The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. “Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.” - Bruce Lee

The above quote was taken from Bruce Lee many years ago. It involves adaptation. This saying is very powerful, when used as a means to push through difficulties, or to overcome obstacles, but it can be just as bad when used in the opposite direction and someone chooses to apply the “if you can’t beat them join them mentality to it.” Albuquerque NM is the result of this.

Since the Chavez administration, people have been calling for investigations into and prosecution of public corruption, along with true reform. Berry was elected, because he said what people wanted to hear, then he fell in line with those who knew the ropes within the city, to symbiotically further their agendas. In doing so, he destroyed the city through deception, evasiveness, dishonesty, vindictiveness, retaliation, fabrication, and fraud.

The Berry administration used a corrupted city attorney’s office to assist him in the articulation of his actions, and the actions of those below him, who completed his orders. We have all seen the cases that the city was involved in to retaliate against those who spoke up fall to pieces after they were exposed. In all of those cases, those responsible unprofessionally ran their mouths collectively, right up until they got caught in lie after lie, and then it was no comment. Ten years ago, IPRA was not very popular, as many didn’t know their way around the law as laymen. That has changed drastically, as those being kept in the dark of the lies going on on the 14th and 11th floors of City Hall, and the 5th floor of the Albuquerque Police Department Main Building became tired of the run around, and began holding the liars responsible for evading open government by suing them.

As citizens exercised their rights to public information, public servants actively violated the law by destroying evidence in administrative cases, and  wrongfully quoting case law in order to bluff their way out of providing requested materials that would cast certain police brass, and public officials in a bad light. Upon petitioners winning many of these cases, or someone leaking the info out, it has been found out that those within the police department and city administration were just trying to keep people from getting to the truth. That is a fact. Those serving the public did, and do not want the public, and the victims of their actions to know the truth. Many crimes were concealed.

The last administration was famous for throwing up smoke screens, playing the shell game, and using smoke and mirrors along with timing positive publicity within the media with the word getting out about things they were trying to keep a lid on.

Con man /ˈkän man/   noun informal
  1. a man who cheats or tricks someone by gaining their trust and persuading them to believe something that is not true.

So many people spoke of owning the mistakes, and exposing the wrongdoing as a means to fix the problematic issues at hand. It was discussed almost daily about bringing in genuine individuals to address the corruption. If there were no corruption, these discussions would have never come up, so it is self-evident through this process that there was and still is corruption. Total transparency was spoken about as if there were no other way. No other way that is until political careers and those pledged to help those become threatened that he get decided to not carry the water, but put forth the illusion of change as they became the water.

When you do not change the whole environment when it is rotten to the core, what you fill it with what has no option but to rot. It’s like putting on someone else’s shitted in pair of pants, or wrapping your lunch in the tin foil from last weeks lunch.

In politics, politicians will be friendly with anyone who will get them votes. Here, politicians are even more unusual as they will change parties, and sometimes do a 180 degree turn from what they once stood for, because of a political agenda, greed and power, that causes them to lose sight of what is right. When this happens, it is because they never really were truthful about themselves.

Things are so bad in the leadership pool in our city and state, that alliances that were in their infancy we were told about before the election were made. We disapproved of, and voiced the facts about them. Decisions were made, because better candidates turned down appointed positions because they knew how bad it was within APD. The poison runs deep and the desperation is evident. There is nobody.

Plenty of con men found their way onto APD, and promoted up the ranks. Plenty more frauds are still here, and they do not know the first thing about what it is to be a police officer.

Last week the Mayor hired the chief of Police of Bosque Farms as the commander of the APD police academy and she showed up for a press interview with the media dressed like a waitress in a police costume.

There have been studies over the last few years concerning the decline of law enforcement as a profession. Many concluded how the wrong people were chosen, and how they rose up through the ranks to destroy policing as we knew it. This is a very sound conclusion, when you look at the Albuquerque Police Department. Here you have individuals being hired and or retained out of desperation, or because they had an in politically.

Decades ago, there was a uniform standard for men and women, and that standard was used to show discipline and a command presence. Command presence is the first step in diffusing a situation before it begins, if you know anything about being a cop in the streets. The first thing a violent criminal sees is the first officer responding arriving to deal with him when they arrive. When you look like a pushover, or soup sandwich, you are more likely to be tested, or outright killed. Many career criminals have been interviewed about what they did during the commission of a violent crime against an officer, and they admitted the first thing they saw was someone they knew they could take.

Back to the new APD police academy commander...
This new hire stated she has a plan. She showed up wearing dangling earrings with a bouffant hairdo, and bright red lipstick, talking about getting away from chasing bad guys. She wants to change the culture.

This administration hired Angela Byrd to head up the police academy. If statements are correct this new hire only worked on the streets as a uniformed patrol officer responsible for addressing issues practically as those she is responsible for training, for only four years. In APD, that is not even the 5 years experience needed to become a sergeant. This commander went to a UC unit after 4 years for the last two years of her career. If that is all true and does not include academy time or rounded up to the next year time, she was only an officer for 6 years. After that, it was schools and teaching from there, then appointed positions. That is not twenty plus years in law enforcement.

We have been hearing that there has been claiming of a long career in law enforcement. To us, a long career in law enforcement means wearing a uniform, out from behind a desk, risking your life, and yes, chasing bad guys around. Hell... even attempting to chase a bad guy around.

Mrs. Byrd came into law enforcement at a time during the above discussed uniform standards, which were put in place in order to protect officers, and not as in today’s philosophy, to suppress their self expression. Women wore post earrings, so as not to have them ripped out. They wore their hair up in a bun, so as not to get dragged around by it, and they wore modest make up, so as to look professional, and have a viable command presence.

APD and those leading the police department have no clue about what they are doing, because those who have no clue are making the choices, and telling people they have a plan, when they do not have the mentality of a police officer, and they do not know what community policing is. They are also too busy being concerned with image instead of being genuine.

Back at a time when this all started to go down hill was the time for officers to genuinely get out of their cars, and talk to people, gain their trust, and do things for them. Those actions combined with reciprocal treatment from the public, regardless of the appearance of an incident, until all the facts come forth is true community policing. Pretentiously taking photo ops, or these coffee sessions are not community policing. It is placating, and pacifying the community. The truth is that those whom you want to reach, are not going to show up at pop with a cop, or to some other pretentious event that is only a response, or reaction meant to put a band aid on the real issue. If you want real mistrust keep patronizing people and avoiding the undesirable topics that are plaguing people’s lives.

While atrocious events were covered up, that lead to the divide in trust we now have, there should have been outreach, but as usual, inexperience has lead to another improper remedy of softening our approach to an out of control, violent crime epidemic, by acting like talking to purely evil, violent, repeat offenders is the only answer, along with teaching officers to be less aggressive. Think about hiring competent, able bodied officers, who are mentally stable, and can harness that aggression appropriately, in order to proportionally, legally, fairly, and efficiently bring the fight to the bad guys. How about properly sending the message to criminals, through the proper, controlled amount of aggression, teaching our officers how to go hands on, and backing them when they do, no matter how it looks until proven otherwise instead of lying to make it look so?  How about teaching them when to use deadly force, and giving them the confidence and trust in their own administration, before saying you are going to change the culture of an administration forged in pay to play, nature at play, patron system of government, dishonesty, and known for destroying lives?

Community policing is having the trust of the community, in a way that officers and the public have a trust between them that conclusions no longer need to be drawn, and the community is comfortable enough to wait for the conclusion of an investigation that they have faith in is fair. You will never please everyone and acting like you can is another big lie. Community policing is the community having the trust in officers enough to go to them with their problems, knowing the officer will try to help them. Community policing is meeting impromptu with the public, anytime anywhere. Community policing is genuine. It just flows. Community policing takes a while to take root, but once it does, it enables officers to do their jobs with community support. The problem here with community policing is that the administration, and their antics are the flies in the ointment.

This administration seems it would rather have malleable court jesters in uniform who are harmless and  un-imposing, rather than a professional in shape officer, who knows when to turn it on and when to turn it off.

The words “change the culture” continue to come out of the mouths of every one in this administration, as they continued to become the polluted water of the filthy vessel it is contained in, and words continue to dictate the exact opposite of the actions going on.

Mrs. Byrd is friends with Jack Jones who runs the APD range. Jones was the director of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy during the allegations of fraud concerning master instructor certifications. We think an audit of those certifications and sign offs need to be completed, because the city recently settled a whistleblower lawsuit to make all of that go away too.

We can see the path the water is moving in, and it is as usual to the lowest point and it is the path of least resistance.

Just as much as the last administration has used the city attorneys to contrive and deflect from what is going on, by making up excuses, delaying, or refusing to be transparent, this administration is just as bad. They are using the same tricks, and they are doing it just as badly as the last. The sad thing is that it is selfishly being done, in order to promote self serving agendas, despite the atrocious and dangerous level of violent crime going on. Buy hey stolen autos are down. Meanwhile we are almost at 46 homicide for the year and it is only just over half over.

It is a slap in the face to have to listen to, and see pretentious jiberish lobbed at the public, as if they are stupid. The only thing different here is that this administration is talking their heads off about kissing babies, while the city is burning, thinking everyone is stupid.

Our advice is to just get up off of the information concerning the IA cases involving Garcia the other officers involved and any possible city counselors before the cover up becomes worse than the crime like we al, know it does.

It always looks worse when an inbound IPRA lawsuit has to pull the truth out.

It looks even worse when other cases come to light and a collapse happens when all of this could have been avoided by honesty and sticking to plan A.

A quietly suffered loss

While our city was in turmoil last week, over many negative issues, we suffered a loss. Many people went about their business, concerned about their little world, while a man who made the world much better for so many quietly passed away.

Over the years, in Albuquerque, many of the homeless have been given a chance to eat, bathe, get a change of clothes, and gain shelter from the elements in New Mexico’s largest homeless shelter; Joy Junction. It is located on 2nd street, south of Rio Bravo. The help didn’t stop there, because the staff of this shelter also provided services to get these folks back onto their feet, and a means of staying on their feet.

Every year during the holidays, Joy Junction brings some cheer to the homeless community, by providing holiday dinners.

It was never odd to hear officers ask if Joy Junction was open over the air, when weather was inclement or someone less fortunate needed help.

Over the years, Joy Junction has given those who just needed a hand or a break, the place they needed to take a breather, and catch up. Many of those addicted to narcotics, or alcohol were able to get the help they needed. This shelter has even helped law enforcement by providing a place for officers to take the needy for assistance. Joy Junction has provided an invaluable service to our community since 1986, when it was founded by Jeremy Reynolds.

Mr. Reynolds overcame homelessness in order to obtain a PhD., and give back to our community, after he himself emigrated here from England, and for that, we are thankful.

As many know, Wednesday, July 11th Dr. Jeremy Reynolds passed away at a young 60 years old. You wouldn’t have even known he was suffering, as he never mentioned it.

We here at the Eye would like to ask that everyone remember a truly selfless person who gave his all, without asking for, or expecting anything in return; an unpretentious, and genuine human being who truly cared about his fellow man, just because it was the right thing to do.

We would like to extend our condolences to those of Joy Junction. We are truly very sorry for your loss.

Many should take example from this mans life.

Truly our loss.

APD; Another Poor Decision...

Poor decisions, and a culture of cloned mentalities have cemented the Albuquerque Police Department into its downward slide down the slippery slope it is going down.

The current I.A. on I.A. scandal that broke last week has apparently caused a ripple effect through the city administration, and the talk around the water cooler is how this is going to cause some very very serious problems, not only for the City’s compliance with the DOJ consent decree, but for the mayor in the fact that it could make him a one term mayor.

Our Eyes are telling us that there are some very nervous APD 5th floor inhabitants. What are they nervous about? We will tell you.

The brass is very nervous that there have been a host of I.A. cases, where certain people were protected, while others were framed, and that there may be dozens of cases tampered with in the same way that were alleged in the recent case that now has everyone’s ass up in the air. Talk is that they fear an audit. Fear may not be the right word. Terrified may be a better word.

We all know that Bernalillo County District Attorney Raul Torrez can’t prosecute a ham sandwich. We also believe in our opinion, he is full of shit, and compromised, after having to listen to his lie about how the DUI case of the Governor’s buddy wasn’t compromised by a guy in his office who had a conflict of interest having a say in things when it was. It wasn’t a coincidence that he got his millions of state funding from the Governor after taking care of her boy. We all know Torrez won’t prosecute anything even close to being a political hot potato. That being said, there probably will be no criminal procedures. Hell... the James Geha APD timesheet fraud case that the state police put together is still sitting on the DA’s desk. In New Mexico, it’s not unbelievable that a case would be thrown so a politician can get six million dollars in funding so he can look good. This whole city paid the price so a bunch of corrupt criminals could look good for the last 8 years. For sure, Torres will be a one term District Attorney if the more experienced, competent and ballsey Ahmad Assed runs for DA.

Since politicians have no problem throwing people under the bus when they need to, the only conclusion is that they are sitting on this fiasco, because all of them are going to get a portion of shit on their faces when it all comes out. You see, nobody wants to look bad, but nobody wants to be connected to actions in direct contravention to what they have said they have been doing for almost a year. Hypocrisy is acceptable.

If it comes out that APD Internal Affairs has been tampering with cases for the last decade, like we here at the Eye know they have, the problems for this administration will be insurmountable, and you just might as well tack on another few more years of Federal monitoring. That is going to cost millions. That’s just the tip of the iceberg when you look at some of the treacherous things that were done to people by Internal Affairs, and what a massive class action would do to the city’s bank account.

As if all of this wasn’t enough, Mike Miller was promoted to commander, and sent to Internal Affairs to replace the Commander now under investigation. Miller was the Lieutenant of I.A. the whole time Ray Schultz framed every cop he could to deflect the DOJ, and no doubt knows where the bodies are buried. Miller reported right to Schultz, and was aware of the tampering with of cases by the City Attorney’s office, but he is right back in Internal Affairs. After this administration has been brow beaten about retaining people who were connected to the last administration, and knew about the wrongdoings, but didn’t speak out, they put this dirt doer right back into the driver’s seat. They might as well get him and Ray on the cell phone family plan.

Poor Decisions to keep crud in place has positioned this city for more decline. We told you so.

If the mayor does not remove the 5th floor and a bunch of others, when the other shoe drops, it will be one term for him. The city will lose millions more in tax payers money and the City Attorney’s office will need to be tripled. No, the last two will happen anyway.

Hiding the truth, and allowing crimes to occur, then be swept under the rug in this environment in order to avoid a publicity hit is reprehensible. It is not what we here at the Eye endorse.

Looking back at this article, it is more of the same that we have been saying since just before the DOJ came here. That is sad because nothing has changed and nobody has been punished.
That means nobody is listening and nobody is doing their job. Sad vile and enraging.

Cheers,
The Eye

APD; 10 YEARS OF MERITLESS INVESTIGATIONS, FRAMINGS, FRAUD ON THE COURTS... WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FAVORITISM, AND JUSTICE FOR NONE... OUR TAKE ON THE RECENT DEAD AIR CONCERNING INVESTIGATIONS WITHIN APD...

It has been kind of quiet for a few months, until we found out about the recent investigatory fiascos involving misconduct, incompetence, stupidity, and malfeasance in some very high profile cases involving our children here in this city. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to APD and investigations. These circumstances are unacceptable. They are more unacceptable when they are intentional, or they are intentionally covered up.
It is worse when police department public information officers and civilian employees lie about it to the media and public.

You do not get to make the kind of mistakes, and get protected, while you sacrifice those actually doing their jobs, and trying to make a difference.

During our break, we have been developing intel, and verifying information provided to us.
It is disturbing to say the least.

There have been investigations into very high profile cases involving child abuse, and murder, MAINLY because those connected within this administration got shit on their faces, There have also been ongoing Internal investigations into misconduct concerning Albuquerque Police personnel, and Command staff. Some of these “sensitive” ones are being handled like a top secret investigation with “eyes only” people getting to know what is going on. This is because certain people are trying to protect the possibly guilty and CONNECTED. What’s more sad is that  more attention is given to events that shed a poor light on certain people, than for the right reason that those actions were just bad, and need to be righted, regardless of the fallout. This place is suffering from extreme ethics accountability issues. We are about to discuss them.

We have brought to the attention of the past and previous administrations the jibberish told to the media by APD PIOs who try to downplay and spin shit in order to avoid scrutiny, yet it continues. A prime example is when Simon Drobik tells people that detectives don’t think they can get warrants approved for residences, when crimes happen outdoors. That is total horse shit. The more good suggestions come in the way of change, the more they are ignored. We know this, because we are CC’d on many of these. Why?!?

This is why we do what we do, and this why the guilty leave town instead of facing the music like a recent respected news correspondent. Isn’t that right you little coward PIO? The selfish bastards who think for themselves and ruin lives get to constantly avoid getting egg on their faces because everyone is afraid to hurt some feelings. Well... some feelings are really going to get hurt.

Recently Mayor Tim Keller and Chief Geier came out, and admitted that the old culture of the Albuquerque Police Department is still very much alive. We will second that, because we have evidence that it is. Nothing much has changed other than the administration wants to “appear” more transparent and honest, where as the last administration just didn’t give a fuck what you thought. This administration seems to want to act the part, and not do the part. We can tell you now that nothing much has changed and. Politics is continuing to run things and certain people can do what they want while the innocent are used to protect the guilty.

Below is the article...

ABQ REPORT ARTICLE ON CHANGING THE CULTURE OF APD

The time for politics and diplomacy is coming to an end. Some time, somewhere, someone is going to have to be forced to either eat some shit, or stand up like a man, and start doing the right thing, regardless of the effects on their little personal political parade. It is sad when the political agenda or reputation of a politician or elected official supersedes what is right. It is negligent when attempts are
made to delay the truth in order to come out of your mess smelling like a rose, or looking like the hero. A real human being owns their mistakes, addresses it, and moves forward.

Those within APD who have acted criminally like Ray Schultz, Bob Huntsman, Gorden Eden, many within the city attorney’s office, and those in political high ground offices, in places where they could aid these actors have all maintained that they never tampered with evidence, destroyed documents, tampered with witnesses, or manipulated investigations, but that is all we have seen for the last decade. All lies. Plotting a preconceived outcome then directing an investigation to their desired result is all that has been done in most high profile cases or cases where the targets are politically connected.

Every high profile case... The Martens case... the Omaree case... the serious, and deadly auto accidents involving children, APD vehicles blatantly disregarding traffic laws, and emergency vehicle regulations... the cases paid off to make them disappear, when criminal actions of those who are protected rise to attention... the high profile framing of employees to protect the brass, and throw off the DOJ like the Blume case, the Hindi case, the Grant case, and the Vigil cases... ALL OF THEM SUFFERED EGREGIOUS EXAMPLES OF DISHONESTY ON THE PARTS OF THE ASSIGNED INVESTIGATORS, DESTROYED EVIDENCE, “MISSING” EVIDENCE, LIES, MISSED DEADLINES, INTIMIDATED WITNESSES, AND PERJURY. Many of these cases have proof of conspiracy within the administration to obstruct justice. What every one of these cases suffered was the willful act to come to a preconceived conclusion, without letting the facts get in the way. In a nutshell, if those behind things want you, they will get you. If those behind things want to protect you, they will protect you. They control what facts are admitted and they continue to try to control all variables. Just one of the cases that exemplified this was the James Boyd case. Why? Because the administration didn’t want that case to go bad for those officers, and it fit exactly in line with why the DOJ claimed. Certain people can do what they want whenever they want. Perez was handed back his job with back pay without even a hearing because his attorney Luis Robles had to get his money. We all know Robles’s connection to the city of Albuquerque and state of NM... Schultz too.

The proof is in the patterns and details. APD has been consistent with disparity and logic defying reason with which they handle things. We know this. Certain individuals get away with anything, while the innocent are framed, and used to deflect from the real actions of the guilty for far less allegations or trumped up ones. Think about that every time you see someone getting in trouble. For every one getting crucified... as you try to figure out why, there are ten getting away with criminal acts on a such a disparaging level, that you can see exactly why nobody would risk their life and reputation coming here.

APD recently promoted an individual that the 10th circuit court ruled contributed to the murder of an individual, wanted for nothing other than being a mental patient on a bicycle. This mental patient was kicked off of his bike, and shocked with a Taser ten times in two minutes, at the height of when Schultz was on his crusade to cover his corruption with the bodies of cops doing their jobs. Schultz covered for his cronies or cronie’s sons, or sons in laws, whom the courts confirmed murdered individuals, he covered for people who could do for him, whom he was tight with, or who could protect him. Nothing much was mentioned about this case, because it was politically swept under the rug by Schultz, because of politics. The deceased posed no threat as per court order, but the story was spun to look like the guy attacked officers with a giant crucifix. All of it was a lie. Years later, this officer is promoted to Sargent as a political favor to the guy running for NM Inspector General. This
candidate worked for the firm who represented Schultz; the same firm partnered by Luis Robles, who gets millions in state contracts. Ironically, the state will divulge what they paid Robles, but NOT what he did for the state. They fight IPRA requests to find out. How’s that for transparency? We suggest you vote for someone else. We have been over this time and time again, but people seem to need to be reminded.

OLD LETTER TO THE EYE

Why are we talking about all of this? It is because all of it is interconnected. None of this started last week. It has deep roots in politics and who knows who.

There are the people doing the crimes, there are the ones covering it up, and there are the politicians acting like they do not know about all of it, because they are benefitting from it. Then... there are the politicians trying to cover it up.

Now on to the gist of what we were trying to get to.

With all of the malfeasance going on, what you are seeing can be compared to the skimming of a rock across the pond. There is a lot of scum down there, and we have been in our
dogshit-proof submarine surveilling it.

Commander Garcia was transferred out of IA weeks and weeks ago for what she allegedly did. And what she did... we know. The command staff does not want it to get out. They do not want anyone knowing that it may be investigated for a fourth degree felony. They do not want anyone knowing that it goes all the way to the top. They do not want anyone knowing that it was known by top brass. They do not want anyone knowing, because it will embarrass them. This is because others they have promoted are involved. They do not want anyone to know, because it proves the DOJ verdict, that some within APD tactical can do whatever they want whenever they want and be given a free fucking pass.

So you see, APD is not a team, and the only people on their own team that are happy are those insulated from the corruption in one sort of way or another. Growing up back in the day, the filth was cut from the team. What makes APD different is that the filth are in control of things on the team. This is not pitting the good against the good. It is outing the filth in an effort to protect the good.

When you are one of the chosen ones, who can do no wrong, or you can do what you want, and know nothing will happen to you, it is easy to have an outlook like the one in the below letter, posted years ago on the Eye. It is the every day field officer, or cop who has an uphill battle every day getting shit on because their uncle is not a city counselor or their Daddy in Law is not an APD police academy classmate of the Chief that is terrified of being wrecked for doing their job, while some get protected for doing shit not even close to job related.

We were going to give Mayor Keller and Chief Geier the opportunity to produce the records in question, and the reasons for the investigation, the 5 week suspension, and possible demotion of former APD Internal Affairs Commander Jennifer Garcia, along with the reason for Commander Sullivan’s demotion, along with McDonald’s, and the possible others on the chopping block, because they said they were going to change the culture of APD.

We were, but we are tired of the same old shit, with nothing being done about the wrongful retroactive shit, so here goes.

The detective on the Marten’s case is no longer in homicide, and we are hearing others are going too. There is no more time for evasiveness. We suggest that everything be owned, and the recent tactic or culture of trying to fix things before getting caught, by delaying, omitting, lying, or being pretentious, be ended in favor of just being a man, standing up and owning it.

If they do not do it, we will continue to do it for them, and it will be embarrassing. This was a valuable opportunity to get ahead of the eight ball. We suggest it is taken advantage of. We understand that there is nobody left, and it is slim pickings as far as competent command staff, but we would rather see a skeleton crew, rather than a gang of criminals.

The public needs to be able to trust it’s public servants, and that includes elected officials. Right now, the cops don’t even trust their command staff, and most of it is because of stuff like this. They feel that the mentality is that it’s brass over troops at any cost, and it will be cops and their families lives that are destroyed, rather than an APD administrator suffering scrutiny for a mistake. God forbid someone’s ego take a hit, when we can kill a cop’s life to prevent it. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. If some expendable, low level employee, or citizen who is innocent can exploited, and smeared in the media for the benefit of politics, surely the truth can be told transparently about what is going on, concerning someone who was the commander of APD Internal Affairs. This is important, because total transparency was promised, and this will affect DOJ compliance. There is no doubt about that.

This affects DOJ compliance because our Eyes have told us that there was an alleged incident months back where a former SWAT officer was alleged to have pulled his firearm on someone in the metro court officer gun locker room. There was video of this and it was pulled by now Commander Art Sanchez who is now coincidentally in SWAT.

Our Eyes have told us that Jennifer Garcia was involved in the investigation, while at APD Internal Affairs and that there were actions taken to intentionally derail the investigatory timeline by delaying the investigation, essentially making any action against the officer unable to take place. There were allegations of back dating documents, among other changes in evidence, to make everything copacetic. We are trying to confirm even more devious details. This is very important, because it will prove along with all of the other cases that the willful directing of investigations crosses all boundaries, from criminal investigations to administrative ones. What else is there, but nothing. It will be pretty safe to say soon that most high profile, or politically motivated investigations conducted by APD have been directed to a preconceived outcome and many of those who are responsible are still around.

One example of someone who was running APD IA who was put back there after Garcia was removed is now Commander Mike Miller. Miller was Schultz’s pick as I.A. lieutenant while he was Chief and now he is back there. This tells us the administration has no viable options.

What is very troubling about the above investigation is that the officer the allegations were made against is allegedly officer Steve Arias. Our Eyes tell us Arias is a relative of city councilor Ken Sanchez. The above events are troubling on two fronts, because an investigation could prove that evidence or case material was destroyed as a political favor, or to protect someone. There is a third issue that is troubling. Garcia was recently promoted, and she is married to Eric Garcia, who is a deputy chief. He was also recently retained by this administration. Is this the reason for the tight lipped horse shit surrounding this? How far will the administration go to keep from getting egg on their faces over this, because the same one shit is getting old? It is utterly unthinkable that this administration would try to pull the same old antics to save face, because they promoted those they were warned about by all. What’s more... how far are Commander Art Sanchez’s hands into this, because we were told he and Jennifer Garcia are very very close friends.

There is one more variable that is extremely troubling and it is the possibility of a politician influencing or tampering with an investigation. There is chatter from our Eyes about this, and maybe another time. The investigation either proves or disproves and exonerates. Time will tell. If someone else is investigating this all they have to do is say that and everyone would understand. This administration either needs to learn how to handle incidents like this or they are guilty of willfully hiding it.

The amount of cases that have been affected on both sides of the fence, concerning APD in regards to falsifications and defrauding the courts is beyond belief. The last decade of actions taken criminally and administratively need to be audited now. Like we have been saying, nothing is going to improve, until you can build on solid ground. As much as you want to call it a desert, it is a swamp. A swamp of selfish filth, who see fit to comprise every thread of everyone else’s life for their own gains. Thankfully, our Eyes are good spear fishermen.

We strongly suggest the administration address this before entering the next week. All we asked for was to make things right and it’s being made worse.

There will be fairness and the wrongs will be righted. This is all we have demanded.

Gloves off.

That’s all we have to say about that.

TURDS HAVE FEET AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO LAND ON THEM REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY ARE INVOLVED IN. ONLY IN NM!

Once again, in true New Mexico Patrone government fashion, we here at the Eye have been told about a scheme in the works, to land a former Albuquerque Police Department employee another employment position, by way of handing it to him.

Over a year ago, we read about how mayor Berry attempted to lock in the civilian in charge of the real time crime center with a permanent, untouchable position before he left. Well... that didn’t work.

The former employee we are talking about was Ray Schultz’s head of the APD Real Time Crime Center.
That employee, Todd Wilham, was let go by the Keller administration.

Anyone who knows this guy’s history with APD, knows his hands have been in every controversy, where employees have been railroaded over the last 15 years, among many other things. He was Schultz’s “in“ in the media, and he was in the inner circle of scum who lied, and spinned facts, like it was their hobby. He was tight with the likes of former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy, DCOP Paul Feist, DCOP Allen Banks, and the rest of the filth who were responsible for ruining this place, and he did their dirt for them.

He caused problems in high profile cases, like the Mary Han crime scene, where he trampled the scene, among other things... to the Dear case, where he was heard talking about how officers have to be scapegoated. You can read all about him here, by just searching.

What is really disturbing, is that TJ Wilham is in the running for a position as the Director of the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government. Folks, that is like putting OJ Simpson in charge of a women’s domestic violence support group.

The problem here is that TJ Wilham used to work for the Albuquerque Journal, and the managing editor of the Journal, Karen Moses is the president of the board of the NM Foundation of Open Government.

We all know the Journal, or as we call it... the Urinal has been the propaganda arm of the corrupt within this city for years, and has carried their water religiously and devotedly.

We all know how these vile vultures of a feather flock together, and take care of each other. We know how more qualified candidates, who actually represent justice, fairness, and transparency get passed over, walked on, or sabotaged here, in order to reward the malfeasant who are politically connected, so let’s keep an eye on this, and see how it goes. We know the Journal’s twisted connection to the command staff of the previous administration, and the lies they told for them.

We here at the Eye believe we already know where this is going, but we advise all candidates for this position to keep their eyes peeled for any and all chicanery.

Some parasites just keep on parasiting.

Not on our watch!

Why this state is a Dickhouse? MURDERQUERQUE; the overview

In the last few months here we have gotten a glimpse of the insanity and lunacy that is plaguing our state. From excuse after excuse... to being lied right to our faces, these city and state so-called leaders would tell you the sky is polka dotted, and dare you not to believe it.

If you think justice is blind or balanced here in New Mexico, you must be on hallucinogenic mushrooms, or someone must have damaged your brain with a blunt instrument. That, or you are one of the low life cowards getting away with raping the place. There is rarely justice here. Because it is so far slanted in favor of the filthy, we can not attract anything to our state. This is because the proper avenues are not being taken to address the problems.

This recent case where a pair of bloody children’s underwear were found, and not tagged into evidence is really disturbing, because if you look at it, it looks like it was a late call, and the officer wanted to fade it, and be done with it. We will reserve opinion until the final word comes out, but this trend is getting really old. The below situation caused Mayor Keller to admit that shitheads within the Albuquerque Police Department are still perpetuating the culture that got us here. We have a solution. Fire the residue clinging on, then hunt down those like the former Chief and assistant city attorney, along with the former Mayor CAO and all of their co-conspirators, and prosecute them for public corruption racketeering, and about a dozen other charges that could put them away for a decade, (MORE IF THEY LIE TO FEDERAL AGENTS, AND THEY WILL) and
destroy every fabric of their lives like they did to this city.

KOAT ROPER STATEMENT ON APD CHILD ABUSE CASE

Do you ask yourself just why is this constantly happening? Why are the same things happening over and over?

Well here is your answer...

We live in a city where assholes can post a picture of a giant dick in their front window... a block away from a school, and God forbid the police be sent there to remove it, because someone’s feelings would be hurt. God forbid a professional shit stirring cretin is made to remove a dick picture from his home in a residential neighborhood, but a war veteran in a community, governed by a home owner’s association can be sanctioned, and his life made intolerable for flying an American flag on his front lawn.

Read the story below about the group of assholes disrespecting an Albuquerque neighborhood. Years ago, three or four fathers with daughters on that block would have had the clowns responsible for that remove it and apologize. Better yet, the beat cop would have developed the necessary information needed to take legal action to have it removed. Not today folks because nobody has any balls whatsoever.

KRQE DICKHOUSE PUBLIC NUISANCE ARTICLE

This city will be cleaned up when someone reaches down, grabs a pair of balls, and starts fucking with the people who deserve to be fucked with, instead of the low hanging, non threatening, non-politically connected people. There has been a culture in this state of protecting the connected, back stabbing filth, who are derelict in their duties as a human beings, whilst lying or framing the innocent out of personal animus, the need for a distraction, or to just plain justify the existence of a board or two that does nothing but violate civil rights for the aforementioned reasons, and justify their existence.

This city and state will also be cleaned up when those who’s daddy is politically connected, or those who are elected fuck up and are held to the level of accountability they are supposed to be held to, and punished for their wrongdoing, while those who are innocent are proven innocent, instead of being crucified, to protect the guilty by those who are remiss, and malfeasant in their duties.

From the friend of the governor who was intentionally covered for by those in the Albuquerque District Attorney’s office, to the recent clown over at BCSO who can’t seem to keep his blood alcohol level below point one six, the same people are protected, covered for and given dozens of chances, after committing criminal acts, while good people make a clerical error, slight error in judgement, or no error at all, and they are fired, and soon find themselves facing an attack on all fronts. All of this has been going on to promote the disgraceful behavior behind the scenes that is the culture of our state, and it is what has destroyed the place.

You want to know why you can’t hire officers? This is why. They are sick of two faced, lying coward politicians. They are sick of the double standards, and they are sick of wasting their time. They are sick of the excuses that are made, and they are even more sick of the high road some real miscreants try to take after they game the fucking system, get caught and lose. They are sick of watching connected people get away with things that put the ordinary citizen in jail. They are tired of nothing being done about the corruption, and they are truly tired of the disparity in discipline and promotional process. The fucking inmates are running the asylum, and the proof is in the department when you promote little punks with a Napoleon complex who have more investigations done on them than some criminals. It is over and the war begins. The war begins on every creep that should be sweeping floors instead of banking a paycheck from the COA.

You have cases like the one below where a politician says she regrets not taking the breathalyzer, which is total horse shit, because she intentionally did not take the breathalyzer, and knows that if there was any alcohol in her system it is not in her system now. All of these politicians are told to refuse the breathalyzer. Of course she regrets it. It is all horse shit people. Nobody owns their fuckups. They just call in a favor. A while back an officer was fired for removing someone from the bat mobile, but these cretins have just devised better ways involving the process to manipulate the
system to get out from under what they did.... timelines, and not taking breathalyzers.

Let’s conduct a further analysis shall we. Watch the below video, and read the story.

DAILYMAIL LAWMAKER ARREST VIDEO AND ARTICLE

Notice... after state representative Youngblood is taken out of her vehicle to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests, she tries to play the coy cute chick card. Notice the reference to not being fully clothed, the prancing and posing, and wannabe cute flirtatious behavior. Notice the denial when she was told she was being arrested. Notice how quickly it then goes from denial, to pulling the sympathy card out, complete with the tears and attempts to influence the officer to let her go, by bring up what she does. When all charades finally fail, what we have is the typical New Mexico response to the reality that is now upon her. After the officer reads Mrs. Youngblood the implied consent act, she refuses to cooperate, and consent to a breath test. She then gets testy.

Looking at the video of Mrs Youngblood being processed, you can see officer Trajan looking on with a weird look on his face. We found that pretty ironic, considering Mister Trajan had a little alcohol induced domestic violence investigation of his own where he was covered for pretty good. You can read about that right here.... please read it. As a matter of fact, we advise any defense attorney defending a defendant arrested for an alcohol related or domestic related offense to read it.

EYE APD WAR ON WIVES ARTICLE

How the fuck is that for Hypocrisy? This place truly is an incestuous, twisted, shit pit.

All horse shit aside, this legislator is cronies with Governor Susana Martinez. Let’s see how this shit plays out. We here at the Eye wonder if Mrs. Youngblood was one of the rooftop bottle chucking, pizzahhhh and coke party friends, the night of the Santa Fe debacle we all remember a couple years back. We will see! One thing we do know is that the Governor’s personal “cleaner” and mob attorney, Paul Kennedy is representing the representative. As if we didn’t know that was coming.

Watch the story video link below where prominent Albuquerque defense attorney Ahmed Assed obliterates Mrs. Youngblood’s defense.

STATE REP ARREST ARTICLE

Now just look at all of the clowns who’s cases mysteriously ran out of time, or case discovery was miraculously fouled up, and it didn’t get where it “coincidentally” needed to be in time. Pat Davis, and Ryan Flynn are just two of them...

GOVERNOR’S CRONIE DUI ARREST ARTICLE

PAT DAVIS ARREST ARTICLE

NRA DAVIS ARTICLE

Is it a coincidence that our District Attorney got his millions approved for his budget from Martinez after misleading the public about his office’s handling of one of Martinez’s cronie’s cases? We do not think so at all.

Pat Davis wants to continue to get what he wants by jumping the bandwagon on guns and bashing the NRA. He lied. Pat Davis lied about the cyclic rate of an AR15. A semi automatic AR-15 can not fire 150 rounds in 15 seconds. That is a lie, but these politicians are nothing but pandering liars anyway.

Watch below as Pat Davis gets owned on Fox. Pat Davis was a Capitol police officer, for a couple years but glosses over just how long because he wants everyone to think he was an actual street cop out there chasing wanted felons down the street. He wasn’t. Watch below as he claims his slurring is an East Coast accent. What the fuck is that? You know what that is. It is another pathetic desperate attempt to bullshit his way out of accountability just like the Senator tried to pull with all of her attempts to unprofessionally convincer the officer to let her go. Throwing around your title and saying the things she said is the epitome of not being morally fit for office.

DAVIS YOUTUBE

DAVIS YOUTUBE

And speaking of morally unfit....

As the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy becomes famous for using the blanket umbrella charge of being morally unfit to be a police officer to revoke politically targeted scapegoats, targets of personal animus, or vendettas against officers who didn’t lay down for bogus criminally contrived allegations, here we have another clown act of hypocrisy.

We wonder if getting separated from your wife, then moving into the dorms of the NEW MEXICO LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY is being morally unfit to be a police officer. Maybe being sued for the same #metoo shit that has taken down dozens of Hollywood stars, and politicians is being morally unfit? Probably not here in the State of New Mexico. No... in our state, only the active, upstanding officers, interested in doing their jobs, fighting crime, while not wanting to deal with immature, pathetic, incompetent, vindictive, liars with multiple complexes over their inadequacies have to worry about being targeted, just because they stand up for what is right, do not take garbage from corrupt command staff, or just happen to be the flavor of the day, when some coward police command staffer needs a body to throw under the bus, to deflect away from his own corruption, or get a shot in on someone who he doesn’t like, or whom spoke out about him. This is what is plaguing the state in regards to law enforcement and “it” alone is the reason for the decline of the vocation in our state.

Why can’t we get officers? Because nobody wants to work for a complete scum bag who has mental issues, can’t control themselves, and treats people awfully. THE BIGGEST COWARD IS THE ONE WHO USES POWER FOR EVIL INSTEAD OF GOOD. At the heart of every municipality that is having problems with staffing and crime is a Ray Schultz... a Gorden Eden... a Bob Huntsman... a Harold Medina... and a pushed up the ladder clown like Art Sanchez with a Napoleon Complex and ax to grind with anyone who punks them up for their pathetic behavior. a Mayor Berry. This administration should learn this.

So...Why don’t people want to be cops here? It is because the cops get railroaded. The corruption runs to the top. The politicians are liars, and there is a double standard for justice here. There is no accountability for filth bags, guilty of crimes and corruption, while the innocent are targeted, because they are seen as expendable. You don’t have to do a thing to have them target you. That’s how dangerous it is here and it has nothing to do with the criminal out there on the streets.

The police union can have all the faith they want in recruitment, but the fact of the matter is that being a police officer was made unpopular by the very same types of individuals who betrayed and continue to betray the rank and file in our state, coupled by some very ugly, and high profile blunders to the point that it will take decades to normalize. The fact that it is out nationwide about the fratricidal and Patrone culture within New Mexico, you can double the recovery time.

One of our Eyes has told us that the very state police chief who presides over NMLEAB certification hearings, where officers are railroaded continuously, in what has been described in a kangaroo court, where the officer has no chance, if it has been politically decided that they will lose their cert, has been acting like a squatter. Maybe this is why there is nothing but shambles left of New Mexico law enforcement. NO. This is the reason!

Below is a story that KRQE uncovered weeks ago about a BCSO deputy who was caught illegally hunting. What is disturbing here is that this guy was fired from APD for a drunken downtown incident while he was in the police academy, but the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office hired him. While working there he got popped with a DUI arrest, got fired, but only got a suspension on his NMLEA cert. Someone at BCSO hired him back. Now he is under investigation for this game commission issue. There is also another investigation involving stolen guns.

KRQE BCSO DEPUTY ARTICLE

We here at the Eye wonder what the outcome will be on this. It seems if there is a wrongdoing uncovered, there would be a pattern of conduct calling for a LEA90 to question if this deputy’s cert should be revoked for being morally unfit to be a police officer. After all, dozens of officers have been revoked for one incident, where their infraction was non terminable, or for nothing at all, while in the process of actually doing their job, while many of the actions of others were done in contravention to doing what a police officer is supposed to do.

These actions and non-actions of the NMLEA call into question their credibility when you look at the disparity in filings and action taken. One can make a good case for the NMLEA being used as a
political tool or worse yet, an arm of extortion for the upper command staff club within LE statewide. Many officers should start gathering their eggs for another sort of #metoo class action filing if this continues.

You want to know who is at fault for this? It is the person giving out all the second, third, fourth, and fifth chances to those who do not deserve one, while walking on the good ones. It is the criminal in city office who lies to you about tampering with a case, to intentionally cause it’s prosecutorial failure for a political favor. Does anyone think it was a coincidence that the district attorney got millions for his office as a Democrat from a Republican Governor after lying about his office’ involvement in the case involving her crony’s arrest?

Does anyone think it is just the way it works when people fuck up so bad, so many times, yet never see a day of accountability or punishment yet the person doing their job gets railroaded for nothing or better yet, bring light to those above?

This is not a fluke. It is intentional. It is called Patrón government, and it is the reason for why it is so twisted here.

WE have just begun OUR accountability war, and OUR scope is broadening. We should have an answer any day now on the direction we will be going with this, and is isn’t pretty. We enjoyed the summer break and wish you a fun and safe summer but there is much work to do.

Standby for another court ruling that we have that was recently mitigated, and made as if it didn’t exist, in order to promote another protected pay to play crony.

We here at the Eye would like to thank Officer Joshua Montaño for having the balls, and integrity to hold these motherfuckers accountable. Officer Montaño deserves an award for his fine work, and The Eye on Albuquerque has his back, if anyone decides to fuck with him for doing his job. Good job Officer. You handle yourself very professionally, and you are a credit to the Albuquerque Police Department.

Until the enablers and excuse makers who cover for their friends are held accountable, nothing will change. We will continue to shine the light on those behind the scenes making phone calls and protecting criminals disguised as public servants.

There are the actual doers, and there are the ones covering for them. Both are in our sights. To the rest of the posers who think nobody sees what you are doing when you cover for filth. We know it all and the war is coming.

A word to you little motherfuckers who spent years on APD payroll, and kept your mouth shut like a good company boy, but now want to act like you are the solution... keep it up, because you will be outted for the frauds you are. It is all coming. Stand the fuck by, because the more shit you stack on the sandwich will be the more shit you have to take a bite out of. You were the problem. You caused
this directly and indirectly. You will publicly be held accountable to the truth.

And to you fraudulent pretentious little punks who had years to do the right thing but only worried about your bottom line, your side piece’s bottom line and chose to do the wrong thing but want to act like you are the answer to the problem that is you, we know who all of you are and you are not going to get to fool anyone.

Read the blogs, and make your own mind up about the truth. Do not let political promises of money from self promoters cloud your perception. It’s a patrón state we live in. Not for long.

We have purposely given this administration a reprieve, to see how things pan out. Some very promising solutions have been reached to some very diabolical situations, that very good folks were put in. We will address this in the future, but it has not gone unnoticed. Contrary to what many may think, this administration is trying to make things right. It will take a few more issues to be addressed that may be unpopular to them, but this is the price of peace. We will not stop until wrongs are righted. We will not stop until the filth is denied what has been taken from the righteous.

Remember, we are here and there... and we may not be here or there, but we see right through you. If we don’t see it. Someone else does, and they tell us. We are looking when you are not looking at us, and we see you. We see the looks you give those you do not like, when you act like you do like them. We know what you are. We know more than you. Pretentiousness is not a cloak that we can not see through. We have been at this longer than you. DO THE RIGHT THING, NO MATTER HOW UNPOPULAR IT IS, OR WE WILL MAKE YOU DO IT! Trust us, the first way is easier.

One last thing... Give Mike Geier a chance, despite the search. Let’s see what he does.

Till our next one...

Cheers!

P.S. THE ONLY PAT ON THE BACK ANYONE RUNNING THINGS IN THIS STATE SHOULD
GET SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE ONE BELOW... AND THERE ARE TWO REASONS WHY...

One... because the situation here emboldened our own home grown scum bags to bring their horseshit to Las Vegas, where they got a good old fashioned stinging and bruising taste of “OH SHIT, WE AINT IN ALBUQUERQUE ANYMORE.”
Kudos to Las Vegas PD for taking our our fermented trash!

And two... it’s way too early for this staged, pretentious, horse shit to be going on. Remember ALBUQUERQUE IS BECOMING MURDERQUERQUE, that is no attempt to be funny.

STORY OF LVPD DEALING WITH OUR TRASH

And by the way... two of these assholes have previous run ins with law enforcement, with one having charges for battery on a peace officer, and disarming a peace officer. Not bothering anyone huh? Nobody looked into this though. Good job officers!

Our officers would still be sitting around doing use of force reports for just putting their hands on their guns while in their holsters.

Sorry you had to deal with our assholes.

“I HAVE PROMISES TO KEEP, AND MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP.”

We are back...

Adios Amigos!

May 8, 2018

DYSTOPIA, THE CRIME LAB RACIAL DISGRACE, AND THE RAPE KIT BACKLOG. HOW MUCH MORE UNFAIRNESS DO WE ALL HAVE TO TOLERATE? THE MEDIA REMAINS SILENT, AS JUSTICE IS SERVED FOR A HEINOUS ACT OF RACIAL BIAS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE WORK PLACE

Once upon a time, in the city of Albuquerque, the land of workplace crime, conspiracy, fraud, fratricide, sexual promiscuity, sex in the work place, threatened wife killings, no bid pay to play contracts, railroadings, civil rights violations, cronyism, public corruption, failed leadership, wanton and willful misconduct, intentional obstruction of justice, fraud on the courts, wrongful shootings, murders, malfeasance of office, selfish self promotion at the cost of a city and its people, perjury, out of control murders, rapes and sexual offenses against children, there was a lawsuit filed, and that lawsuit was kept very quiet, because of it’s impact on things.

The lawsuit we are going to talk about is very important, because it impacts two major issues in our city that create a ripple effect, as everyone is getting very fed up of the situation at hand.

In a time of prosperity there should be no place for fractions of the examples of poor conduct that has plagued our city for over ten years. Considering we are in a precarious time where small mistakes can cause harm, we know big ones can cause irreparable harm, or even reverse any progress that may have been made. Intentional actions of wrongdoing is far worse. Ignoring intentional and willful misconduct, or the punishment of it, out of political favor by ANYONE, amounts to enabling it. That includes the media.

We all know about the horrendous crime scene backlog at the Albuquerque Police Department. No doubt, the disgusting behavior we are about to tell you about did not help it. And of course, as with all of our stories there are a few filth bag miscreants who got to retire, and walk away like the rest of the cowards and COCKroaches.

Back in 2016 Judge Malot, of Albuquerque District, court was assigned civil case number D-202-CV-201605356. The case was filed by Furman G Sizemore PhD, a black man. Mr. Sizemore was the senior Forensic Scientist at the Albuquerque Police Crime Lab.

The above lawsuit was filed based on racial discrimination, when two of the three scientists who work at the APD CRIME LAB were given raises, increasing their pay to $42.00 per hour. Sizemore continued to make $10.00 per hour less, because he was not given one. During all of this, John Krebsbach was the Crime Lab Director. He is no longer there of course. He retired.

During the trial last week, it came out that John Krebsbach testified that he called Sizemore an idiot, and that he was the worst supervisor ever, although he had gotten good reviews for 12 years. Krebsbach would not accept any of Sizemore’s credentials backing his deserving of a raise, but did accept Mike Haag’s and Bill Watson’s. Haag and Watson were the other two Scientists who did get their raises.

Our Eyes told us that the case testimony revealed that Bill Watson is not qualified for the job he was hired for, but is a friend of Krebsbach. He is paid $87,000 annually. Our Eyes said that there was proof he did not pass proficiency exams in a timely manner, but the department lied and qualified him. Testimony further revealed that Krebsbach did not want to hire Sizemore when he was on Sizemore’s interview panel, and Sizemore was refused advancement three times. It sure looks like there was some bad feelings over Krebsbach having to hire Sizemore, and Sizemore being more qualified and educated than Krebsbach’s cronies!

Our Eyes told us that an email from former APD Crime Lab Analyst Donna Monogue was shown in the courtroom in which she called the Plaintiff in this matter a nigger. That right there should result in a lifetime career change to toilet cleaner forever. Of course Monogue retired.

Jay Stewart is the current Crime Lab Director. Our Eyes told us that during testimony in this case, he downplayed all of Dr. Sizemore’s credentials, training and education, stating that he doesn’t think he is qualified, or should be a supervisor, but when asked about what Sizemore does, Jay did not know.

Our Eyes told us that ironically the year before his raise, Mike Haag got a “does not meet expectations” on his eval. Our Eyes also told us that information about Haag running a private business in which he charges $250 per hour during work at the APD Crime Lab.

Who will APD blame the DNA and latent backlog on now that they can’t blame it on a black man? We wonder if Dr. Sizemore had lost because of the city attorney defrauding the courts, like they have done so many times before, if the city would have dumped the entire blame of backlogged rape cases on this man. We all know how they like to find a scapegoat to lie on to save themselves from scrutiny.

We here at the Eye wonder how many more educated and qualified people will come here bringing expertise and experience, only to have their lives ruined, or to be tortured by those who are less qualified than them, or threatened by their accomplishments, simply because they are not on the inside circle. Does this sound familiar? It should, because it has been going on for years and dozens of innocent employees have suffered because of it. No wonder why we can not attract anyone to come here, and most employees are leaving.

We would have been highly impressed by the city administration, along with the city attorney’s office had they stepped in, settled this, made it right, and punished the offenders properly. It is no surprise they didn’t because all of the suspects were in place during the shitty Schultz ride, and they were being defended by those in the city attorney’s office who were brought up by former city attorney and liar Levy. This did not happen, as the city attorney’s office seems hell bent on carrying the water for the past administration’s cases. This is why we believe in retroactively cutting out the cancers, and fixing the past. Until the past trespasses are addressed this place will continue down a dystopic path for employees and prospective employees. It truly is disgusting.

The verdict, as seen in the below documents was an overwhelming victory for Furman Sizemore, and for anyone who has been unfairly targeted by people like this. We here at the Eye are fed up of this, and would like to congratulate Doctor Sizemore in his win. We hope the punitive damages are seven digits.

Krebsbach retired, but is on a board that gets grants for the lab, our Eyes reported. We have all seen how things go down this path. We all know how money talks when it comes to this place and those who look the other way.

We here at the Eye find it interesting that such a severe case like this was ignored by the media here in Albuquerque. It would seem very weird if we were not educated, but we are educated in what is happening. Many on the other side of things wish we were not so educated but they can keep wishing.

A while back, we said that we appreciated fairness in reporting, and that we were not going to tolerate stacking the deck, or putting the thumb on the scale, in order to ignore relevant topics, or ignore doing the right thing, just because it may not be popular politically, or fit the agenda of a few.

Why has this not been reported on in the media? Maybe it is the department influence on media personnel.

It has been brought to our attention that a certain APD PIO likes to text Albuquerque reporters to give them shit for reporting on issues that do not shed a good light on the department. This PIO may have networked his way into not being dispensable by the new administration. That is all fine and dandy, but now we will post the below photos and ask you if this is the reason that certain things get reported on and certain things don’t?

We’ll let our readers be the judge. Maybe they’ll know who that car belongs to, where it’s parked, and who the two character are going in and out of a property with one of them going to it at all hours of the day and night is. Hint. One is male. One is female. One is a reporter. This is only a fraction of the intel and media we have concerning this issue right here and it is being posted to show why it may appear the media is bias or conflicted severely. We bet absolutely no APD CADS have one single log out here for all the dates and times we have.

We have one question. Where the fuck was the Chief Administrative Officer Serita Nair at when one of the only persons of color at the Crime Lab was being tormented, and why did this administration not step in, and fix it, instead of trying to defend it by letting it go to trial. We say walk the fucking walk. If you want to act like the shiny happy passive answer to the problems here you better roll your fucking sleeves up and get dirty. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. You do not get to act like you have the answers when you do not have the fortitude to step the fuck up. And we surely are not going to let this pretentious dog shit persist.

To the targets of our articles addressing our writings with their excuses of time limitations and other nonsense for both past and present conduct concerning the disgusting behavior of employees and supervisors that went unaccounted for, unpunished, and covered up, you can shut the fuck up. How’s that? Is that clear enough for your cowardly arrogant incompetent asses?

Hmmmm. This ain’t Kansas anymore... is it?

Till the next time.
Cheers,
The Eye
