The people responsible for running the City of Albuquerque, and the State of New Mexico must be losing their minds. If they are not, this is all intentional. IT IS INTENTIONAL!

Over the last few years we have all seen it! The demise of our city and state, and it’s nose dive into the pit of hell, when it comes to the safety of our citizens, our school system, and the well being of our true sworn oath takers, who are fighting against the self servers to protect society, doing their jobs every day, maintaining fairness and integrity, and trying to keep from being assassinated in various ways by fratricidal, dishonest, opportunistic, and cowardly city and police administrations, because we all know it is the Simon Drobiks who can do no wrong, while collecting a check, as officers out there in the streets are being scrutinized with microscopes up their asses, while he is being called the hardest working officer... more like running mouth.

We have been very vocal about the very factual problems that needed to be removed from our city... the few city attorneys who carry on former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy’s work as water carriers, court defrauders, perjurers, and poor excuses for human beings, as they only push cases forward to cover for their predecessors, and get them over the goal line, as a check in their win column, rather than doing what is right, admitting wrongdoing, and fixing the situation. We have made it known, along with various others, that the entire upper command of APD should have been outed, and remedies should have been sought for the wrongs that were done to employees, and citizens alike under their administrative fiefdom. What was done by Keller? The opposite. 

This administration knew our stance, and knew what needed to be done, but chose PERSONAL optics over better options. They cared only about feathering their political future nests, and jumped the political bandwagon of political crusades, to paint themselves the solution to problems that were enabled by those they are now in bed with. It is more important to play hockey and football, be “that” jolly good fellow, look cool, fool the public, and hire your buddies and those who will do your will, than stand up, and make the unpopular and just decisions yourself as a leader and man as you said you would. 

People are not stupid, and as one astute reader put it, they need to work on their memories, and information gathering. We agree. This is one reason we link out stories to related past articles with hashtags, and links at the bottom of each article. 

What is now happening has reached a very disturbing level. Former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White was indicted on embezzlement charges almost immediately by the NMAG with pomp and circumstance. The story is below.  We will watch this investigation play out, rather than comment but it is evident that some targets face way more rapid and vicious attack upon allegations than others at a very disproportionate rate here. Meanwhile, former asshole police chief, and now resident coward in Memorial Villages Police Department, Raymond D. Schultz, is still at it. He is promoting tech gear,  after what he did with Taser here by “greasing” no bid contracts for them with the city, then taking employment with them. This piece of trash was able to flee to Texas after the DOJ came, to continue with his scams and gimmicks. We wonder what “rewards” this pig will get for pushing these new products. And look below.... He is still doing whatever he wants, regardless of laws and regulations. Still no answer from Hector Boulderass on that investigation.

We aren’t surprised. Their statement of how they will work with the courts, to limit and manage court appearances is their way of feeding you all shit. There were numerous studies on this, and due to various uncontrollable circumstances like timelines, vacations, sickness, accidents, reassignments, vacations, prisoner transportation logistics, and dozens of other issues, it is impossible to implement a scheduling of officers to do this, when it comes to court. They know this, yet they say it anyway. The rest of the other options put the blame on everyone else, but the one person who submits a fraudulent time sheet... the officer stealing the money. This is a slap in the face. For one clown who violated SOP 51 times that we know of, they blame the entire system, in order to protect him, with excuses and an accountability of a child’s mindset. This would be almost unbelievable if it wasn’t for the location of occurrence.... Albuquerque New Mexico! And do you know where shit like this comes from? The putrified, twisted and corrupted city attorney’s office. They advise these dopes on what to tell the public.

In a police department where APD makes their use of force expert in the murder trial of a cop killer, a Lieutenant, who performed cunnilingus on employees, inside city offices, on city time, acts like a arrogant punk, and can’t keep his pants up... where officers beat their wives almost unconscious, poach wildlife, lie, shoot unarmed people in the back, then get promoted... where female officers can access NCIC, and give victim addresses to the defendant and suspect, so that he can kill the victim... where police brass can threaten federal witnesses not to cooperate in DOJ probes... where the command staff of a police department can surreptitiously videotape a federal monitor, and release only a portion of the tape they think makes the monitor look bad in order to extort a good report of APD from him... where Two former police chief’s are documented liars, numerous times in statements and testimony, with one of them under investigation for a pay to play scandal, yet nothing is done... where 60 plus officers can use steroids, but the investigation that involved burglaries, beatings of officers, and citizens for payment of money owed for steroids between officers was wiped under the rug, because one of the main players was a politically connected family’s son... where officers can shoot other officers 8-9 times, and be covered for, until he reaches retirement.. where IA commanders can tamper with investigations, and not be fired... where officers can get blow jobs inside the loss prevention room of Walmart by Walmart loss prevention employees... where officers can have sex on duty in their patrol cars... where fat disgraces to the badge, who retired as a failed commander, covered up an officer drinking, while armed, and on call, then gets rehired as a Deputy Chief... where officers who were fired for drunkenly firing their gun into the air barefoot, in half uniform, until the slide locks back are rehired... where former deputy police chiefs can direct their husbands to unlawfully, third person record police personnel conversations, so she can direct a retaliatory campaign against said officers, and nothing is done... where upper command police staff can conspire to frame their own officers, to keep from getting caught being involved in multiple corruption schemes... where police Majors can burn off people’s ears with Tasers, then cover up the thefts of their own guns from their negligently unlocked police vehicle, yet override punishments on officers who have had their equipment stolen from their locked units, giving them double the punishment they got, (none) (Gonterman) when he himself lied about locking his unit, (he did not) and the officers told the truth... Where Deputy chiefs, and police chiefs can conduct privately sanctioned investigations on officers they want to politically railroad, in order to illegally gain information, abusing their positions and federal privileges... Where the entire upper command staff of APD can trample the crime scene at the death of a prominent attorney, who was suing them as they threaten officers to leave the scene, while they make evidence disappear, and former Deputy Chief Allen Banks can threaten and intimidate officer witnesses who he did this to in an ongoing court case that their testimony better match his or else... Where homicide detectives can frame innocent people with murders, put them in jail for 10 months, and make the real murderer a witness against the innocent person, release that murderer until the trial enabling him to shoot more people while he is out free... Where police chiefs are assisted, and tipped off by federal investigators, in order to assist them in avoiding federal scrutiny... where the internal affairs unit is run like the Stasi Police where they whisper about everything... where officers are told not to discuss controversial issues... where officers can point guns in the faces of other officers, and it is covered up... where court employees hired by their judge husbands can attempt to run over other women court employees they are jealous of in the car parking garage, and it is whitewashed... WHERE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS JUST THE FUCKING “TIP OF THE ICEBERG,” CHIEF GEIER’S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS WAS PARTIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM.” REALLY!?!? The fucking honor system? That has to be one of the most idiotic explanations there is. It is an insult and a slap in the face. The only people who operate on the honor system at APD are the ones getting retaliated on for stepping up, the ones doing the right thing, or the ones railroaded for doing their jobs. What a joke.

Keller’s “honor system” is probably why his senior advisor for public safety James B. Lewis pulled up stakes, and walked away from this administration. It’s probably the same reason why Keller’s assistant mayor Gary Lee split after only 5 weeks without an explanation. They don’t say much about this do they?

While we are dealing with an out of control crime wave, and the fact that New Mexico is top in the nation for children suffering from hunger! for the second year in a row, the city is now secretly housing over 5000 immigrants, who illegally crossed over the border. Perfect timing when our violent crime wave is out of control, resources are stretched thin, officers are stretched thin, and money is tight.

Our Eyes have told us that 5000 immigrants are being housed at EXPO NEW MEXICO, and the FAIRGROUNDS. The city is providing police protection, food, and facilities, while claiming that no city tax dollars are paying for this. Officers are being ordered not to tell anyone about this, or speak about what is going on. This situation is way bigger than Keller and gang are letting on. More lies and deceit for political purposes, so politicians can look good on the backs of our citizens, while talking out the sides of their mouths about how concerned they are about public safety. They are full of shit.

As all of this is going on, we can still see below just how resistant to transparency Ed Harness is towards the public in the below video. What a disgrace. You would think he would be a little bothered that the city administration clipped his balls off, and neutered his investigator with the recent press release covering for Simon Drobik’s conduct, which by the way, the State Auditor has now asked for the files of. This leads us to the below....

All of the sudden, the Attorney General, and State Auditor hold a joint press conference involving former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White, and the Auditor calls for the Drobik files.

Hmmmmm.... will State Auditor Brian Colon really decide controversially against Mayor Keller? Knowing what we know, and who we know are friends behind the scenes, coupled with the lack of action against two people, like former Police (turd) Chief Raymond D. Schultz, and Mayor (punk) Richard J. Berry, who are both, not only responsible for the destruction of the Albuquerque police department, and city of Albuquerque, the lost trust of the public, and city employees, the lost integrity of the city administration, the ruination of good lives, and a ripple affect that has spilled over, affecting the entire state, involving their cronies at state level, within government agencies, the judiciary, corrupted city and state attorneys, and depleted staffing levels of many police departments state wide. This is all a direct result of their wanton and willful, intentional, and malevolent actions. They put the city in this position, and left us all with driven up crime by emboldening criminals. They forced good citizens, and businesses to leave the state through their criminal selfish and cowardly actions. They ran away. This has been how many years now and nothing has been done. But for far less, they can now conduct political dig and pony shows, and act like they are cleaning up corruption. They should start with the biggest criminal enterprise in the state. The administration and former administration of the City of Albuquerque, the City Attorney’s office, and the top levels of the police department for the last 10 years. With Schultz and gang still operating, any actions taken are only political dog and pony shows. The result is that bodies can be found in the streets every day, and the answer is playing on the computer to predict where criminals will go. The old proactive approach of proactive patrol worked better, but officers are terrified to do their jobs, and have no faith in their back stabbing command staff. All a result of the lack of action by the same clowns claiming to have the answer to fixing the problems.

Colon will either clear Drobik for political points with the current crew, or condemn him, to use it for a future run against Keller. There is no other motivation, knowing the mindset that permeates these politicians. That is a fact.

Nothing gets done around here, unless there is something in it for the politician doing it. NOTHING! And mostly it’s nothing getting done.

Good bad or otherwise, we will continue to call out these pretentious posers on their fraud on the public.

DUPLICITY... AND ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

We here at the Eye have witnessed doublespeak, lies, and fraud like no other over the years, and we know a few things about the facts, before the facts usually get out. As a matter of fact, we usually know the lie the liars are going to tell, before they make the lie up to tell it. And let us tell you... all this city administration has done was lie about so many things over the last decade.

Below is the video of the city attorney himself, stating that the city’s refusal to release the Garcia investigation that was conducted by Caswell investigations was all just a big misunderstanding. You can clearly hear him state that he will be releasing this case information, and this came after weeks of ducking, dodging and bullshitting.

Fast forward to this week, and we now have the city responding to the IPRA request for the same info by the guys over at the Abq. Report. The city flat out says no, they will not release the info. If you read the city’s argument in the documents listed at the king below courtesy of the Abq. Report, they are claiming attorney client work privilege. Hmmmmmm....

Wait a minute. Didn’t the city attorney himself say it wasn’t?!? Here we go again with the double speak.

We here at the Eye are hearing the trouble is going to run long and deep on this, when it comes to light, because APD Internal Affairs has been doing this, and worse, for years. Our Eyes are telling us that individuals within IA have been fixing dates, and playing the fraud game to get the ball over the goal line for years, and now one of the classic sham artists from the end days of Schultz is back in the saddle over there. You will remember him from the Blume investigation, where IA conducted two investigations on officers they wanted to railroad, in order to distract the DoJ from Schultz’s crimes on Schultz’s orders, while lying to the media that there was only one investigation, because the officer’s commander exonerated them in the first one. That was just one filthy investigation he oversaw. Then there was the Rice case, the Hindi case, Vigil case, and dozens of others. That lieutenant was Mike Miller. Miller is now commander of APD Internal Affairs. Don’t ask him though. He knows nothing, and will only put it on former disgraced employee Raymond D. Schultz and corrupt former city mob attorney Kathryn (Virginia) Levy, because he too is a dishonorable coward and liar.

As these atrocities keep repeating themselves, the corrupt within the city, both past and present, continue with the culture of retaliating against those who speak out about it, and expose it. They continue to cover for lowlifes who commit crimes, not in the commission of their duties, yet they lie and fabricate claims on the honest, who are doing their jobs with integrity. It defies belief. Yes, these vermin will take a good individual out at the knees. They will trump up, or exaggerate allegations, and ruin a people’s lives to use them as a scapegoat, but will look the other way on their buddies who break the Guinness Book Of World records on being poor human beings and felonious criminals... Perverts too.

This is why the place is so fucked up and twisted. 

Just this past week, we observed a story about a former APD Sargent, who resigned in lieu of termination for timesheet fraud accusations, but quickly landed a job working for the New Mexico tax and revenue department as an investigator, investigating FRAUD!!!!! Yes fraud! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.... just ha ha ha! He has now been indicted on multiple counts and there is word that a few of his pals may have some serious woes coming their way too. This is what happens when you promote a culture of retaliation and sabotage for speaking out.

You may ask yourself, just how does this happen?

Well folks, this happens as a result of the exact behavior we are talking about. The behavior of duplicity. Way back, we did stories on all of this. You can access those stories by clicking on the links in blue at the bottom of the post.

We have been telling you all that those running the place tell you one thing, while they do another. Schultz and company were the founders of this two faced philosophy, and it is still alive and kicking within APD. It is still going on because a proper law enforcement and prosecutorial element has not made entry and neutralized these vermin.

You see, there is this one little part of that KRQE story that is very puzzling, and disturbing. It is the question of just who are the three clowns who have such “kudos” and high recommendations as high ranking references and bosses from APD? Who were the three dopes who were references on the application of former Sgt. Geha, who is under criminal investigation, and why did they recommend the state hire him? Actually, why did they lie? Could you imaging if one of them, or all of them knew that he was going to be fired? Just how twisted is this place? Hmmmmmm. Let’s play a little game shall we?

BREAKING: FORMER APD SERGEANT INDICTED

We are being told that former APD Sargent Geha was indicted. You will remember us discussing this incident a long time ago. You can read it below...

TROLL SPOTTED WANDERING THE ACADEMY. SMILING IN FACES, WHILE TAMPERING WITH CASES. WHY DO OUR OFFICERS HAVE TO BUY THEIR OWN BALLISTIC VESTS? ANOTHER SCOUNDREL IN THE MIX. NOTHING MUCH CHANGES.

Once upon a time, there was this vile little troll, who hated a a blog he called vile, for exposing the corruption his buddies were involved in, and how he profited from it. This weak, selfish, dishonorable, feeble old, self concerned, sneaky, foul, COWARD TROLL, was directly connected to cases that were connected with former police chief Ray Schultz, concerning incidents that directly destroyed the Albuquerque police department, and lead to the outrageous disparity at the kangaroo court, up at the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy. These liars acted like they were cleaning up the place, when in actuality, they were putting up a smoke screen, to deceive the DOJ into looking elsewhere. Over the years, this person has been allowed free access to market his law enforcement supply store to Albuquerque Police Department recruits, who do not know any better, inside Albuquerque city facilities, like the police Academy. This individual has had LLC relationships with APD employees, as board members, yet he has been given sole source contract after contract with the city. This person makes sure to give his little campaign contributions to everyone he can, to insure his in. Trolls have no loyalty though. He smiled in faces, while he tampered with cases, to railroad police officers up at the NMLEAB. Many on the board have said they felt bullied to come to conclusions siding against officers in LEAB hearings, through pressure put on them by this person. We were told by our Eyes the order of the day at the NMLEAB was to find everyone Schultz filed an LEA90 on guilty and those he filed on when he was trying to keep the DOJ from coming to be revoked by any means. When the DOJ heat came in at its highest intensity, it was no surprise this assistant chairman, and citizen at large skadaddled, just like his filthy friend Schultz, and the dozens of others, who are no longer here.

On the week of the 20th of July, APD recruits were on a working lunch break, in a room where they were all studying for a test that was going to be on the 20th. During this break, recruits were eating their lunches, while studying, in preparation for their exam.

It has been brought to our attention that the above slimy little troll was seen slithering into an APD police academy classroom, and interrupting the studying recruits with one of his used car salesman, cheesy sales pitches. When does it end? Really?!? We remember the days, way back when this clown had the police department make his accident report protractors, the only protractor that recruits could use for their classes, and allowed him in to sell them like like a little pencil vendor girl, to sell them to all the recruits that were coerced into buying them by the department (Schultz). We also remember the no bid Aimpoint and Spiewak jacket contract. Now there is yet another!!!!

Our Eyes told us that the academy staff was not too pleased, when they caught this little troll interrupting their class. Apparently, they stood there, looking at this troll, until it was very uncomfortable, and told him he had to leave.

Our question is how was this allowed to happen? Ask yourself. Who the hell gets to just walk into an academy class, and what kind of pompous asshole thinks he can just interrupt studying cadets unannounced? How was a non sworn citizen, or non employee allowed to gain access into a police training facility, and just walk into a classroom full of recruits? This in not only an unfair, unethical business practice, that puts other vendors at an unfair disadvantage. It is a safety issue! These fucks never learn, and never quit, while they are ahead. What kind of korny shit is this?

While we are at it, we were told that the aforementioned troll was recently given the sole source contract with the city, to supply the new recruits with the the new vests they have to buy from him, with their own dime. Who the hell wants to work for a police department, where you have to buy your own vest from a troll?

We are hearing that there are cases developing that will bring certain trolls to the forefront of the past decade of shenanigans, and antics at the NMLEA. It can not happen soon enough.

Here is a word for the little punk troll. You are a coward troll. We know what you did for Schultz at the NMLEAB. We know how you directed hearing officers to come to the conclusions you wanted them to come to for Schultz, Levy, and any other administration in the state you could profit from, and we know you are friends with them. We know you profited, in exchange for your actions, through the gaining of access. We know the lives you have ruined. We know the people who you were told to burn. We know how it was all done, and we know why. You, and your band of coward racketeering criminals are directly responsible for the poor morale, the fratricide, and the decline of our city, for your own personal gain. You are a gutless coward. Stay the fuck out of places you do not belong. You are no better than anyone else. Actually you are below most. Stay under your rock.

A TASTE OF PUBLIC SENTIMENT FROM A DIE HARD PROPONENT OF TRANSPARENCY.

Below is a portion of a communication we have received from a very concerned community member who has been calling out the city on it’s corruption for years. This man served his country, and has had the courage to stand his ground against people like Schultz, Perry, and many others. We see him at city council meetings calling out those he deems the problem here. He has been bullied but continues to fight for what he believes in. People are feeling let down, and we believe a chance for real change has been missed, in exchange for pretentious images and a commercialized cookie cutter form of government.

 MY RECENT NM IPRA FINDINGS-CONFIRMING THE DOUBLE STANDARD OF JUSTICE HERE

After reviewing Friday the only three evidence.com recordings, some clearly edited in APD’s case involving Christian the relative/likely stepson of Councilor Ken Sanchez who caused a vehicular accident in mid-June and fled the scene after pulling a gun on the man he crashed into, I sent the following initial comments to your fine new Clerk Ms. Duhigg and to many others
“The first, 18-0063592, was the APD detective’s telephone conversation (at Tel 206-6881) with Councilor Ken Sanchez’s wife regarding her son Christian’s driving conduct o/a June 13.  Also of evidence.com 18-0057175, the video of the elderly threatened gentleman whose white SUV was hit by the black BMW that Christian was driving, who said the boy pointed a gun at him before fleeing the scene. The van driver gave the APD aide its license number-I believe he said it was NJB 405. Also of evidence.com video 18-20057961 of the later APD stop of Christian, that contrary to his mom’s telephone statement to the detective, the officer(s) never searched the car for the gun-just searched him. White paint from the crash with the van was on the black Sanchez BMW.

“After reviewing the three evidence.com recordings yesterday which I briefly commented upon (more to follow) it is clear that much of APD’s information supported Councilor Sanchez’s seemingly attempt to influence, possibly have APD cover up his young relative’s/possibly step-son Christian’s threats with a gun of an elderly owner of a white SUV right after he sideswiped it in the family’s black BMW that he was driving o/a June 13 of this year-a clear bodily harm criminal offense. While initially denying her son even had a gun, Christian’s mother who works in BERNCO’s HR would later even ask the detective on the phone (evidence.com recording 18-0063592) whether brandishing a weapon at a motorist was even be a criminal bodily harm (aggravated assault) offense?”

This case intentionally buried by APD Chief Geier was brought to my attention by an honest City insider that prompted my July 31 NM IPRA request.  Even though the media was copied on my e-mails to Ms. Duhigg, they cowardly refused to cover the story nor was the CPOA even interested.

The judicial system here beginning with our police and DAs-contrary to the recent Journal article by Judge Daniel Ramczyk has always been for sale.  All those in the deemed “privileged class” of our government, including our bad cops and others in power (or their family members) are never to held accountable/punished here.  This was even more proof that Chief Geier should never been given the job by you when he chose to bury this mid-June incident by Ken Sanchez’ step son Christian.

Those privileged in power here likely wish that blog sites like the Eye on Albuquerque, ABQReport and other truth tellers along with their readers-many of them honest cops, would go away.  But fortunately they won’t. See attached the latest ABQReport article by Jim Larson, a former POB member.

I continue to hope that some day you will stop being just another embarrassing NM politician seemingly committed only to maintaining the status-quo, the culture of corruption and lack of accountability that has made this city and State the disgrace of the nation.

We are also getting tired of seeing these insulting photo ops of you being dreamed up by your high-paid publicists pretending that you really care about us-doing something meaningful. The latest was with the UNM football team.  Yet your enablers in the mainstream media are more than happy to publicize these phony photo-ops of yours.

Until that time, you and others like you including AG Balderas can expect to be damned for your actions or inaction by the truth tellers who hope someday that their tough love will finally sink in.

It’s finally time to admit you made a serious mistake when picking Schultz’s prize pupil Mike Geier as permanent Chief and finally send him packing along with others like him including his NM IPRA stonewallers like Ms. Barraza-all of whom have dragged this city down into the gutter.

It appears that Steve Aguilar, your personal attorney and head of your Legal Department who was also chosen-like Geier in a rigged selection process has also shown himself to be no different than Berry’s embarrassing Jessica Hernandez and Kathryn Levy and should also be shown the door.

Finally, maybe a long talk with new US Attorney John Anderson and the DOJ folks in DC are also in order whose decision to also go AWOL in this reform challenge is also part of the problem.  Possibly they may consider hosting a meeting with us-the real concerned/involved, often threatened people of this city in order to hear the truth for a change.

Reading the above correspondence it is essentially clear that some people need to get their heads out of their asses and quit covering for cowards who expect political favors but want to hide in the shadows.

Citizens are getting fed up of being placated, and are fighting back with information. Information is key and knowledge is power against corruption and favoritism.

As we are dealing with remnants of the past still influencing, and continuing to ruin our city and state, the administration is considering allowing officers to wear beards. Yes folks, as the city is in meltdown over out of control crime and corruption, this administration is more worried about some commercialized image of Albuquerque One, and allowing minime clones with oldtimey hairdos beards and sleeve tattoos. What asshole suggests a change in policy for beards when all of this is going on?!? Talk about arranging deck chairs on the Titanic and priorities. No wonder why this place is crumbling.

Someone needs to get it through their tucking head that the problem here is not about something that a marketing program can help. It’s time to put your fucking pants on and get some calluses.

APD; Another Poor Decision...

Poor decisions, and a culture of cloned mentalities have cemented the Albuquerque Police Department into its downward slide down the slippery slope it is going down.

The current I.A. on I.A. scandal that broke last week has apparently caused a ripple effect through the city administration, and the talk around the water cooler is how this is going to cause some very very serious problems, not only for the City’s compliance with the DOJ consent decree, but for the mayor in the fact that it could make him a one term mayor.

Our Eyes are telling us that there are some very nervous APD 5th floor inhabitants. What are they nervous about? We will tell you.

The brass is very nervous that there have been a host of I.A. cases, where certain people were protected, while others were framed, and that there may be dozens of cases tampered with in the same way that were alleged in the recent case that now has everyone’s ass up in the air. Talk is that they fear an audit. Fear may not be the right word. Terrified may be a better word.

We all know that Bernalillo County District Attorney Raul Torrez can’t prosecute a ham sandwich. We also believe in our opinion, he is full of shit, and compromised, after having to listen to his lie about how the DUI case of the Governor’s buddy wasn’t compromised by a guy in his office who had a conflict of interest having a say in things when it was. It wasn’t a coincidence that he got his millions of state funding from the Governor after taking care of her boy. We all know Torrez won’t prosecute anything even close to being a political hot potato. That being said, there probably will be no criminal procedures. Hell... the James Geha APD timesheet fraud case that the state police put together is still sitting on the DA’s desk. In New Mexico, it’s not unbelievable that a case would be thrown so a politician can get six million dollars in funding so he can look good. This whole city paid the price so a bunch of corrupt criminals could look good for the last 8 years. For sure, Torres will be a one term District Attorney if the more experienced, competent and ballsey Ahmad Assed runs for DA.

Since politicians have no problem throwing people under the bus when they need to, the only conclusion is that they are sitting on this fiasco, because all of them are going to get a portion of shit on their faces when it all comes out. You see, nobody wants to look bad, but nobody wants to be connected to actions in direct contravention to what they have said they have been doing for almost a year. Hypocrisy is acceptable.

If it comes out that APD Internal Affairs has been tampering with cases for the last decade, like we here at the Eye know they have, the problems for this administration will be insurmountable, and you just might as well tack on another few more years of Federal monitoring. That is going to cost millions. That’s just the tip of the iceberg when you look at some of the treacherous things that were done to people by Internal Affairs, and what a massive class action would do to the city’s bank account.

As if all of this wasn’t enough, Mike Miller was promoted to commander, and sent to Internal Affairs to replace the Commander now under investigation. Miller was the Lieutenant of I.A. the whole time Ray Schultz framed every cop he could to deflect the DOJ, and no doubt knows where the bodies are buried. Miller reported right to Schultz, and was aware of the tampering with of cases by the City Attorney’s office, but he is right back in Internal Affairs. After this administration has been brow beaten about retaining people who were connected to the last administration, and knew about the wrongdoings, but didn’t speak out, they put this dirt doer right back into the driver’s seat. They might as well get him and Ray on the cell phone family plan.

Poor Decisions to keep crud in place has positioned this city for more decline. We told you so.

If the mayor does not remove the 5th floor and a bunch of others, when the other shoe drops, it will be one term for him. The city will lose millions more in tax payers money and the City Attorney’s office will need to be tripled. No, the last two will happen anyway.

Hiding the truth, and allowing crimes to occur, then be swept under the rug in this environment in order to avoid a publicity hit is reprehensible. It is not what we here at the Eye endorse.

Looking back at this article, it is more of the same that we have been saying since just before the DOJ came here. That is sad because nothing has changed and nobody has been punished.
That means nobody is listening and nobody is doing their job. Sad vile and enraging.

TURDS HAVE FEET AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO LAND ON THEM REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY ARE INVOLVED IN. ONLY IN NM!

Once again, in true New Mexico Patrone government fashion, we here at the Eye have been told about a scheme in the works, to land a former Albuquerque Police Department employee another employment position, by way of handing it to him.

Over a year ago, we read about how mayor Berry attempted to lock in the civilian in charge of the real time crime center with a permanent, untouchable position before he left. Well... that didn’t work.

The former employee we are talking about was Ray Schultz’s head of the APD Real Time Crime Center.
That employee, Todd Wilham, was let go by the Keller administration.

Anyone who knows this guy’s history with APD, knows his hands have been in every controversy, where employees have been railroaded over the last 15 years, among many other things. He was Schultz’s “in“ in the media, and he was in the inner circle of scum who lied, and spinned facts, like it was their hobby. He was tight with the likes of former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy, DCOP Paul Feist, DCOP Allen Banks, and the rest of the filth who were responsible for ruining this place, and he did their dirt for them.

He caused problems in high profile cases, like the Mary Han crime scene, where he trampled the scene, among other things... to the Dear case, where he was heard talking about how officers have to be scapegoated. You can read all about him here, by just searching.

What is really disturbing, is that TJ Wilham is in the running for a position as the Director of the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government. Folks, that is like putting OJ Simpson in charge of a women’s domestic violence support group.

The problem here is that TJ Wilham used to work for the Albuquerque Journal, and the managing editor of the Journal, Karen Moses is the president of the board of the NM Foundation of Open Government.

We all know the Journal, or as we call it... the Urinal has been the propaganda arm of the corrupt within this city for years, and has carried their water religiously and devotedly.

We all know how these vile vultures of a feather flock together, and take care of each other. We know how more qualified candidates, who actually represent justice, fairness, and transparency get passed over, walked on, or sabotaged here, in order to reward the malfeasant who are politically connected, so let’s keep an eye on this, and see how it goes. We know the Journal’s twisted connection to the command staff of the previous administration, and the lies they told for them.

We here at the Eye believe we already know where this is going, but we advise all candidates for this position to keep their eyes peeled for any and all chicanery.

Why this state is a Dickhouse? MURDERQUERQUE; the overview

In the last few months here we have gotten a glimpse of the insanity and lunacy that is plaguing our state. From excuse after excuse... to being lied right to our faces, these city and state so-called leaders would tell you the sky is polka dotted, and dare you not to believe it.

If you think justice is blind or balanced here in New Mexico, you must be on hallucinogenic mushrooms, or someone must have damaged your brain with a blunt instrument. That, or you are one of the low life cowards getting away with raping the place. There is rarely justice here. Because it is so far slanted in favor of the filthy, we can not attract anything to our state. This is because the proper avenues are not being taken to address the problems. 

This recent case where a pair of bloody children’s underwear were found, and not tagged into evidence is really disturbing, because if you look at it, it looks like it was a late call, and the officer wanted to fade it, and be done with it. We will reserve opinion until the final word comes out, but this trend is getting really old. The below situation caused Mayor Keller to admit that shitheads within the Albuquerque Police Department are still perpetuating the culture that got us here. We have a solution. Fire the residue clinging on, then hunt down those like the former Chief and assistant city attorney, along with the former Mayor CAO and all of their co-conspirators, and prosecute them for public corruption racketeering, and about a dozen other charges that could put them away for a decade, (MORE IF THEY LIE TO FEDERAL AGENTS, AND THEY WILL) and 
destroy every fabric of their lives like they did to this city.

This city and state will also be cleaned up when those who’s daddy is politically connected, or those who are elected fuck up and are held to the level of accountability they are supposed to be held to, and punished for their wrongdoing, while those who are innocent are proven innocent, instead of being crucified, to protect the guilty by those who are remiss, and malfeasant in their duties.

From the friend of the governor who was intentionally covered for by those in the Albuquerque District Attorney’s office, to the recent clown over at BCSO who can’t seem to keep his blood alcohol level below point one six, the same people are protected, covered for and given dozens of chances, after committing criminal acts, while good people make a clerical error, slight error in judgement, or no error at all, and they are fired, and soon find themselves facing an attack on all fronts. All of this has been going on to promote the disgraceful behavior behind the scenes that is the culture of our state, and it is what has destroyed the place.

You want to know why you can’t hire officers? This is why. They are sick of two faced, lying coward politicians. They are sick of the double standards, and they are sick of wasting their time. They are sick of the excuses that are made, and they are even more sick of the high road some real miscreants try to take after they game the fucking system, get caught and lose. They are sick of watching connected people get away with things that put the ordinary citizen in jail. They are tired of nothing being done about the corruption, and they are truly tired of the disparity in discipline and promotional process. The fucking inmates are running the asylum, and the proof is in the department when you promote little punks with a Napoleon complex who have more investigations done on them than some criminals. It is over and the war begins. The war begins on every creep that should be sweeping floors instead of banking a paycheck from the COA.

You have cases like the one below where a politician says she regrets not taking the breathalyzer, which is total horse shit, because she intentionally did not take the breathalyzer, and knows that if there was any alcohol in her system it is not in her system now. All of these politicians are told to refuse the breathalyzer. Of course she regrets it. It is all horse shit people. Nobody owns their fuckups. They just call in a favor. A while back an officer was fired for removing someone from the bat mobile, but these cretins have just devised better ways involving the process to manipulate the
system to get out from under what they did.... timelines, and not taking breathalyzers.

Notice... after state representative Youngblood is taken out of her vehicle to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests, she tries to play the coy cute chick card. Notice the reference to not being fully clothed, the prancing and posing, and wannabe cute flirtatious behavior. Notice the denial when she was told she was being arrested. Notice how quickly it then goes from denial, to pulling the sympathy card out, complete with the tears and attempts to influence the officer to let her go, by bring up what she does. When all charades finally fail, what we have is the typical New Mexico response to the reality that is now upon her. After the officer reads Mrs. Youngblood the implied consent act, she refuses to cooperate, and consent to a breath test. She then gets testy.

Looking at the video of Mrs Youngblood being processed, you can see officer Trajan looking on with a weird look on his face. We found that pretty ironic, considering Mister Trajan had a little alcohol induced domestic violence investigation of his own where he was covered for pretty good. As the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy becomes famous for using the blanket umbrella charge of being morally unfit to be a police officer to revoke politically targeted scapegoats, targets of personal animus, or vendettas against officers who didn’t lay down for bogus criminally contrived allegations, here we have another clown act of hypocrisy.

We wonder if getting separated from your wife, then moving into the dorms of the NEW MEXICO LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY is being morally unfit to be a police officer. Maybe being sued for the same #metoo shit that has taken down dozens of Hollywood stars, and politicians is being morally unfit? Probably not here in the State of New Mexico. No... in our state, only the active, upstanding officers, interested in doing their jobs, fighting crime, while not wanting to deal with immature, pathetic, incompetent, vindictive, liars with multiple complexes over their inadequacies have to worry about being targeted, just because they stand up for what is right, do not take garbage from corrupt command staff, or just happen to be the flavor of the day, when some coward police command staffer needs a body to throw under the bus, to deflect away from his own corruption, or get a shot in on someone who he doesn’t like, or whom spoke out about him. This is what is plaguing the state in regards to law enforcement and “it” alone is the reason for the decline of the vocation in our state.

Why can’t we get officers? Because nobody wants to work for a complete scum bag who has mental issues, can’t control themselves, and treats people awfully. THE BIGGEST COWARD IS THE ONE WHO USES POWER FOR EVIL INSTEAD OF GOOD. At the heart of every municipality that is having problems with staffing and crime is a Ray Schultz... a Gorden Eden... a Bob Huntsman... a Harold Medina... and a pushed up the ladder clown like Art Sanchez with a Napoleon Complex and ax to grind with anyone who punks them up for their pathetic behavior. a Mayor Berry. This administration should learn this.

So...Why don’t people want to be cops here? It is because the cops get railroaded. The corruption runs to the top. The politicians are liars, and there is a double standard for justice here. There is no accountability for filth bags, guilty of crimes and corruption, while the innocent are targeted, because they are seen as expendable. You don’t have to do a thing to have them target you. That’s how dangerous it is here and it has nothing to do with the criminal out there on the streets.

The police union can have all the faith they want in recruitment, but the fact of the matter is that being a police officer was made unpopular by the very same types of individuals who betrayed and continue to betray the rank and file in our state, coupled by some very ugly, and high profile blunders to the point that it will take decades to normalize. The fact that it is out nationwide about the fratricidal and Patrone culture within New Mexico, you can double the recovery time.

One of our Eyes has told us that the very state police chief who presides over NMLEAB certification hearings, where officers are railroaded continuously, in what has been described in a kangaroo court, where the officer has no chance, if it has been politically decided that they will lose their cert, has been acting like a squatter. Maybe this is why there is nothing but shambles left of New Mexico law enforcement. NO. This is the reason!

Below is a story that KRQE uncovered weeks ago about a BCSO deputy who was caught illegally hunting. What is disturbing here is that this guy was fired from APD for a drunken downtown incident while he was in the police academy, but the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office hired him. While working there he got popped with a DUI arrest, got fired, but only got a suspension on his NMLEA cert. Someone at BCSO hired him back. Now he is under investigation for this game commission issue. There is also another investigation involving stolen guns.

We here at the Eye wonder what the outcome will be on this. It seems if there is a wrongdoing uncovered, there would be a pattern of conduct calling for a LEA90 to question if this deputy’s cert should be revoked for being morally unfit to be a police officer. After all, dozens of officers have been revoked for one incident, where their infraction was non terminable, or for nothing at all, while in the process of actually doing their job, while many of the actions of others were done in contravention to doing what a police officer is supposed to do.

These actions and non-actions of the NMLEA call into question their credibility when you look at the disparity in filings and action taken. One can make a good case for the NMLEA being used as a
political tool or worse yet, an arm of extortion for the upper command staff club within LE statewide. Many officers should start gathering their eggs for another sort of #metoo class action filing if this continues.

You want to know who is at fault for this? It is the person giving out all the second, third, fourth, and fifth chances to those who do not deserve one, while walking on the good ones. It is the criminal in city office who lies to you about tampering with a case, to intentionally cause it’s prosecutorial failure for a political favor. Does anyone think it was a coincidence that the district attorney got millions for his office as a Democrat from a Republican Governor after lying about his office’ involvement in the case involving her crony’s arrest?

Does anyone think it is just the way it works when people fuck up so bad, so many times, yet never see a day of accountability or punishment yet the person doing their job gets railroaded for nothing or better yet, bring light to those above?

This is not a fluke. It is intentional. It is called Patrón government, and it is the reason for why it is so twisted here.

WE have just begun OUR accountability war, and OUR scope is broadening. We should have an answer any day now on the direction we will be going with this, and is isn’t pretty. We enjoyed the summer break and wish you a fun and safe summer but there is much work to do.

Standby for another court ruling that we have that was recently mitigated, and made as if it didn’t exist, in order to promote another protected pay to play crony.

We here at the Eye would like to thank Officer Joshua Montaño for having the balls, and integrity to hold these motherfuckers accountable. Officer Montaño deserves an award for his fine work, and The Eye on Albuquerque has his back, if anyone decides to fuck with him for doing his job. Good job Officer. You handle yourself very professionally, and you are a credit to the Albuquerque Police Department.

Until the enablers and excuse makers who cover for their friends are held accountable, nothing will change. We will continue to shine the light on those behind the scenes making phone calls and protecting criminals disguised as public servants.

There are the actual doers, and there are the ones covering for them. Both are in our sights. To the rest of the posers who think nobody sees what you are doing when you cover for filth. We know it all and the war is coming.

A word to you little motherfuckers who spent years on APD payroll, and kept your mouth shut like a good company boy, but now want to act like you are the solution... keep it up, because you will be outted for the frauds you are. It is all coming. Stand the fuck by, because the more shit you stack on the sandwich will be the more shit you have to take a bite out of. You were the problem. You caused
this directly and indirectly. You will publicly be held accountable to the truth.

And to you fraudulent pretentious little punks who had years to do the right thing but only worried about your bottom line, your side piece’s bottom line and chose to do the wrong thing but want to act like you are the answer to the problem that is you, we know who all of you are and you are not going to get to fool anyone.

Read the blogs, and make your own mind up about the truth. Do not let political promises of money from self promoters cloud your perception. It’s a patrón state we live in. Not for long.

We have purposely given this administration a reprieve, to see how things pan out. Some very promising solutions have been reached to some very diabolical situations, that very good folks were put in. We will address this in the future, but it has not gone unnoticed. Contrary to what many may think, this administration is trying to make things right. It will take a few more issues to be addressed that may be unpopular to them, but this is the price of peace. We will not stop until wrongs are righted. We will not stop until the filth is denied what has been taken from the righteous.

Remember, we are here and there... and we may not be here or there, but we see right through you. If we don’t see it. Someone else does, and they tell us. We are looking when you are not looking at us, and we see you. We see the looks you give those you do not like, when you act like you do like them. We know what you are. We know more than you. Pretentiousness is not a cloak that we can not see through. We have been at this longer than you. DO THE RIGHT THING, NO MATTER HOW UNPOPULAR IT IS, OR WE WILL MAKE YOU DO IT! Trust us, the first way is easier.

One last thing... Give Mike Geier a chance, despite the search. Let’s see what he does.

ROACHES BEING ROACHES; MUSICAL CHAIRS FOR MALFEASANTS... U.S. MARSHALL RESIGNS IN LIEU...

In Albuquerque, you can only fool people for so long. The problem here is the short memories. There is a term here called “gypsy cop.” With our small town mentality and patron system of government, it isn’t always the qualified who get the job. We saw that with Gorden Eden, and the 4 revolutions of upper command staff that have rotated in and out since that pantywaste Schultz did everything he could to keep the feds from coming in, then tucked his tail like a punk, and ran when they eventually did. (And still, we hear nothing but crickets from Hector Boulderass, aka the king of low hanging fruit on the Schultz Taser investigation.)

The culture here promotes a gypsy mentality, through the PERA system, and the good old boy political appointee program. This is  place where one can jump from agency to agency bringing along your pension. The problem here is that the malfeasance spreads like a virus, and those who do wrong get to flee before the shit catches up with them, JUST LIKE ALL OF THE ASSHOLES FROM THE LAST ADMINISTRATION DID. A good part of the reason for this is the willie nillie attitude of wishey washey behavior like that exhibited by the federal judge recently after saying he is not interested in punishing the living shit out of the criminals who attempted to extort, and defraud a federal court, when they taped a federal monitor, the lied through omission and other means about it. So far, everyone responsible for putting this city in it’s heinous position have been allowed to run away. Anywhere else they would all have been indicted, and or cutting deals for lesser sentences. Not in the land of malfeasant cowards, where their lawyers are former colleagues with people like the Attorney General.  

Speaking of twisted messes... isn’t it funny how Jessica Hernandez is now working for Paul Kennedy. All of these clowns are connected. No surprise there. A liar who was put in as city attorney as a favor for the Governor now works for the Governor’s attorney. If these clowns had to rely on their own abilities to get jobs they would be unemployed.  

People ask why we go after some of those we have supported. Our answer is because they chose politics over the right thing. They chose to make deals with the same creeps we expose. They have several faces. They continue to take care of, or protect those who are the reason for this situation. These are all facts, and our evidence posted here over the years proves it. 

There is one variable that always catches up with itself, and that variable is these individuals, these asshats just can not help themselves. Sooner or later their stripes show themselves. 

Last week the EYEPHONE rang off the hook, and we were told a former APD brasshole had his happy ass walked out of the federal courthouse. We got a good chuckle out of this, because we thought maybe the feds are finally seeing it. Our Eyes told us that last Thursday Conrad Candelaria’s access to the courthouse was terminated, and he was given the option to retire, or be terminated. (It is amusing how everyone else is just fired though.)

Apparently there was a “climate survey” conducted by the U.S. Marshall’s office. Below explains a climate survey.

Well folks... from our Eyes, it looks like Candelaria failed the federal government’s climate survey, and was booted because of it. Our eyes tell us that Candelaria’s Chief Deputy was relieved of duty, and reassigned too. We are being told this is all because of years of grievances, poor leadership, and Conrad’s retaliation against those who have filed those grievances. We were told that the officer of Inspector General is investigating him also.

This needs to be disseminated, because it is the exact reason why things do not change here. Our Eyes are telling us that Candelaria has been pining for another political appointment in Santa Fe. Resigning in lieu of being fired should be a disqualification, as it is for most others.

Little Will was hired over there with Candelaria as a clerk, after he fled his APD deputy chief position, like the rest of the fucking cowards did. If the Marshalls are smart, they will toss that one too.

Here is a hint for those in positions to hold people accountable, like judges and attorney generals... do your fucking jobs! Because... if not, you will be fired too. Voting to purge those who choose not to do what they were elected to do is getting very popular.
