The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Hard working APD cops slapped in the mouth by APOA... DOUBLE STANDARDS... A former state auditor as mayor, playing mum to protect political interests. Stealing money PIO style in Albuquerque. CPOA HEAD is a liar... A criminal investigation into Drobik for fraud is warranted. The media is providing cover for the mayor. Where is the state auditor on this? Where is the AG on this? Watch as they all do political gymnastics to cover up theft.

There was once a day where being called a good cop was judged by your performance on the street, how many felony arrests you made, and the time you spent in court standing up those arrests, backed up by the opinions of your peers and community you work for. Not here in Albuquerque.

This week we were all notified of the results of the CPOA oversight board’s decision on the Albuquerque Spokesman’s overtime fraud investigation. They recommended termination, but they were only half truthful about what they said. Folks.... just watch the fucking gymnastics, word games, and bullshit fly as this administration tries to protect their media mouthpiece, and camera lens cosmetic cop Drobik from losing his job. You can see how bias the television media is towards the Keller administration with the small snippet below...

KRQE CPOA ARTICLE

But the Albuquerque Urinal delved a little deeper...

ALBUQUERQUE URINAL ARTICLE LINK

We all remember the James Geha case, Right! This is worse. Director Ed Harness tried to say that he can nor recommend a criminal investigation. Read about what he said, because he obviously forgets what he has said before. You see, about two years ago, during an Albuquerque Police Department investigation into a police Sergeant who used NCIC to find out who a person was who was surreptitiously recording his conversation as a third party criminal. The person that did that ran away with his wife after getting caught, but before doing so, the CPOA was almost used as an arm of retaliation when the director called for a criminal investigation into something where the only crime committed was committed by the crud tape recording another party of two’s private conversation. Of course no criminal investigation was conducted to look into that matter. Refresh your memory below...

EYE ON ALBUQUERQUE ARTICLE LINK

Read our Geha Article...

If you do not think the same people are all connected to protecting themselves, and their friends, while railroading the living fuck out of everyone else to protect their interests, just read everything as we connect the dots for you.

If you reread the above article link, you will see that a police Sargent blew the whistle on the James Geha case. Because of this, Geha was charged, and others left the job, to avoid being terminated. They were all tight with former DCOP Tyler. Tyler was the one who unlawfully had NCIC access their database to find out who ran her husband’s plate so they could retaliate on the Sargent. No doubt, for bringing light to the timesheet fraud going on. Charges were pressed only after the NEW Mexico State police stepped in to investigate. Nothing was done to Tyler as usual, and no action was taken on her state certification either... again, as usual. Now she is a Deputy chef of Farmington PD.

Now we have Simon Drobik. Officer Drobik was lauded as the hardest working cop by APOA President Shaun Willoughby.  Willoughby knows. Ha ha ha... Just ha ha FUCKING haaaa is what we have to say about that, folks. Here is the exact quote...

I don’t know a harder-working police officer than Simon Drobik,” Willoughby said. “Every single time we are given information about some atrocity inside of Albuquerque, Simon is the face that you see. He’s doing a job nobody else in the department wants to do.”

We really think Willoughby should put the fucking Burrito down before answering media questions, because all that twenty four hour chewing must be fucking up his head. What he said was a slap in the mouth to every single officer on APD, who is actually doing police work. AND BY DOING POLICE WORK, WE MEAN RUNNING FROM CALL TO CALL EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, AND ARRESTING THE DANGEROUS CAREER FELONS AND WANTED PERSONS OUT THERE ENDANGERING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF OUR CITIZENS.  NOT ONLY THAT, BUT DOING IT EVERY DAY AND NIGHT, AFTER GOING TO COURT EVERY DAY AND STANDING UP THEIR ACTIONS. WILLOUGHBY IS NOT A COP.  HE IS AN OFFICE WORKER. There aren’t many left, because the APOA and city threw them under the bus. The smart ones left, or retired as a result of it. Sitting in a supermarket and talking on the phone is not hard to do. Being a proactive officer out there, busting your ass every day with an administration that does not have your back is what is hard. But then again we are talking about the perspective of people who never did this or took the job to do this.

We think there are plenty of cops who do not want to see dead people, handle 30 calls a night, miss all the holidays, constantly roll around with filthy smelly criminals, and get up every day to
go to court after working all night doing the above. They don’t get to eat fancy dinners, rub
elbows with the upper admin staff and get political perks. They surely don’t get to choose when they want to work or enjoy being protected. No, they are used, and the PIO’s office is usually where the media lies and garbage on them originates from.

If you want to call this guy the hardest working cop, then back it up by posting his arrest stats, along with his court overtime, because we believe he is a poser, who is protected, because he knows things on people, is politically protected, and has connections that will protect him because of his worth to them. Just look how after we called him out on his car being parked in front of a KRQE journalist’s apartment, he was given a new unmarked car to sneak around in.
See that article here. Correlate our date to the date he was given a new car to hide in. We bet it was the week after the below article hit. We do know that the journalist fled the town after it hit.

URINAL APOA RESPONSE ARTICLE

EYE MYSTERIOUS PARKED UNIT ARTICLE

Why is a mayor who was the previous state auditor saying it is up to the chief? Why is Geier being made the hammer? Why is the mayor saying he can not comment on it? That is not correct. He surely can comment on it. He is being a political coward, and they already “think” they know what they are going to do, until the rest gets out. This is why there should be a criminal investigation. The Geha case involved 10 to 20 thousand dollars. This involves almost $100,000, if not more.

This administration has in place an orchestrated infrastructure to control investigations, in order to get to their desired outcomes. If that doesn’t work, they just do what they want, because
nobody does anything to them for doing so. That is a fact. Certain people are protected, and if they can’t totally protect them, because shit got out, the system is compromised through favors being called in to go soft on them, or technically sabotage further proceedings procedurally “throwing” it for them. Meanwhile, they disparately steamroll everyone else from all angles with impunity. We are seeing this as the Drobik case unfolds. The dancing is starting already.

The CPOA concluded their investigation, but stopped short of calling for a criminal investigation, and a criminal investigation is what is needed, because we believe this is deeper.

How many times was this guy on the clock, while he was driving that unit to an apartment complex near KRQE in his shorts and ball cap to see his “friend?”

How many calls to his city cell phone that were claimed as OT were from his “friend,” and how many were from others whom he knows in the media? Were media members investigated to see if parties conspired to call Drobik multiple times, so he could claim it in exchange for access to scoops and information? How many of those phone calls were the same numbers? We believe there is a facet to this that needs to be peeled back like an onion and looked into with a microscope.

The CPOA stated 50 times Drobik violated SOP to enrich himself, but let’s see if doing something like that constitutes being morally unfit to be a police officer. Let’s see if Geier fires Drobik. Better yet, let’s see what he gets, because officers were fired for much less, and had their certs pulled. Let’s see if Geier flies an LEA90 on Drobik, and if he does let’s see if that withers too. Let’s just see what portion of this administration is a hoax, because illusion and hoax is all we have seen so far.

If no criminal investigation is done on this, and it is whitewashed like the Garcia investigation. We know exactly where we stand, and it will get worse, just like we said it would.

Please read the below Abq Report articles. They did some good work starting this ball rolling.

ABQ REP ARTICLE link

ABQ REP ARTICLE

However the chips fall on this, it will be the tea leaves test for where things are going and it will prove if a few people are full of shit because the mayor is already distancing himself from this to let others make the decision that is already made.

The fact is that here in Albuquerque when the Administration wants to get you or protect you they will do what they want whether you are an employee or a citizen, and they will attempt to control all variables to get to the conclusion that benefits THEM.

They think everyone is stupid.

They are wrong.

How about this little fact. Quote this: EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS AN ATROCITY THAT IS HAPPENING, OR THAT HAS HAPPENED, IT IS THE RESPONDING PAYROL OFFICER’S FACE OUT THERE HANDLING IT. IT IS THE RESPONDING PATROL OFFICER FIRST ON THE SCENE AND IT IS THE RESPONDING OFFICER DOING IT, NOT TELLING US ABOUT IT.

Suck on that.

One Punt Over the Line Sweet Jesus...

Today our eyes tell us that Major Jessica Tyler has been punted by the administration. Well... ha ha ha... Just ha ha ha...
We can’t say that wasn’t a long time coming.

THAT AWKWARD MOMENT WHEN YOU ARE THE NEXT STORY ON THE EYE ON ALBUQUERQUE...

Back on June 8th of 2016 we here at the Eye did a story on the Albuquerque Police Department academy director. You can see it here:

Princess Jessica

Back then we told you about a story concerning a whistleblower incident, involving timesheet fraud that was uncovered by an APD sergeant who stood up and did the right thing. Now we are going to expose the fraud, and connections that are the absolute reason that there exists a culture within APD of why officers, and employees do not speak out against the corruption. The culture of retaliation exists right in the face of of the Department of justice. Those responsible for accountability are betraying society for their own selfish reasons. As a matter of fact, it has gotten more blatant, with intentional targeting of individuals through a flawed Police Oversight Board. In APD, those who complain become the defendant.

APD Sergeant Adam Anaya was cleared of any wrongdoing for accessing NCIC to identify a suspicious, shady individual was who committed a misdemeanor, by third party recording a conversation this Sergeant was having on his lunch. He was having this break with other police department employees who were attending training at the APD police academy, regarding use of force. He was cleared because he did nothing wrong. That is the way the system is supposed to work. Not here though, especially when there is an agenda of retaliation when they want to get you by any means necessary, because you exposed and humiliated them.

We have been hinting that we were going to expose a mole within the Civilian Police Oversight Board as we have been gathering evidence from various resources within our network of Eyes. Now you are about to be given a glimpse into how Berry and Perry's criminal enterprise manipulates all avenues to affect public opinion, direct investigations, tamper with the federal reform process, and guide everything in the direction of their own personal agendas to cover for widespread public corruption and malfeasance.

CPOA YOUTUBE VIDEO

If you watch the below youtube video, and pay attention to the subtle cues, you will notice the preconceived opinions of board members being manipulated by the Executive Director of the Civilian Police Oversight Board, Edward Harness, as he slightly plays on those opinions to get them to reopen the case against a Sergeant who did the right thing. Notice how he lets the two women express their already tainted view of the situation with comments like now "there's a catch all," (unprofessional in our opinion). Notice how Harness knows exactly what went down but allows the board members to elevate their hysteria (3:20) already making their minds up that there is a pattern. We say what pattern Mr. Harness? They were all unique and differing circumstances. Vastly! Harness throws out former officer Hindi's name along with officer Sanchez for illegally accessing NCIC. Hindi did not access NCIC for illegal reasons. He in fact wrote a report on it. Sanchez on the other hand did access NCIC and that information found it's way into the hands of a person who had a restraining order against them. That information was the address of the restraining order petitioner! Again, we say what pattern? Three cases where the disparity and duplicity is so egregious in the way they were handled that one female officer keeps her job after possibly exposing a citizen to life threatening further domestic violence. One officer was fired for audio taping an investigator, and writing a report that he did so, (He ran the investigator in order to get the person info for his police report so that he could tag it into evidence) (Standard procedure) (This investigator lied about being intimidated after she was questioned in the investigation against Hindi) and now a police Sergeant who is having a case reopened against him after he was cleared.

Now for the good part. Here is where the scheme unravels, and the administration mole presents himself. The complainant in this case is Mister Tyler. Mister Tyler is Jessica Tyler's husband. He is also friends with one of the individuals who got hemmed up in the timesheet fraud investigation spawned by Sgt. Anaya stepping up. No coincidence here folks. There are no coincidences here at all. It is all intentional. You see. Mister Harness fails to tell the board the real shit, like him being in the class with the complainant, (and husband of Jessica Tyler) who filed the civilian police complaint, (CPC) and as Adam Anaya was indirectly threatened with being demoted by Jessica Tyler after she entered the room in a tirade threatening those critical of APD. Notice how Harness downplays the crime of third party recordings by saying Tyler (May) have taken a picture. If Edward Harness had done his job, he would know exactly what Robert Tyler did because the guy is his complainant. And you want to talk about abusing their position and illegally accessing NCIC to break the law, and retaliate on a whistleblower? Lets talk about Tyler having his wife Jessica call police radio to find out who ran her Husband's plate through NCIC, then providing that NCIC information to a non APD employee who is friends with those being investigated through an investigation spawned by this Sergeant. What a wicked web we weave. Mr. Harness should not even have taken this complaint. This is a blatant conflict of interest. He didn't tell the board that, now did he?

Brass tacks is, the board does not know police procedure. Not a knock to them, but they are influenced by what they see in the media, and lack common sense perspective that comes with training, and hands on experience. This deficiency is being exploited by Mr Harness. The hands of this administration are through out the CPOA. Notice how in the video he plays on the board's conspiracy theory mindset, and sense of urgency to get them to file an appeal within the 7 day time frame to reopen the case. Mr. Harness plants the half seed and sits back to watch it grow. He is a manipulator.

Things are getting clearer. It seems as though Mr. Harness sees this assignment as a way to bolster his resume, make political connections, and promote himself. We say this because we know sincerity, and a genuine item when we see it. We see nothing but a fake front here. Mr. Harness gets to attend training at APD. He has been seen hanging out with certain APD brass, he promotes Jessica Tyler like a fan on his Twitter page. ( https://mobile.twitter.com/edwardharness ) As a matter of fact, he can't promote himself anymore than he does on that page. Look as he tweets board decisions, and talks about how important he is.

Many people say what they think people want to hear in order to get what they want. Harness said in a newspaper article that he has strong investigative skills, both from his work as a police officer and as an attorney. We would like to know how. Lets break it down from an educated perspective shall we, because we have many seasoned 20 and 30 year old salt street cops who say you never know everything. That is humbleness though. Genuine.

Looking at Mr. Harness's dossier, he attended law school almost simultaneously with being employed with the police department. Now, we all know how demanding full time college can be, let alone law school. We also know the demands, and unpredictability of police shift work, changing assignments, and court appearance obligations that conscientious police employees face. We would love to see this person's work attendance record. Somewhere, being a cop had to be put aside for that law degree. It seems as though Mr. Harness used that time to concentrate on being a lawyer. Mr. Harness claims 6 years as a police officer. We bet that counts his academy time. We all know what goes on when you go to school, and work full time folks.

We here at the Eye are getting information that Mr. Harness is not being objective in his investigations, that he is not interviewing witnesses in cases where it appears he wants to protect APD brass, and he is turning civilian evidence requests into IPRAs, in order to skirt their presentation by, saying it is too burdensome. In some instances he has actually been antagonistic towards citizens, seeking transparency and accountability, alienating them, and intimidating them from doing what we want, seeking answers, truthful objective answers. In short order, he is playing the same old games the city plays as an inside double agent. Argue with us, and we will provide even more proof.

Enough is enough. Berry and Perry have engineered every aspect of control, by putting their people in place, or constructing inappropriate tentacles of influence that reach through safeguards to effectively keep the cap on their corruption, while fooling you into thinking something is being done as they enact safeguards to protect their buddies who may get caught up in the process. They are a Herpes Simplex Virus. City council is oblivious to it, easily baffled by big words, and bloviated expressions of feigned accomplishments. Essentially, they are having their cake, and eating it too. And those who are in positions of trust are complicit. The system is compromised. We are sick of it. If you are not a part of the solution you ARE the problem. GTFO!

30 CALLS HOLDING, AND WHERE ARE YOU HUNTSMAN?

A lot of attention has been lavished on our well deserving chief liar Gordon Eden lately.
There is no dismissing the fact that this Eden character was put in place as a muppet.

Muppet definition:
A person who defies explanation with regard to common sense and logic, emitting an air of confidence that is mutually exclusive to that of their accomplishments or ability.

"Well, it's not quite a mop, it's not quite a puppet, but man... " - Homer Simpson

"In Great Britain, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, the word muppet has come to be used as a mild term of abuse, meaning a stupid, incompetent, or idiotic person, or the obvious interpretation of someone who is inanimate, or somehow not there."

Gordon was not the first choice for chief, and he definitely was not the the most qualified.
When a bumbling clown, who gets caught in lie after lie needs guidance, what better place to look than a good old buddy like Eden's, Bob Huntsman; good old two faced Bob, as we call him here at the Eye. You see, Bob was always the kind of guy who had to stand out from the crowd, with his 6" wheel gun, like some kind of John Wayne, and he enjoyed the worship of his swat pups, as he called them. Bob was brought back to hold Gordon's hand, so Bob can now share in the attention he deserves for what he decided to buy into, and support. Good old Bob portrayed himself as the gunslinging tough guy, who was the cop's cop, but we have seen quite the opposite, since he was called back for babysitting, and diaper changing duty, and we can be sure that he has really been a two face all this time. Good old Bobby has been our grassy knoll man, the guy calling the shots from the shade, a "Mini Berry Me" shall we say, hiding out, avoiding scrutiny. We here at the Eye think it is about time he answers for the choices made, and the danger our officers, and citizens are put in concerning the lies put out by the Albuquerque police department command staff. Officers being told to change reports concerning being equipped properly during riots...lies about being prepared...lies about staffing levels...and lies that ruin lives, committed by criminals in the city administration.

There are the usual suspects, but the Eye knows there are the ones in the wings. Those cowards who do things undetected. We promise to keep our EYES ON THE PRIZE, but we are going to widen our scope to include those who are professionals at avoiding scrutiny. More is coming.

We here at the Eye have received a quote. Not just any quote, but a quote that will be part of the beginning of the end of this corruption. It has only just begun people. We added it to give everyone a sense of the climate we are in these days.

"I should be dead now. I will pursue this right to a wrong. They get away because people tire. I'm just getting my second f*****g wind. They will regret when they started this dance. I will not falter nor fail, one way, or the other." ~victim of a corrupt administration~

Below are Albuquerque Police Department computer (CADS) for last night, 6/8/16 at approximately 22:30, from swing shift, Southeast Area Command. They are the radio calls for service holding during that time. Our Eyes tell us that there were over thirty calls holding. This means that people that needed help had to wait, when seconds could mean a life. Ask the city administration if there is a problem, and they will lie, and say no. They will tell you to wait for their official lie to be released. They will tell you their version is better.

This is all being done to delay the inevitable, so the guilty can flee. The mayor, police chief, CAO, and their minions....

These CADS Do not lie. Look for yourself:

Maybe Bob has the answers we are looking for. Maybe Bob can tell us these CADS are all a figment of our wild imaginations. He sure had a lot of disinformation to talk about concerning the Dear case. More to come on that and the secret IA the city is criminally concealing, and terrified about getting out.

This just in:

On a lighter note, the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board convened today, and the board unanimously voted to overturn corrupted hearing officer David Linthicum's recommendation that Tyler's case be tossed out. That means that the board sees something is afoot here! Our resident queen may be getting what is coming to her. This was initially exposed here when it was first listed with the NMLEA. THEY PULLED IT FROM THEIR AGENDA!

Could it be that Mister Linthicum covered for Tyler, because of his previous history with BCSO and Tyler?  Could it be that Mister Linthicum, Darren White's business partner sees a little of himself in Tyler, as he himself left the Bernalillo County Sheriff's office under some shady circumstances? Maybe Mister Linthicum should be made to answer for why he took that BCSO chopper on a joyride with his buddies.

That is right Mister Linthicum, you are front, and center on our radar here at the Eye. We are onto you, and the strings you have pulled for your friends. It is going to get really uncomfortable for corrupt people. This is only the beginning. No longer are cowards going to be permitted to snipe from the shadows, then flee off into the land of unaccountability.

Princess Jessica

Princess Jessica Tyler is one of the untouchables that just on keeping getting away with it.
As reported in The Albuquerque Free Press, Albuquerque Police Officers were attending training on use of force. The Officers went to lunch during their break, and while sitting in the restaurant, they were discussing  the class of instruction, and how it was not matching what they had been instructed by their chain of command. This seems reasonable to THE EYE to discuss what you have just learned, and then return from lunch and point out the differences so everyone will be on the same page. The Officers observed someone they did not know sitting at a table next to them. He seemed to be recording their conversation on his cellular phone.  Guess who this person turns out to be?  The person is none other than former Captain of Bernalillo County Sheriff Dept. Robert Tyler.  Now Robert you do know it is a misdemeanor to record a conversation that you are not part of......now don't you?!?  No matter.... you are also one of the untouchables. So you think.  Well Robert ran as fast as he could to tell the Princess what he had learned. In turn, the princess enters the classroom, and announces that anyone that does not like being a supervisor, she will bust to patrolmen.  Hahahahahaha. One of the Officers involved in the lunch conversation is a sergeant. The sergeant filed an internal affairs complaint against the Princess for creating a hostile work environment. But wait... Robert to the rescue. He filed a citizen complaint against the sergeant. An A.P.D. Spokesperson stated they could not find any internal complaint against the Princess, but we at THE EYE bet that citizen complaint against the sergeant is front and center. This Princess was hired by A.P.D., and given the rank of mayor, to run The Police Academy while under investigation by her former employer
B.C.S.O.  That is still an unsettled investigation.  We at THE EYE ask all of you current, and past Officers, how many of you were hired while under investigation for something? How many good Officers lives were ruined on trumped up charges by the administration, just in an effort to make the administration look good?  We all know that nothing will happen to the Princess or husband Robert just like nothing ever happened to Ray Schultz, and so many others that have destroyed The Albuquerque Police Department.

JUMPING SHIP; THE COWARDS WAY

Our Eyes have told us that yet another APD ranking member has chosen to announce to everyone that he is fleeing (retiring) in light of scrutiny. Through the last few years, we have seen many questionable, to say the least, individuals (coincidentally?) leaving as soon as they are either accused of criminal behavior, served with lawsuits, or out of fear of being caught for what they have done when justice comes "breathing down their throats." As usual, greed trumps everything, and they opt to preempt the inevitable by retiring; some early. Yes folks, some of these cowards have retired early, losing thousands, because they know little is better than none. They really deserve nothing, because they are the root systemic problem with what has been plaguing this city. They are actually responsible for it. They are the culture of corruption in it's truest form, but ask them, and they are the only victim in all of this; the innocent party. Everyone else is the problem. It's all a big misunderstanding. Some actually think they can walk away from what they have done to citizens, employees, and this city. They are wrong. This is why they run. This is why they move out of state.

Look back at the cast of usual suspects we had running for the hills when the Department of Justice announced they were starting an investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department. We had deputy chief Paul Feist, and commander Rae Mason take off like bottle rockets. Beth Paiz, and several others retired abruptly also. Darren White bolted. Deputy chiefs came and went like dirty sox. We had two major positions fabricated, and one of them, Major Montano is now gone. We all knew former Deputy Chief Allen Banks, and the coward who started this... Ray Schultz, were going to run, and they did! Brachle and Sandy hung on just long enough to get that pension. Actually, the department intentionally stalled things to get them there. The good ones decided that enough was enough, and left on their own terms, and now the department is left in shambles. Hell, even that yellow colluding newspaper, the Albuquerque Urinal is doing stories on the MIA. Yes, even that bloated, gluttonous, dirt merchant Scott Greenwood is nowhere to be found. Maybe he found a new no bid contract city to foot the bills for his penchant for porn, and pay for his poodle's treats?  We all knew this was coming. Two things these malfeasants have in common are greed and cowardice. This has been demonstrated with excellence. These distinguished alumni are now wondering when the other shoe is going to drop. Some of them actually get the heads up. That is why it seems like they are able to dance through the rain drops.

As the guilty point the finger, we have deputy chiefs supporting officers charged with murder, and bragging like criminals, that the state police have nothing on their buddies in this recent timesheet scandal, and criminal investigation into former IA lieutenant Eric Jordan, whom we hear is now the latest to prep for flight. That is right. Top APD brass are bragging that the state police have nothing. Famous last words. There is an old saying.... "Where there is smoke, there is fire." There has not only been blinding smoke, but the fire has been pretty out of control too. While others were terminated at the Albuquerque police department for untruthfulness, this individual was spared, when he admitted to stealing a wallet connected to a police investigation years ago when he was an officer, and his admission had to be pulled from him. Actually, he only admitted he took the wallet, because they caught him, so it is no surprise now that he has not even seen a day of administrative leave, since a state criminal investigation has been launched against him, and two others weeks ago.

As all of the above behavior continues, APD,s person in charge of the police academy, and resident grenade throwing termite, Jessica Tyler just can't help herself. When one person has one incident, it may or may not be their issue, but when one person has multiple incidents of drama, and controversy, resigns from a position, then brings their drama to another agency, and the nonsense continues in the same way it always has, you have to look to the one variable always in those failing equations. The problem usually lies there. It is even more evident when the behavior of that defective variable mirrors the behavior of the entity she is now aligned with and protected by. The below behavior is just as described...... pathetic. Cry victim when caught, make counter accusations, then.... when confronted with the truth, clam up, and take the fifth, and hope it all just goes away.

http://www.freeabq.com/2016/06/01/more-jessica-tyler-nuttiness/

We here at the Eye would like to thank the Albuquerque Free Press for their continuing hard work in exposing the public corruption plaguing this city, it's residents, and employees.

We here at the Eye think it's going to be a long hot summer for some people.

CAN THIS BE TRUE?

We at the EYE have been hearing for some time about the new Major at the A.P.D.  Training Academy, Jessica Tyler (Eversgerd her madden name).   You may remember the last A.P.D.  Academy Director, Mr. Wolf, was having an affair with a sworn A.P.D. Officer and resigned in customary APD disgrace. Our Eyes tell us that Major Evergerd-Tyler applied to A.P.D. in 1999 but was turned down because she failed the polygraph.
Well, you can guess what happened next. Evergerd-Tyler applied to The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department and was hired. As time went by Evergerd-Tyler was promoted to lieutenant under the nefarious Sheriff, Darren White. Evergerd-Tyler then became a captain was placed in charge of training for the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department.  Evergerd-Tyler's husband is a retired Sandoval County Sheriff deputy and is now working for The Sandoval County Sheriff, Doug Wood, in a civilian position, we are told with their training department.  The Sandoval County Sheriff Department is a small department so they pay A.P.D. or The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department to train their cadets.
Sandoval County had several new cadets to be trained; however neither A.PD nor Bernalillo County had an academy class going at the time. Now we have a new Bernalillo County Sheriff, Manny Gonzales, and it is discovered B.C.S.O. held an academy for the cadets who needed to get certified, mostly for Sandoval County.  It is also discovered J. Evergerd-Tyler was paid “under the table” to host and conduct that academy class. An investigation was started and J. Evergerd-Tyler resigned.  J. Evergerd-Tyler was then hired by A.P.D. given the rank of major and is now in charge of The A.P.D. Academy. We know Berry and Eden’s preferred job qualifications is someone who is unethical and controllable. Evergerd-Tyler exceeds both of these preferred qualifications.
Our Eyes tell us Rob Perry hired J. Evergerd-Tyler. Now let us not forget the nefarious Darren White is a reserve officer for Sandoval County and a close friend of Rob Perry. Our Eyes tell us Major Evergerd-Tyler Law Enforcement Certification has been sent to the Law Enforcement Board for de-certification. We know the administration has a good friend on the LE Board who commonly does the administration bidding.  IF THIS IS TRUE, MAYOR BERRY SHOULD FIRE ROB PERRY AND J. Evergerd-Tyler AT ONCE.  If this is true no wonder A.P.D.  is in free fall. If this is true, do you dare do this while under the eye of the D.O.J.?  We at the Eye want to hear from you. We know the rank and file know this story to be true. It is time; past time to get involved.  Local Media investigate, push the issue we nobody's have the right to know. As for Manny Gonzales, Thank You for standing up and doing the right thing.

APD Involved Fatality: Someone is Lying

"When we're trying to do our job to protect the public and something like this ends up occurring, it's very difficult," said Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Jessica Tyler. Tyler then added, "It wasn’t a pursuit, but I think he was trying to attempt to locate what had been reported. I don’t know if he saw a vehicle or if it had been reported that a possible drunken driver (was) in the area,"

Tyler's statements were made in response to questions regarding a fatal accident involving APD Sergeant Adam Casaus this past weekend. And as Tyler made these comments, she immediately put her department's thumb on the scale in trying to sway public opinion.

Much like APD's chief Ray Schultz does when revealing elements of any high profile investigation as he tries to sway public opinion in his favor, BCSO is playing by the rule book written by Schultz: Disclose things that remove culpability by the department and render blame on others.

We saw this earlier this week when the Albuquerque Journal's Jeff Procter asked Schultz about the APOA's survey indicating morale is low in the department. Schultz's response exposed his contempt at merely being asked the question shows how out of touch with reality he is. No, said Schultz, morale is fine. When asked why DOJ is here investigating APD, his initial reaction was "I don't know" which he quickly recovered and asserted blame on officers involved in shootings. Would a real leader attack an honest question? Even if the results of the survey are flawed, the mere fact that so many officers answered in the way they did is evidence that there is an issue. But since Mr. Schultz is so quick to attack others and their standing to criticize him, let's not forget Mr. Schultz only has a degree from a non-accredited undergraduate program. So, using Schultz's own standard, it's unlikely he would understand basic survey mechanics or basic statistical analysis. Please Mr. Schultz, explain to us what flaws there were in the survey? Please tell us your assessment of the standard deviation of the means... Let us look at the mechanics you used to self report a score of 96%.

Whatever happened this past weekend which resulted in the collision, for an investigation to be truly objective, those representing law enforcement agencies need to keep their mouths shut in answering questions about the investigation. Adding speculation into the situation further discredits agencies already mired in scandal. And Tyler's agency of BCSO is not without it's criticisms.

The public's general attitude of local law enforcement has been challenged lately. The leaders of our local departments have failed us and have lost that trust as they continually try to cook the books with their "everything is fine" propaganda. Given the event involving another APD sergeant as well, we find it highly disturbing that under any other circumstances the SWAT team would've been called out to apprehend an armed felon but it wasn't. But the sergeant had time to get his financial affairs in order, surrender, get booked, get arraigned, and bond out before the end of the day.

These events tell us that once again the books are being cooked by the people in charge of keeping things honest and once again the citizens will be left with holding the bill.  Mayoral Candidate Paul told one of our Eyes, "if the City [officer] screw up, they need to be truthful and admit it and cut their losses."  What a profound thought...

One last thought for the day; has Chief Schultz been told to pack his bag?  What about his baggage...More on this to come, keep checking back with the Eye for the "piecing truth."
