MEET THE PROTECTED SPECIES

Over the years, we have seen this administration railroad a whole lot of people. Many have been wronged. For some, the administration just made up a lie. For others, they purposefully lost evidence that would exonerate. Many have been left behind in the promotion process, simply because the administration dislikes them. Many have been retaliated against for speaking out. While all of this has been taking place, the usual suspects, and connected parasites have been protected, coddled, and promoted. At times this administration has lied to screw those they wanted to, while they lied to protect their criminally corrupted friends.

In our latest information gathering session, we found out that APD's long time resident parasite, and cancer cell, Todd "TJ" Wilhelm is in the process of being protected from the next incoming administration. This political appointee, who is yet another fat bloated tick, that has been feeding on the city with his politically appointed job at the APD Real Time Crime Center for way too long is being lined up for protection in another very unique, but unsurprising way.

Fat Boy TJ has been an at will employee at the RTCC. Because of this, he could be flushed with the rest of the turds come November, when the next mayor takes office. What a crisis, for someone who's only qualification for his sensitive job is being a former kitchen bitch reporter, shit talker, and behind the scenes, back stabbing, water carrier for former city attorney Kathryn Levy, and coward Ex-Police Chump Raymond D. Schultz. This dirt merchant, and fiction broker media liaison should have been shitcanned a long time ago, but Perry and company value his slimy background, and know he knows things about them.

A two fold plan to protect fatboy has been implemented. You have all seen the big to do about the new ALeRT, and RTCC recently, and now our Eyes have told us that a job posting was put up for a not at will, permanent, managerial position at the Real Time Crime Center. How coincidental! Two convenient ways to make TJ look, and appear to be indispensable, while digging him in like a herpes virus. That posting was recently closed. Our Eyes have told us that this position is TJ Wilhelm's. That is right! While all the other rat finks are jumping ship, they are making sure those that can't are taken care of. The scum in place now want to make sure they still have their filthy claws dug into sensitive positions within the next administration. They want to make sure it would be hard for the next administration to get rid of this fraud. We know it would not be that hard though. All they would have to do is open up every case, and investigation he has been named in... starting with the Mary Han case.

Now, if this happens, we were right. We say... get your IPRA pencils out folks. IPRA all job postings for the new manager spot in the Real Time Crime Center, along with all applicants. This should be a good one.

While you dirty pieces of shit sit there collecting bloated paychecks for doing nothing, as you walk on others... as you trivialize the ruination of good people... while you minimize the destruction this city has faced at your filthy hands... while you think you have nothing to worry about and think you are going to skip across the goal line, you are mistaken.

A core group of filth bags have ruined The Albuquerque Police Department, and the entire City of Albuquerque, in their greedy money and ass grabbing quests. While doing this, those you have directly affected were not the only victims. The ripple effect extends to families and friends. You filth have destroyed communities. While you have done this you all have had the audacity to claim your dog shit gimmicks will make the place better. You are nothing but dirt merchants, and carpet baggers. When the time comes, your families need to feel the sting of being roofed. Your families need to feel the pain of this crime rate. Your families need to have no benefits. And if you get another disease, you should rot, like you have let this city do and those you have left twisting in the wind.

So Todd, it would be tough luck if the new mayor told you to kick rocks, but personally... who gives a fuck?!

The next mayor will need the balls and fortitude to root out every single one involved with this administration, and or connected with the Schultz crowd, and infuse the place with new, and uncorrupted individuals, with no past connections, who are dedicated to repairing what these malfeasant bags of feces have done.

THE ALBUQUERQUE URINAL (JOURNAL), OUR OWN LITTLE HANOI HANNAH: Jackson Felony Fight Edition

During World War 2 we had Tokyo Rose. During the Vietnam war, we had Hanoi Hannah. Here, we have a little yellow stained rag, known to us as the Albuquerque Urinal (Journal). The epitome of free speech should be the people's source for fair, and balanced information. This information should be objective, and without agenda. If any single entity knows the value of the 1st amendment, it should be a newspaper. With this in mind, a newspaper should be the one putting out facts about what is truly happening, and supporting the fight for transparency, and freedom of speech. Instead we have the Albuquerque Urinal, and their Editorial board of whores, providing cover, by any means necessary, for a corrupted, and criminal city administration..... AGAIN... Our own little Hanoi Hannah.

Pure evil, and perversion knows no bounds when it comes to protecting itself. One of the most heinous acts perpetrated in conflict, is the use of citizens, and innocent children to hide behind. In Iraq, the insurgents hid behind the populace. In Vietnam, the Viet Cong used women and children to hide behind, and in all of these conflicts, there were the voices of propaganda and lies, intentionally misinforming the masses for their benefit. Through the years, nothing has changed, because we still have perverts right here in Albuquerque, promoting the violation of people's civil rights, while using children to hide behind, in the ongoing conflict against public corruption; they are the Mayor Richard J. Berry, and his coward CAO Robert Perry. These two have orchestrated every leak to the media that benefitted themselves, while threatening an information blackout to any media outlet that dares to report on their misconduct. This is being done in order to obstruct justice by distracting, misleading, lying, and delaying, to protect themselves, and promote their agenda. They have attempted to influence the outcomes of trials, hearings, and government decisions by calling their contacts at the Urinal, just prior to these actions coming to fruition, just like they did days before the Hindi hearing, until they got caught. They are the problem here. They are the wrong, and there are no limits to their parasitic behavior, or the behavior of the infrastructure that supports them, namely the editorial board of the Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal, as seen in the below piece of trash recently written by them.

Dan Lewis commented that the Boy Scouts had to leave the city council meeting without having their say, because of "drama and delay" and the Urinal decided to use this to further their agenda by tugging at the heart strings of readers, and painting city government the victim for playing tit for tat with citizens who have served this country more than they ever have, or will. There is no drama in standing silently, and holding an American flag, but since a few city officials had their feelings hurt, they feel the need to create drama. These same city officials could choose to remain quiet, and act like the public servants they are supposed to be, but they decide to play cowardly juvenile games, out of their own personally driven animus. This is what creates the drama. If the usual city government suspects did not arrogantly taunt citizen attendees by smirking at them, insulting them, and threatening them, there would be no drama. If there was accountability for the blatant corruption, there would be no outrage or drama. If certain city council members did not blow off citizens concerns with bored looks, and an attitude of "next," there would be no drama. If citizens actually had a say that mattered, and there were actions taken on their concerns, there would be no drama. City council decided to end a meeting, because one old Military Veteran known as Silvio Dell'Angela, decided not to be bullied, and because of that decision by City Council, those Boy Scouts did not get their chance to speak. Make no bones about it, the problem is personal. Looking at it as the Urinal looks at things, one could conclude that those boy scouts were denied their right to free speech, because of the ongoing corruption within city government, and those Boy Scouts are collateral damage of that very same public corruption. They were caught in the middle of a fight between right and wrong, just like those innocent women and children. No, the Urinal sees this as a way to vilify those speaking out against the corruption, and to blame them for the lack of progress. They blame one old man with a flag, to cover for dozens of criminals who walk on everyone, while continuing to fill their pockets. One needs to look no further than the seats filled in city council meetings, by malfeasants like the APD upper command staff, sitting there with their arms crossed, looking at their cell phones not caring, the city attorney, smirking at citizens in order to provoke them, or the Chief Administrative Officer sitting there drunk, to see what the real problem is here.  But perhaps the most evident, is that which is never there, the worthless mayor of this city in meltdown, Richard J. Berry.

The Urinal's behavior is collusion with this corrupt administration. With every cowardly, anonymous article, the editorial board publishes, they prove their agenda, and do a disservice to society. It is no better than a tabloid. They are dishonorable, and now they use children for their agenda. We are not surprised.

While we were writing this article, we were advised that funding to the Police Oversight Committee has been cut in direct retaliation for their findings in the Brachle case. We all know the city's penchant for retaliation, in remembering the termination of Zane Reeves for the Perea decision, the vindictive behavior exhibited towards the media for exposing the corruption, by cutting them off from information, and the retaliatory acts committed every day, towards employees and citizens, by overgrown criminal crybabies, who are unfit for the positions they hold. Robert Perry committed extortion, when he threatened Professor Reeves to change his verdict in a personnel board hearing case. He was never held accountable for that, despite judge Nan Nash's decision that the termination of Reeve's contract was illegal. John Corvino was retaliated against, and pushed out of a department he loved by a retaliatory lying group of thugs. This conduct only stops when they know they are caught, and they are facing a losing battle. THEN they throw your tax money at it.  Although the DoJ is present, the city administration continues to lie, and conceal, as with the recent in custody death cover up at the Pho Restaurant, that violated the APD MOU with the District Attorney's office, causing DoJ reform alarms to sound.

The conflict of interest, CIT INC. no bid contract gig is up, because they got caught. These people commit blatant acts, and are arrogant about it. Imagine what it would be like with the office in charge of accountability in the pockets of the culprits responsible for this mess. Thank God Robin Hammer was not appointed to the ABQ Inspector General position.

If we all do our part, No more Boy Scouts will have their rights violated by a corrupt administration, and the future will be safer for all of our children. Keep shining the light. Boycott the Albuquerque Urinal. Do not buy it. Speak out about the perverts there who would have you believe that old men, and children are a threat to our 1st Amendment  rights. It has been a while since the last story was posted, but a lot has come to our attention.

For instance, when a police department seeks out new training curriculums, these curriculums must meet state mandated guidelines, so that there is uniformity across the board with what officers are, and are not allowed to do. NOT HERE FOLKS. Even under the DoJ consent decree, those within APD continue to do whatever they want, whenever they want. APD tactical units have been training at Jackson's MMA. Nothing against Jacksons, but if something seems odd, we here at the Eye shine light on it. Our eyes have told us that Joe Christman (you remember him from the former APD Sgt/PIO Pat Ficke incident where Christman drove Ficke home when he was intoxicated? This lead to Fickey being indicted for felony domestic violence charges, after his wife sustained a broken face, and allegations of a gun being involved, when he was accused of putting one into his mouth during this reported incident. This could have caused serious bodily injury or death to everyone in the home including the children, as could the strikes to the head, as the victim has claimed. Ficke was accused of the beating that caused all of this. See the later article, with the posted police report ~edited 6/16~) has been seen scouting out new places for APD tactical units to train at. He was seen at Jackson's, and several APD tactical units have been seen training at Jacksons. The problem here is the same problem that APD training at Department of Defense installations poses. It is not the military, nor are the streets a cage. And just who is paying for this training? It does not end there folks. There is an appearance of impropriety and leniency. It has come to the Eye that several professional fighters at Jacksons are convicted felons. Not just any convicted felons, but violent convicted felons. Jackson's MMA, and UFC fighter Diego Brandao was recently arrested for attacking bouncers in Knockouts strip bar, then pointing a gun at them. Willie Parks, another fighter from Jackson's, just got sentenced to 10 years in prison for felony domestic violence. In 2013, fighter Melvin Guillard was convicted of aggravated battery, and his sentence was deferred. He dodged over 300 days of jail time for that 2010 case involving a bar fight. Previously he received probation in 2007 for drug charges, and was arrested in 2008 for violating that probation in Houston. The list goes on. Fighter Cody East was indicted for felony domestic violence, and several other charges over the years, including resisting, and obstructing an officer, domestic violence, aggravated battery, and probation violations. Tyler East's record is just as long; trafficking in controlled substances, Aggravated Battery, probation violations, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, false imprisonment, and other charges, up until 2015.

We all remember fighter Jon Jones's contacts with law enforcement, but lets look closer at it. Has he learned, or has a blind EYE been turned to his behavior, because of the appropriate contacts within the system, and the value of the almighty dollar connected to his ability to be viable. Jones faced charges of leaving the scene of an accident, after striking a vehicle with a pregnant woman inside of it, and running away. While on probation for that, he gets caught driving illegally AGAIN. His charges get deferred in that case, and within 24 hours, he is stopped again, and issued more citations. Any one of those is a probation violation, that would result in jail time, but it is wiped away without any consequences, or the bare minimum, because we all know how the corrupted system bows to the almighty dollar. People need to start to ask some serious questions, and connect the dots to the usual suspects, who are constantly connected to what is going on around here. If you don't believe us, just look everything up on NM Courts.  Maybe Darren Knows? After all, he can't get enough of being a hang around over at Jackson's MMA, despite his painful bad back, and severe need to be a medical marijuana user. Maybe someone could answer why the officer, who was doing his job that day, would be accused of being racist for stopping Jones, when he himself is Native American, and tolerated Jones's condescending, disrespectful mouth? Why would this officer face ANY scrutiny at all, considering the sources who have gotten so many free passes at the expense of society.  Maybe we can ask if there is an MOU signed between APD, and Jackson's MMA for this training, and is there still a rule about officers consorting with known felons? We all know that tactical considers themselves above the "meager" field officer. Maybe they have the answer for why they feel the need to train outside of APD curriculum, considering the fact that APD actually has it's own use of force and ground control training. Maybe Bob Huntsman can explain this, because we already know Gordon "YouTube" "I don't think do" Eden will take the fifth, or just play stupid.

Folks, there are several ongoing investigations into this administration, and we will do our best to keep shining the light. Stay tuned. It is going to get very interesting, and this corrupt administration is in for more unhappy camping.

Want to know why New Mexico is last in everything ?  The answer to that question is right in front of your face Mr./Mrs. Nobody.  Politicians, our Secretary Of State is in jail and our Governor Martinez should be facing criminal charges.  Really Mr./Mrs.nobody , you can't make this stuff up.  As reported on all local media and national media as well our Governor Susanna Martinez embarrassed the entire State Of New Mexico at a out of control Christmas Party at a hotel in Santa Fe.

According to news reports  the party was loud and beer bottles were being thrown from a hotel balcony (in APD lingo it was a 39-2).  Police were called but that is when our Governor takes over and calls Police Dispatch and demands to know who called the Police and demanding the Police be called off. When Police Dispatch stated they could not do that our Governor argues with the Dispatcher and tells her yes you can it's public record.

Well guess what Governor it is not public record and you as a former District Attorney know that very well. The Governor keeps on arguing with Dispatch saying there were no beer bottles thrown it was snowballs.  We at the EYE didn't see any snow in the media video of the hotel. Did they really go downstairs, scrape it up off of the few snowbanks, and then bring it upstairs?

Why would adults throw anything off a hotel balcony ?  Our Governor then confronts the hotel front desk. Our Governor states she was not intoxicated and was having pizza in the hotel room with her elderly mother. Well that's a true politician for you.  True politicians will always say they  are going to take care of the children and the elderly. REALLY GOVERNOR ?  

We at the EYE by the sound of The Governors voice to dispatch really sounded intoxicated.  All Police we have spoken to agree that The Governor sounds inebriated.  Further proof would be that when you become intoxicated your judgement is the first thing to be effected, is it not Governor ?  So what if one of us nobody's had done what the Governor has done ? What criminal charges could you be facing ? 

Here is a short list: INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS, INTERFERING IN A POLICE INVESTIGATION, AND 911 ABUSE.

We all know that nothing will happen to the Governor. There will be no investigation, there will be no criminal charges, everyone involved is to busy C.Y.A.. If it was one of us nobody's you would be booked, jailed, and waiting to be seen by a judge.

P.S.  Where are all of her defenders? You  know, people like Darren White and Adam Feldman who post and tweet endless accolades whenever Susana reads a book on goats to kids?  Funny that they disappear when the going gets tough.....But we know that's what Darren does... don't we Darren?

So why is New Mexico and Albuquerque in the mess it and first on every bad list and last on every good list? 

If you read The Santa Fe New Mexican you can see for yourself.  Two stories on November 7 and 8 reported in the paper are well worth reading.  Of course our local media either didn't report the stories or lightly skipped over them. It seems The F.B.I. is investigating Jay McClesky and his fund raising activities for Governor Martinez back to her run for her first term.

Part of the investigation is money going to McClesky from the 2011 inauguration committee going to political consultant Jay McClesky. McClesky  also raised money for our loved Mayor Richard Berry. McClesky is very well paid. Martinez paid McClesky $21,418.00 a month from April to October or $128,512.00.  Martinez also paid McClesky wife Nicole, owner of Public Opinion Strategies , $20.000.00 for the same time period. Former Secretary Of State paid McClesky $365,530.00 from 2010 TO 2014. McClesky was paid tens of thousands of dollars by the Republican Governors Association in 2014 and Public Opinion Strategies $ 63,000.00.  F.B.I. are questioning the lease agreement issued by Martinez Administration  to The Downs Racetrack And Casino since early 2013. 

Wait a minute wasn't Darren White in charge of the casino?  Federal Grand Jury indicted James Estrada, Martinez former Campaign Manager for illegally intercepting Martinez emails. Estrada said that the emails contained McClesky involvement in State Business and possible corruption.  A March 2012 text message sent by McClesky to Andrea Goff, a fundraiser for Martinez , requesting they run donations to Martinez by William Windham, through another political committee because the competing bidder for the Down Lease complained about Windham winning the lease. Think that is enough ?

Oh no there is more. Federal Investigators have subpoenaed records from New Mexico Taxation And Revenue to see if retaliatory audits were conducted on former members of  Martinez political team when they ran afoul of Martinez.  Brent Eastwood was audited for his gross receipts taxes, after he filed a whistleblower lawsuit that named top officials of wrongdoing and was fired.  Nathanial Thompkins , attorney for Eastwood  also received an audit.  Tom Tinnin received an audit after he resigned after a dispute with Martinez over The Downs Racetrack And Casino Lease.  Andrea Goff former fundraiser for Martinez has had several audits by the State. Of course no one will answer questions to state officials and McClesky saying it's under investigation. Where have we heard that before?  A.P.D. of course! Does this tax thing sound anything like how Schultz used Internal Affairs?

This shows why we are in the state of affairs we are in. Keep your mouth shut on corruption and you're ok. Open your mouth and you become a target for political revenge. We at the EYE ask one simple question. Is there an honest politician in New Mexico ?

CAN THIS BE TRUE?

We at the EYE have been hearing for some time about the new Major at the A.P.D.  Training Academy, Jessica Tyler (Eversgerd her madden name).   You may remember the last A.P.D.  Academy Director, Mr. Wolf, was having an affair with a sworn A.P.D. Officer and resigned in customary APD disgrace. Our Eyes tell us that Major Evergerd-Tyler applied to A.P.D. in 1999 but was turned down because she failed the polygraph.

Well, you can guess what happened next. Evergerd-Tyler applied to The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department and was hired. As time went by Evergerd-Tyler was promoted to lieutenant under the nefarious Sheriff, Darren White. Evergerd-Tyler then became a captain was placed in charge of training for the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department.  Evergerd-Tyler's husband is a retired Sandoval County Sheriff deputy and is now working for The Sandoval County Sheriff, Doug Wood, in a civilian position, we are told with their training department.  The Sandoval County Sheriff Department is a small department so they pay A.P.D. or The Bernalillo County Sheriff Department to train their cadets. 

Sandoval County had several new cadets to be trained; however neither A.PD nor Bernalillo County had an academy class going at the time. Now we have a new Bernalillo County Sheriff, Manny Gonzales, and it is discovered B.C.S.O. held an academy for the cadets who needed to get certified, mostly for Sandoval County.  It is also discovered J. Evergerd-Tyler was paid “under the table” to host and conduct that academy class. An investigation was started and J. Evergerd-Tyler resigned.  J. Evergerd-Tyler was then hired by A.P.D. given the rank of major and is now in charge of The A.P.D. Academy. We know Berry and Eden’s preferred job qualifications is someone who is unethical and controllable. Evergerd-Tyler exceeds both of these preferred qualifications.

Our Eyes tell us Rob Perry hired J. Evergerd-Tyler. Now let us not forget the nefarious Darren White is a reserve officer for Sandoval County and a close friend of Rob Perry. Our Eyes tell us Major Evergerd-Tyler Law Enforcement Certification has been sent to the Law Enforcement Board for de-certification. We know the administration has a good friend on the LE Board who commonly does the administration bidding.  IF THIS IS TRUE, MAYOR BERRY SHOULD FIRE ROB PERRY AND J. Evergerd-Tyler AT ONCE.  If this is true no wonder A.P.D.  is in free fall. If this is true, do you dare do this while under the eye of the D.O.J.?  We at the Eye want to hear from you. We know the rank and file know this story to be true. It is time; past time to get involved.  Local Media investigate, push the issue we nobody's have the right to know. As for Manny Gonzales, Thank You for standing up and doing the right thing.

Who is Smoking Dope? Integrity For Sale

Recently the public was notified the nefarious Darren White has most recently become one of the directors of Purlife as noted in a application to the State of New Mexico. The application from Purlife is a legal request to sell dope in New Mexico. As most recall, White left the State of New Mexico disgracefully after opposing the Governor policy on Marijuana; White then ran for Congress and lost to a liberal democrat; next White would later be bounced out of the City of Albuquerque in disgrace as usual.

Former Governor Johnson called the application (that includes White) hypocrisy. Johnson also called White a clown in a polite fashion and stated it was “unforgiveable.” White who made a music video while with the Albuquerque Police Department asking youths to say “No” to drugs now wants the Almighty Dollar over a gateway drug that poisons our youths and continue to ruin our society.

White was a police office in Houston Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico, Secretary of Public Safety Director, Bernalillo County Sheriff (two Terms), and Chief Public Safety Officer for the City of Albuquerque.  All of these positions held by White are or were law enforcement orientated positions. All of these positions demanded integrity.

According to our law enforcement eyes, they want no part of pushing dope in New Mexico and are very resentful by the manner White attempted to include honest retired and former law enforcing officials to his aspiration of being a big time legal dope dealer in our State. Real law enforcement officers do what is right; every time regardless who it may or may not benefit. Yes, it is called integrity.  Pushing dope legally or illegally is wrong.

White’s recently released statement is repulsive. White stated in part, “…I was asked by a company to develop and implement a risk assessment and security plan for their application.”  Whites’ past history has clearly shown he lies; we want White to immediate produce his “risk assessment and security plan for Purlife’s application.”  And an explanation on how he became one of the dope company directors compared to being an advisor or consultant? This appears to be nothing more than another lie to mask greed.

Is this just another White lie? Mayor Berry stood staunchly behind White when he fled in disgrace. We hope the Mayor would now see we were right about White; we were right about Schultz and we will be proven right about Eden.  The Eye advised and warned the public about White and Schultz and we warned Berry to. So will Berry man-up and admit he was wrong?

One final thought. Isn’t White a Reserve Deputy with the Sandoval County Sheriff’s Department? It is completely inappropriate and unacceptable to have an openly and active drug advocate tied to any law enforcement agency. Being in law enforcement requires integrity. True integrity is not for sale for any amount of money.

Criminal Conspiracy Defined: Raymond Schultz and Darren White

Our Eyes tell us that a "citizen's search warrant" is about to be served at APD's Main Station downtown. As seen from the picture below, it seems APD brass was tipped off and now has tampering with evidence among other chargeable offense.

In the midst of DOJ's investigation and the unfolding mess of TaserGate, the Eye began thinking about what exactly was it that Schultz, Berry, Perry, and White were so afraid of with DOJ coming in to do an investigation of APD.

Surely it's not the shooting of a few dozen citizens. For if it were, the brakes would've immediately been applied and special orders issued all but prohibiting the use of deadly force except but under the most extreme circumstances.

Well, it's quite obvious that Schultz, Berry, Perry, and White didn't want DOJ to investigate for things other than the shootings. They went so far as to defame and inflict horrendous violations upon their own personnel in their effort to "show" DOJ their presence wasn't needed when they fired former officers John Doyle and Rob Woolever.  Now it seems that TaserGate is but the one of those concerns that Schultz really would've preferred not be exposed about. Makes us think about ARAPA and the placement of certain women in the days following Schultz's departure.

Over the last few days, your loveable Eye has been reviewing some of the more dramatic cases of APD misconduct to see what other issues there are besides the obvious matter. Clearly there is/was a serial killer on the loose in Albuquerque murdering prostitutes and burying them on the west mesa but nobody seemed to care. Obviously Tera Chavez was murdered and there is/was a giant stolen vehicle theft ring involving Levi Chavez and other APD officers. Then there is the matter of the suspicious death of prominent civil rights lawyer and APD foe, Mary Han.

You see, we've spent quite a bit of time reviewing the civil complaint, and we notice something that hasn't been brought up. While we all know there was a disgraceful and atrocious flooding of the death scene by APD and City brass, the communications amongst those persons seems to be overlooked.  And where the lawsuit is in the courts is very interesting. The city's response has been to confirm that all the allegations in the complaint are true and move for dismissal because even with all the allegations true, there are no claims that any damages can be provided for. In other words they are saying, they don't dispute anything in the complaint.

Below is a chart showing as best as we can tell from the lawsuit the path by which phone calls occurred on that fateful day in November, 2010:

The boxes in red indicate personnel that were at the scene and went into the house. And the lines indicate phone calls between persons with the call direction show by the arrows. Notice how Ray Schultz and Darren White appear to the be the focus of so many communications? They are what one would call "hubs." It seems they were quite busy, and all this for a reported "accidental suicide?"

Notice how Banks appears to have been involved with personal property at the scene? And notice how Perry does not follow his chain of command and bypasses Schultz? And speaking of Schultz, where was he when this incident happened? News reports tell us he was out of state and in Michigan at his bereaving mother's side. But other Eyes tell us he was not in Michigan at all. Notice how White was contacting everybody under the sun, and bypassing the chain of command by calling Banks directly?  We know we have many readers at Sandia National Labs, perhaps some of their communications specialist would care to weigh in. Because if when it comes to conspiracies, this speaks for itself, police calls come in and work their way up not their way down through the chains of city power. And all this for an alleged suicide?

We think not. We think this speaks for itself.

*****UPDATE*****  It seems a tipping point has finally been reached. The drama which unfolded at city council last night falls on the following individuals. Much like the hubs and spokes of the players in the above incident, the following have directly and personally contributed to the mess that is known as Albuquerque. Hmmmm, who's missing?

The leaders of Albuquerque seem to be living in upside down land. Not only in how they spend our money, but in how they address challenges on the street…

Faced with spending about $10,000 or more than $500,000, the Albuquerque City Council openly revealed how they could care less about citizen tax dollars. A citizen initiated ordinance which would change the “viability” date of late term abortions from 24 weeks to 20 weeks, is prepared to go to the voters. But instead doing what they have the power to do and include the measure on October’s city ballot, city councilor’s are instead desiring to have a special election for the matter. At issue are to matters: 1) Can the city council approve an election resolution and 2) can city clerk Amy Baily certify the 12,000 or so signatures of the approximately 28,000 turned into her by September?

Costs for a special election are anticipated to run between $500,000-700,000. But why spend $10,000 when you can spend over half-million?! Instead of moving forward with the necessary resolution and offering to supplement Amy Bailey’s staff to certify the necessary signatures by hiring people, the members of Albuquerque’s city council want to bilk tax payers for the cost of the special election. While they had no problem approving a “consulting fee” of $10,000/per month for recently departed chief of police Ray Schultz, city councilors can’t seem to assign a few people for $20/per hour to help count signatures.

But this kind of upside down thinking shouldn’t surprise us. Even though the current mayor, RJ Berry is supposed to be a “businessman” (we thought that meant making and saving money not wasting it…) under his administration, APD has shrunk and not grown. At latest report there are approximately 853 sworn officers. And his approach to dealing with crime in the city is also the inverse of what needs to be done. Instead of dealing with it, he hides from it then says it doesn’t exist.
Under Berry, gang violence has increased and now there are midday shootouts where recent gang violence spilled up to 70 bullets into the streets in gun fight last Sunday afternoon (READ IT HERE). This didn’t happen in some remote section of the “International District” or some destitute area of the South Valley, but in the busy intersection of Menaul NW/4^th NW. But because of officer scarcity no dayshift officers responded to the call nor swingshift officers. Only an off-duty sergeant who was headed into work but whose shift wasn’t to start for another half hour.

When asked about this mess and the lack of officers, newly pressed APD Chief Allen Banks openly stated to City Councilor Ken Sanchez that APD’s Gang Unit has not been disbanded but merely “dispersed.” (By the way, even KRQE anticipated gang violence weeks ago (READ IT HERE) and we at the Eye called it months ago).

Like STD’s the legacy of disgraced former Nefarious Public Safety Director Darren White continues to give. Just recently the city settled a high profile case where he encouraged aggressive action on citizens back in 2010. In the fabled “4^th Street Mall” case, we got to see how litigation rich targets, also known as Leah Kelly and Jennifer Jara, pushed their badge around on citizens not violating any crime (READ IT HERE). And this is the second case in this incident that the city settled with the total tab running to about $100,000.

This is the same Leah Kelly who would be involved in a shooting a few months later which has yet to fully litigated. Will the city settle this one also or will they take it to court and risk another $10 Million? Given the target of the shooting was found to have not committed any crimes and Kelly has, well, an endless discipline and complaint history we expect there to be a lot of fireworks in this mess. We'd like to see the lawyers involved in this matter grill White as to what personal liability does he have Kelly's actions against her victim/target. By failing to discipline Kelly and Jara for their behavior on the 4th Street Mall did he encourage and incite such aggressive behavior? If not for White's inaction to appropriately discipline Kelly and Jara did they not feel they were untouchable and fully empowered to go on their own shooting rampage?

The point is folks, just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, well they are. Then there is the matter of some discriminatory practices involving what is known as “The Kirk” that we at the Eye have uncovered.  We’ll leave that for next week though…..

Mary Han Part III: Shades of White

"Darren White has long fought against shady deals, corruption, and ethics violations throughout his career – from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. Darren White will shake up the political bosses, shady lobbyists, and the traditional power-brokers in Washington, D.C., and promises to govern in an open and transparent manner."

The above statement came from Darren White and his campaign on October 15, 2008, prior to being beaten by then city councilor, and now U.S. Senator, Martin Heinrich. White made the remarks as then state senator pro-tem Manny Aragon plead guilty to charges of conspiracy and mail fraud in a public corruption case which brought down the once mighty politico.
 

Two years later, White himself would be in the center of orchestrating the greatest and most macabre police cover-up in APD's history. In it White would be promoting the desecration of a crime scene, tampering with evidence, lewd acts of voyeurism, grand theft, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, and the cover-up of the murder of one of Albuquerque's most high profile and successful civil rights attorneys.
 

The call to APD Dispatch came in at 12:35 on November 18, 2010, and in it Ms. Han's former partner and rejected state supreme court justice Paul Kennedy reported an "accidental suicide." Kennedy stated to the dispatcher that he had gone by to check on her because she had not gone in to work that day. Instead of the silver Mercedes convertible Kennedy is known to drive, he arrived at the scene in a black Range Rover. But 911 is not the only call Kennedy made.
 

As the city's Public Safety Director, Darren White received a call, that his records indicate as being from an "Unknown Caller" moments later, White made a flurry of calls to City Attorney Rob Perry, to his own PIO TJ Wilham, to APD Deputy Chief Allen Banks, and to APD Chief Ray Schultz. From there those persons called other familiar names in Albuquerque's current affairs including then APOA President Joey Sigala, APD Deputy Chief Paul Feist, Assistant City Lawyer Kathy Levy, APD PIO Trish Hoffman and other unidentified persons including an APD detective.
 

As this mob of scoundrels descended upon Ms. Han's residence, the first responders were rapidly displaced by a never ending parade of stars and suits. DCOP Allen Banks and DCOP Feist went into the house and removed all first responders. Their actions, and the actions of others, remain inexplicable to this day. In the course of their actions triggered by White's flurry of phone calls, a crime scene was destroyed by people who had taught and overseen crime scene training and instruction. A scene was invaded by onlookers that seem to show a flurry of data transfers (that we are sure can be pinged to the cell towers near Candelaria/Rio Grande) which can only mean images were sent away. When those images and/or phones were "replaced" evidence of the scene was also tampered with and destroyed by the very people who provide instruction and oversight to thousands of city employees. And then there are the diamond rings.

Were they too tempting of a trophy for the offenders?

Or were they articles of nostalgia for one boxed into a corner by years of nefarious actions, unrequited love and bold rejection?

14 Year Old Girl Dead; who’s at Fault?

A 14 year old girl died following at a “Foam Party” that was allowed to be hosted at Expo New Mexico.  Who is at fault? The youth from Santa-Fe, New Mexico, looking for fun? Incompetent managers at Expo New Mexico? The security guard who was supposed to be checking ID’s? It is a combination but the real culprit(s) remains silent. Someone has blood on their hands; the question is who?

This horrible event starts out by Expo New Mexico booking the “Foam Party.”  Most people in the known refer to these parties as “Raves.”  They play loud music, flash lights while young kids partake in the use of drugs like “X” or “K.”  These drugs are more commonly referred to as ecstasy and such.  The kids jump and dance till their hearts races out of control and their body are overheating.  The event sponsors then sell bottles of water for $5.00 each to the kids who are ready to faint from heat exhaustion.  Don’t forget all the drug dealers present selling their poison to the children.

What makes this case worse, some idiot allowed booze in additional to the entire drug scene. Going by Expo New Mexico stated rule which allows people 16 years of age and older to attend the question must be asked.  Who allows a child who is 16 years old to attend an event like this with people over 21 years old who are drinking.  This had tragedy written all over it from the start! Now let’s talk about the players who are really responsible for this child’s death. Was this death due to negligence and/or incompetence?

According to Mr. Hennington who is the Media Director for Expo New Mexico, since this 14 year old passed away they may not have this type of event again where they mix teenagers with drinking adults.  Really?  Ya think? This is the same Mr. Hennington who use to own "Frantic Romantoc."

Expo New Mexico which is managed by Dan Mourning who is good friends with the nefarious Darren White who manages the Downs Racino and New Mexico’s Pro tem Governor, Jay McCleskey.  The same names keep coming up over and over every time there is a problem or a tragedy.  Mouring managed a small restaurant prior to running the “largest show in New Mexico.”

The nefarious Darren White took to tweeter and made a claim that the girl was on “X.”  Shortly after White posted his garbage, he quickly removed his post.  We would like to see White’s certificate which proves he has more knowledge than the OMI or a doctor. Or how did White come across this information? Was he there with these underage children? Did he use his position to gain this information like he did to remove his wife from a DUI crash before he was booted from the City of Albuquerque in disgrace?

Whoever’s name appears as approving this event is liable which by proxy makes the State of New Mexico liable.  This family will sue and get a huge settlement; but this does not bring their daughter back. Don’t worry; no one is going to lose their job. The Governor will not fire anyone or do anything. Besides all these people involved are political flunkies of the Governor and are fully protected.

This was completely avoidable and was all a result of incompetent decision making by several people in power.

Now someone has the blood of a 14 year old child on their hands…We hope the few dollars made was worth this child’s life.

FBI TO STOMP-OUT A FEW SNAKES

News broke yesterday about an FBI investigation into how the Downs at Albuquerque Racetrack and Casino was awarded a twenty-five year lucrative contract to run the Downs Racino over another competitor whose offer was superior to the Downs at Albuquerque Racetrack and Casino. This company who “won” gave Suzanna Martinez $75,000.00 in contributions and paid Governor Martinez’s pet snake, Jay McCleskey, to be a “consultant.” (Anyone see a problem yet?) The big question now is why did this deal go to the Downs at Albuquerque Racetrack and Casino when Laguna’s offer was superior?

Remember when the nefarious Darren White got booted out of the City in disgrace? Remember White immediately got a job at the Downs? Remember White had zero qualifications to manage a racetrack and casino? The good news for White is; he is a Republican just like Dick J. Berry and Jay McCleskey. Folks, here is where it really pays to be an SOB (Support of Berry). Since White left with two black eyes the Republicans had to take care of their boy. Remember, Gov. Martinez also appointed White to the Judicial Standards Commission? (Martinez’s unethical behavior we will save for another day.)


McCleskey who we are told are BFF’s (best friends forever) with the nefarious Darren White tried to plug his BFF (White) into the Martinez Cabinet but White was too hot in the media and of course being unethical caused Susanna to put her foot down like Sasquatch and defied McCleskey. This caused other problems we are told in the Martinez administration. Eventually McCleskey found White a job at the Downs. White was given a six month contract worth $75,000.00. Folks, that’s 150k a year; much better money than he was bringing in with the city job. So it appears the “greasing of the palm” started way back then.
Now McCleskey has been interview by the FBI about the entire possibility of corruption as it relates to why and how the Albuquerque Downs Racetrack and Casino landed the twenty-five year deal worth billions of dollars. Let’s see; McCleskey is known as the Governor by proxy, and he controls Susanna and the rest of the Republicans including Dick Berry. McCleskey consulted for the Albuquerque Downs’ deal where the State of New Mexico gets cheated, and it appears it was all orchestrated by none other than MR. McCleskey! Well, was Mr. McCleskey paid with blood money? Hey McCleskey; have you heard of the RICO STATUTE? How about conspiracy? We are not accusing you of anything; this is just a “test” of your knowledge base. The bigger question is will McCleskey sing like a Yellow Canary or has he already?

To the G Boys: make sure you are wearing cleats under your boots when you start stompin’ on all those rattle snakes. Paul Heh our future mayor has stated he will have a true inspector general who will work under the direction of the city council. The City’s Inspector General will handle complaints of corruption and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. The “funny business” will stop when Heh is in office. This is applicable to past corruption as well as future corruption. You cannot out run the long arm of the law! One last thought…how come none of the TV stations pick up on this story or the Albuquerque Journal? Could it be Berry, Schultz and McCleskey are really the Puppet Masters in control of what is released???

Never Ends

No sooner were we about to break the sordid details of all the endless incidents of sexual harassment which occurred under former Belen Police Department chief, Paul Skotchdopole, (and now city of Albuquerque, IRO investigator) and the extensive federal consent decree he which led to his departure and endless liability upon the the city of Belen when a story from our friends at www.progressnownm.org caught our Eye.

 

You see for several years now, staffers and Governor Martinez have been caught up in an emailgate scandal where government employees and politicians have evaded sunshine and transparency requirements by conducting government business via personal/private email accounts. Aside from sordid and disgusting sexist laced remarks, the folks up in Santa Fe seem to think operating in public with integrity is beneath them.

Now thanks to Progress Now New Mexico, the same scandal is unfolding here in Albuquerque with Mayor Berry and his favorite take out order cook TJ Wilham. Included herein are snippets of emails sent and received from that pet snake and fringe Republican consultant Jay McCleskey (you also may know him as Jason McCleskey...the name he used when he was booked for DUI and Domestic Violence). It seems folks here in Albuquerque don't like to use their city emails either while at work but prefer to avoid sunlight when they conduct political activities on the tax payer's dime. While the Mayor likes to hide behind his lawyers to conceal illegal campaign contributions, it seems he wants to hide behind them again as he violates the federal law known as the Hatch Act.

 

As if that isn't enough concern, why would TJ Wilham, who is clearly a political operative and adviser be placed in a super sensitive public safety position where all he gets to do is WATCH PEOPLE? If you recall, Wilham is the director APD's super elite Real Time Crime Center...is it possible Wilham has been using law enforcement resources for campaign activities? Given his penchant for lying and leaking information we think there is no doubt about it.

 

Our friends at Progress Now New Mexico tell us even more emails are on the way. Given the connection between Berry, Martinez, and McCleskey isn't now simply a given that things are really much worse than we realize? That the city's economic failures over the last three years have been part of design?

 

P.S. In case our old pal Darren White missed it, horse racing across the country is in the doldrums as reported by Time Magazine. This is the result of a steady trend of the years. Really, you wanted to build a casino in the poorest part of the city and it was based on an enterprise which is not sustainable? Really?

P.P.S. Don't worry Mr. Skotchdopole....we haven't forgotten about you and your illegal felonious activities. And we wonder if you bothered to consider if you were on video...

RECIPE FOR DESPICABLE

 While the soon to be departed Mayor of Albuquerque, RJ Berry, is going around collecting money for his campaign from out of city voters, a recent article caught our Eye.

 

We know the list is almost endless as to what's gone wrong since Berry became mayor, but it's worth repeating: we've lost more jobs (3,900) proportionally than any other city in the country, we have fewer people employed now than when Berry took office in December 2009, APD is under DOJ investigation, the person responsible for APD's demise is being allowed to walk away with a fat 90% of gross income pension, real estate prices have yet to recover to their pre-2009 prices, crime rate is higher than ever before, more people are leaving Albuquerque than moving in, cover up after cover up plagues the city in gross disparity compared to other cities, APD's issues continue to bewilder even the most honest fan--low staffing, increased expenses, bottomless morale, and expensive hi-price toys being run by people with little or no law enforcement experience, and the list goes on.

 

With the city in such a disastrous state, why would anybody want to invest money here? Obviously they wouldn't. And in fact that little bit of information was buried in yesterday's Albuquerque Journal. You see venture capital is at an all-time low and has continued it's slide into non-existence since, you guessed it, Berry's election. (READ IT HERE)  Folks, you can't make this stuff up.  These are facts and all have verifiable sources to prove these facts.

What is venture capital? In basic terms it's simply money private people or investment groups invest in private companies to get them off the ground. It's a reflection of the optimism in a given economy. People invest their money with the expectation of a return and here in Albuquerque, it seems there is NO HOPE for a return thanks to the policies of RJ Berry. No seed money, no growth. It's that simple.

 

And while we have Berry to thank for implementing his failed policies, we have the cast of official and unofficial advisers surrounding him. It is much as their advise as Berry's implementation that have brought this city to it's knees. So a vote for Berry is a vote for the despicable.

Something is 'Cook'ing or Should We Say; Someone?

 

It's amazing how the mouthpieces of the Berry Administration continue to promote this bizarre idea that everything is "all good" and that Albuquerque is moving forward. Even when broken, a clock is right twice a day fellas. You might ponder the real meaning of this. Considering the events of this week, we'd say the clock is so broke you can't even tell what time it is!!!

 

Former Counselor Cook is Cooked

What can you say regarding former city counselor Michael Cook? Arrested for DWI late Wednesday night, the Eye would like to recognize him for taking responsibility for his actions as he promptly resigned from his position as a city counselor. Mr. Berry, Mr. Perry, and soon to be Mr. Schultz, you might take note of Mr. Cook's actions. Notice how by resigning he puts all the issues that would otherwise affect the city to rest? Notice how his ownership of his error immediately makes it a non-issue? We are by no means endorsing Mr. Cook's alleged DWI offense. But we do respect a person who is willing to take ownership of such issues when it clearly affects his ability to work in public's interest. This is something Berry, Perry, and Schultz have no concept of given the hole they have buried the city in with all of their misconduct. Make no mistake about it, the mess they have let happen will cost us tens of millions in extra taxes. Just look at what is happening in New Orleans as they try to satisfy elements of their DOJ consent decree tab. We only had Hurricane BPS, at least New Orleans had a true natural disaster happen there!

Sontag Rising

 

Our Eyes tell us retired APD Lieutenant Sontag is on his way to be the interim chief. Given his standing with the state's fringe Republican neo-conservative Tea Party, we suspect he will simply be the front-man for CAO Rob Perry. It'll be Perry's way or the highway. Whatever representations Sontag makes with respect to his "clean up" of APD's evidence room issues, trust us the bodies are still buried there in evidence. Our Eyes tell us Sontag could be taking the chief's chair as early as June 1. We'll see.

 

Cartels Among Us

For those of us who are concerned with the macabre crimes of bodies being buried and burned in the cars lately, here's a jump at the obvious, the Mexican drug cartel La Linea is very much in operation here in Albuquerque. This is not anything new as homicide has been actively investigating, and playing down, what are clearly Mexican cartel order murders. Sorry, whenever Mexican nationals and their family members are slaughtered, the crime speaks for itself: It's a message. The message is for others to fall in line "or else." Women burned in cars, children with their throats cut open, people mutilated, kidnappings. We hate to be the bearer of bad news but the cartels are here. Our only concern is what happens if the Sinaloa Cartel decides to take on La Linea over the territory known as Albuquerque? So many experienced officers have left the department and the officers are so cowed into a bunker mentality we can expect a summer like last year but worse.

 

Officers & Deputy Chiefs

 

The Field Services Bid happened once again, and given the numbers of officers who bid, our Eyes tell us expect more end of shift hold-overs, fewer officers on duties, more forced overtime, fewer vacation days, more responsibility, more explaining to citizens why their call held for so long, more explaining why DOJ is here and how they are not going away anytime soon. But we do know who is going away. About a year ago two-time civil rights violator Steve Warfield was promoted to Deputy Chief of APD. With his stars barely even on, our Eyes tell us he announced his retirement. Why bother promoting to the position if you're going to leave? At lease retired Deputy Chief Beth Paiz had the common sense to decline to take Ray Schultz's job.

 

Lastly, our Eyes are telling us the local Republicans are in fuss over something. There are a lot of sweaty palms and lots of bunkers being built...it seems something big is coming. But then again, that's the Republican way, to just always be afraid that something big is coming. In this case, perhaps it's knowing that Pete Dinelli and Paul Heh have gotten so many signatures that they are already in the cushion zone and still have through the end of the month. Whatever you do Darren White, please do not endorse Mr. Heh or Mr. Dinelli, that will surely torpedo anything effort to kick Berry to the curb!

The Sadim Touch

In leadership theory it's called the "law of the lid." It's the concept where people in general have a ceiling to which their abilities cannot exceed. It's their lid and once you hit it, you're pretty much stuck unless you increase your knowledge, skills or abilities.

With Mayor Berry's disgraced former public safety director, the nefarious Darren White, who resigned in scandal as former Bernalillo Country sheriff, who resigned in disgrace as the New Mexico Department of Public Safety secretary, and a disgraced former APD sergeant, Darren White continues to hit his "lid."  Oddly enough, any time someone leave Berry's cabinet; it is always in disgrace, right Ray?

 

 

 

You see, nobody can get on a bandwagon fast enough, or flee from it, faster than Mr. White. In the days of the UNM Lobos men's basketball team, their coach was the object of Mr. White's unrestrained....affection. Please, don't take our word for it. Look at the above image taken from Mr. White's Twitter account. Of course he has since then joined the legion of ex-fans who sadly placed their faith in the business known as college division I basketball. And what does Darren know about being "pimp"? For all we know, if Mr. White hadn't heaped his praise on the Lobo's former coach, they'd still be in the tournament!

 

Business is another thing that Mr. White knows little about. How many quarter's behind, over built, and over extended is the Racino at AbqDowns now? We shouldn't be surprised by that given Mr. White can't even manage his own personal affairs outside of the police department Mayor Berry had him "manage" never mind a sheriff's department, or state public agency.

Please Darren, we'd "love you" too if you just went away because everything you touch falls apart and is tarnished.  Yes Darren, you have  the "Sadim Touch." Oh by the way, there are several vacant homes in and near UCLA is you want to join Alford.

 

P.S. Given what we are hearing from the sub-contractors over at the Racino, Mr. Hector Balderas, the state auditor might as well open a satellite office on the state fairgrounds RIGHT NOW as there's so much "accounting" going on it's just a matter of time before somebody gets burned. RIVER OF DENIAL

As states and cities in those neighboring states move forward with economic growth, here in Albuquerque we are stuck in a period of denial. We have a city administration in denial about its failures and a print media that seems to endorse the mayor's incompetence by it's silence. A silence and noticeable absence of criticism it makes one wonder if there isn't something else in play....

Well, we'll get to that story in a few days. But the city recently released it's 2012 financial statement. Since this document is presented to financial types and not general citizens it is full of actual facts and figures. Gone from it are the rosy wishful pictures that the Berry Administration presents in the Albuquerque Progress Report. In the financial statement we see the hard numbers from years past and the current year.

A few weeks ago, KOB-4 ran a story that reported not only is the city losing jobs, but people are moving away from the city in record numbers (READ IT HERE). People are actually moving to that mess known as Washington DC in lieu of Albuquerque! They're moving to Nevada as well!

Well now, despite that fact that other cities who were hit MUCH harder in the 2008 recession are now thriving, Albuquerque is still in the doldrums. As the image here presents, permits for new construction are still going down. In fact they are almost half of what they were in 2008 and not even double of what they were in 2009. Comparing these numbers to years earlier you can see that Albuquerque as a city has virtually ground to a halt in terms of growth during Berry's term.

What is so shocking is that despite the best weather in the Country, an amazing landscape rich in history and culture, and convenient access to anywhere, Albuquerque continues to stagnate. Even Santa Fe is doing well and has seen progress that out paces Albuquerque.

There is only one problem keeping Albuquerque from moving forward: RJ Berry. Between his inability to exemplify true leadership with his city, his employees, and his department directors and the endless fiasco that is APD and Ray Schultz people are weary and see little hope for progress.

Without hope for the future, why bother investing for it today? Maybe the Sherman McCorkles, Jay McCleskeys, and Darren Whites can answer that for their failed mayor. While they are busy worrying about fringe Republican agendas (here's a hint fellas, not only does it not work, but it's antiAmerican) they are missing the very things that matter most to people: the future.

Merry Berry is Quite Contrary

The Eye called this game a long time ago when Merry Berry was ordered by Governor Martinez’ pet snake, Jay McCleskey, to place the nefarious Darren White as the Public Safety Director of Albuquerque. When Berry showed the inability to place a competent person in that position coupled with the retention of Schultz; the writing was on the wall. Remember, Merry Berry PROMISED he would remove Schultz and eliminate the position of the public safety director.

NOTE: We all know Berry tells the Albuquerque Journal what to do; in this case the proof is where this story was located. The story was buried in the "business" section of the paper. Why wasn't this story on the front page? You decide...

               Now everyone can say Berry is a liar and have proof.

Now does everyone remember his promises to improve our economy and create job growth?  Here is the result of all his efforts.  According to the Albuquerque Journal via a report by the U.S. Department of Labor the Albuquerque Metro is hemorrhaging jobs (Read it HERE).  Here is the topping on Merry Berry’s pie in our faces; Albuquerque is #1 for the largest metro job losses in this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

In spite of an extremely poor job performance, a record amount of job losses and more citizens killed by police in the history of Albuquerque; Berry will still run again. We are not even talking about the Federal Department of Justice investigation. Berry should shove his head in the sand like he normally does but tyrants do not simply give up. This is why we must vote him out. 

The point is simple; we need to vote this incompetent fool and all of his jesters out.
