had several new cadets to be trained; however neither A.PD nor Bernalillo County had an academy class going at the time. Now we have a new Bernalillo County Sheriff, Manny Gonzales, and it is discovered B.C.S.O. held an academy for the cadets who needed to get certified, mostly for Sandoval County.  It is also discovered J. Evergerd-Tyler was paid “under the table” to host and conduct that academy class. An investigation was started and J. Evergerd-Tyler resigned.  J. Evergerd-Tyler was then hired by A.P.D. given the rank of major and is now in charge of The A.P.D. Academy. We know Berry and Eden’s preferred job qualifications is someone who is unethical and controllable. Evergerd-Tyler exceeds both of these preferred qualifications.

Our Eyes tell us Rob Perry hired J. Evergerd-Tyler. Now let us not forget the nefarious Darren White is a reserve officer for Sandoval County and a close friend of Rob Perry. Our Eyes tell us Major Evergerd-Tyler Law Enforcement Certification has been sent to the Law Enforcement Board for de-certification. We know the administration has a good friend on the LE Board who commonly does the administration bidding.  IF THIS IS TRUE, MAYOR BERRY SHOULD FIRE ROB PERRY AND J. Evergerd-Tyler AT ONCE.  If this is true no wonder A.P.D.  is in free fall. If this is true, do you dare do this while under the eye of the D.O.J.?  We at the Eye want to hear from you. We know the rank and file know this story to be true. It is time; past time to get involved.  Local Media investigate, push the issue we nobody's have the right to know. As for Manny Gonzales, Thank You for standing up and doing the right thing.

****UPDATE****
Thanks to one of our legal-EYEs it seems, Mr. Perry has some more explaining to do. You see as a licensed attorney he is bound to certain rules of professional conduct. Two of those rules involve avoiding any appearance of impropriety. Another is operating when there is a conflict of interest. As we all know, an officer involved shooting scene is an ACTIVE investigation, and as an attorney, Mr. Perry has no business being at such an active scene no matter how "fantastical" he things he is. And for Mr. Perry, who also sits on the city's lawsuit claims review board, as a participant and witness to the shooting scene, he now has conflicted himself out from weighing in on the matter.

Is there really any difference between Perry showing up at shooting scenes and White showing up at an accident scene? In fact, we think there's probably more of a reason for White to be present than for Perry under any circumstances!

In short, Mr. Perry's actions have create MORE liability for the city not less. Now we know, Mr. Perry has little interest in following rules, nevermind any ethics, but perhaps it's time he be called before the state bar's disciplinary board for review of his, rather "fantastical" conduct. "Dissemination of information" is what the city of Albuquerque's highest paid employee stated recently when asked why he was showing up at APD officer involved shooting scenes.

CAO Rob Perry has established quite a pattern of being in places he shouldn't be and knowing he shouldn't be. In November 2010, he walked through the unprocessed death scene of prominent civil rights attorney Mary Y.C. Han.

Then the following summer, he aided then chief's chief, Darren White in his handling of the media circus following White's actions at his wife's car crash.

Then reports started flowing in about Perry showing up at officer involved shootings and interfering with the investigation as he ordered people around and yelled at them.

Then our Eyes tell us he showed up at the recent shooting at 2nd NW/Arvada, after being brought there by a driver (our Eyes say it was his son) and was clearly intoxicated. Mr. Perry, we are told, screamed at Eden, yelled at officers across the street, and was guarded by perpetual shield of deputy chiefs.

Then while citizens went to meet with Mayor Berry in mass, Perry taunted and provoked them. Officers tell us he belittled people by calling them "son" and "chief."

We're curious as to why these antics have been allowed to continue. Had any of these incidents involved a P 1/C they'd have already been reassigned to the Prisoner Transport Unit or fired. Yet with Perry, it's pass after pass.  We at the Eye are calling for an immediate mental health evaluation before Perry does something to truly harm himself or god forbid others.  You see, this type of behavior only grows and becomes more aggressive when unchecked. Which as can be seen in the image below, Mr. Perry has found time to go to a local gym on the westside to workout during the day AND sign up for Zumba classes.  Geez Rob, really?

On second thought, forget about the transport to 2600 Marble NE, let's see what else this summer brings, it should be interesting....
