THE LAST GASPS OF A FAILED ADMINISTRATION

On Sunday Albuquerque Attorney Thomas Grover slapped the shit out of this lying administration, by doubling down on their double talk, and calling them out, stating the Berry administration which is a total failure in every sense of the word was in it's last gasps.

Very true words. This hateful, lying, malevolent, malfeasant, criminal enterprise has sucked this city dry, and they do not care about anything but their bank accounts. Just as Berry has trashed this city, our fat drunken little pizzah partier Governor is crying poor mouth, and pointing the finger at everyone else.

In case you have not been around town lately, lets take a tour, shall we?

If you would like to go to our Albuquerque Zoo,  Aquarium, and Bio Park, you may want to take some antidepressants first. Sad to say, things are pretty pathetic. If you have an ounce of compassion, it's sad and heartbreaking. The facilities are in disrepair, and not for lack of hard work, because the staff are working hard. It is lack of money.

In the Aquarium, the eyes on the fish are clouded over, and some exhibits have only one lonely specimen floating around waiting for the end. The water is hazy, and maintenance is badly needed in many areas. The Zoo animals look sick and tired. The seals are just laying there, with nothing to occupy them. They are not even swimming. If you have gone to these attractions on a weekday, and had issues with parking, just try to find a spot on a weekend. The attraction has outgrown the parking.  It is evident there is no funding, and the welfare of the animals is suffering. Just look at how many large animals have died during Berry's tenure as the worst Albuquerque mayor ever; some being tossed in dumpsters like trash.

The Albuquerque Rapid Transit project is a bust. The coward mayor Berry put the cart before the horses during an election year, arrogantly rolling the dice with your tax dollars for completion funding from the federal government, and came up short. He was denied, and the city is now short tens of millions of dollars, while Central looks like it was bombed, and small business are dropping like flies. All of this, while our Governor is also threatening furloughs. None of her cronies will have food taken out of their mouths. You can take that to the bank, because these parasitic scum look out for themselves first.

We here at the Eye warn any candidate that is even pondering contracting with Jay McCleskey for their campaign strategy, that if you do, you will face exactly what this administration faces from us here, and worse. We will look up your ass with our microscope, and dissect you like a high school lab frog. This is it for these miscreants. And to any candidates tossing around the idea of bringing back some retired Ray Schultz crony asshole from the past to be police chief, you can forget that too. We know everyone our little school resources guy decided to bed, along with all of the horse shit the rest of them have pulled over the years, and enough is truly enough. You got that Mr. Colon? It will all come out the minute you announce your man or woman. Oh yes, that nasty little rumor about Jessica Tyler being groomed as the Republican's sensational approach at appeasing those touting her to be the first woman chief of the Albuquerque Police Department, look again. Her immature, spoiled antics are nothing short of pathetic. How anyone could even think of putting a mouthy, spoiled brat, with performance and inadequacy issues in that position is reprehensible, and would counter any attempt at progress in reform. That woman is the perfect example of what is wrong here. The incompetent, willing water carriers, and ring kissers with more baggage than anyone, put in positions as favors in an effort to cover up for this failed administration. It is people like Tyler who resent anyone more qualified than her, that need to be rooted out, and fired. If you are not selfless in making this a better place, you belong in the shit pile. Stick your last three high years up your asses. It's not bad enough that Gorden Eden placed this brat in charge of internal affairs after her past with BCSO, and her almost getting her NM Law Enforcement certification revoked? (Anyone else would have been revoked)

Also, someone with few years police experience, and a DUI arrest is not a candidate for police chief. We better never hear that rumor again, nor should we even get an inkling anyone like that is even thinking of pining for, or positioning themselves for such a position, because if we do, truth, and humiliation will be the word of the day.

The crime is so out of control that many citizens are terrified. Response times are deadly. You can drive from one end of the city to the other without seeing one marked police unit. Entire parking structures are burning to the ground. Robberies, shootings, and killings are out of control. A total change is needed, and it is not going to come from some clown from the past, who just can't let go of the ego trip, who is connected to those who are the problem, and should just stay retired. Greed is part of the problem here; a big part.

THE BIG LIE

For those not verse in the scum bag ways of the city attorney's office under Kathryn Levy, and now Jessica Hernandez, everything is a word game of smoke and mirrors, a shell game where there is never an object to find under any of the shells when it comes to APD or the lying
Berry/Perry administration.

In keeping with the description of the Taser debacle under scum bag Ray Schultz as being a train wreck, that started with him, the city AGAIN hires their own expert, so they can AGAIN  control every variable of the investigation, to AGAIN guide the results in their favor. If it is not outright tampering with investigations, it is carefully wording their responses, and answers to avoid the truth or conceal the findings, and redirect attention to a benign part of the issue, or to an altogether different topic.

The city claims all of the video evidence they uploaded into the Taser cloud is solid, and should match the videos released to the public and requesting attorneys, though their expert never even looked at the original videos. What the sneaky lying, city attorney dodges is the fact that that is not the only question here. She conveniently left out how she and former deputy attorney Kathryn Levy have coined the pattern and practice of concealing evidence by any means necessary, then crying victim when called out on it.  How many videos were never even downloaded? How many times have city attorneys lied about not having evidence, they in fact did have. How many times have city attorneys only partially filled discovery requests, only to be nailed when the other party had the answers to the questions they asked, and caught this administration in lie after lie? You see, the question is not only about being able to alter video before uploading it. It's about if some videos were even uploaded. It is more so about certain city officials lying about the existence of video evidence, playing games with the DoJ, and civil rights attorneys, and defrauding the courts to fraudulently win cases, and deprive people of their civil rights.

While the Taser scandal continues to cause widespread problems within the court system, involving every conceivable case, Memorial Villages Texas Police department is promoting scum bag Ray Schultz to police chief of their department on the 31st of this month.  IRONICALLY, all of this is being done as the Attorney General Hector Balderas has expanded the scope of the Taser bid rigging investigation into Schultz. What makes this more unbelievable is that another investigator hired AGAIN by this administration says their new $5,000,000 contract is kosher. We think not! No, folks, Taser is now fruit of the poisonous tree. The initial deal with Taser caused bias, and dependency on Taser for this up and coming contract. There are no two ways about it. We all know that the original purchase of Taser equipment entrenched the department in TASER, causing this reliance, all of which Schultz profited from, just before he ran away with his tail between his pink legs.

We now have a competing police body camera manufacturer claiming the Taser contract was biased. If city council ratifies this contract in light of everything pending they will show their malfeasance. We urge everyone reading this to remember every one of them, and launch them out of office come election time.

The above actions tell us either Ray is confident, because he received leaked inside intelligence from a source within the New Mexico Attorney General's office that he is in the clear, or he is just looking out for his selfish self, like he always does, and could care less about the reputation of the police department he hoodwinked, if and when his indictment comes. This is disturbing, considering Albuquerque Mayoral Candidate Brian Colon is very tight (good friends) with AG Balderas, and Colon works for the law firm representing Ray Schultz.

LOJAK...THE NEW TASER?

Our Eyes have told us that Lojak Corporation has gotten it's claws into Albuquerque. First, we must agree that being able to locate your stolen vehicle via gps, and having the capability for Law Enforcement to track it safely is beneficial to public safety. Sometimes it is not the idea, but the procedure that is wrong, and what gets you in trouble.

How would you feel if Lojak customers were given priority in vehicle recovery, over the non customer? Is it okay to let a stolen auto go, or have a no contact policy on vehicles who do not have Lojak installed, while using all resources to recover the Lojak subscribed customer vehicle? We were told that officers are going after Lojak vehicles with an OK from the department brass,  while letting non Lojak vehicles go. How fair is that for the person who can not afford Lojak, but still pays taxes for police service? We were also told individual officers are being offered installation of Lojak in their vehicles.

How would you feel if a retired Albuquerque police officer, who is employed by Lojak, and in charge of Lojak for this regional area, is given carte blanche concerning the release of NCIC information from a police department dispatch source?  Considering retired officers need an escort when inside Albuquerque Police facilities ,this defies logic, and proves once in the inner circle, always in the inner circle. You see, our Eyes have told us that APD command staff have advised all police dispatch personnel that if retired stolen auto detective Matt Morales requests any information whatsoever from APD dispatch concerning NCIC information on stolen vehicles, he is to be given any information requested, because he is still in their officer rolodex. For sure, this is not in accordance with DoJ reform, and does not provide integrity within the NCIC system. It is possibly illegal.

We all know that this administration protects their favorites, like Jessica Tyler who accesses NCIC for her husband to make a complaint, in order to retaliate against a whistle blower, while they illegally fired Steven Hindi for following procedure to protect himself and document a lying CPOA investigator. Hell.... they even swept the investigation into Regina Sanchez under the rug to protect her, after she retrieved NCIC information on a domestic violence victim which got out to a relation of the defendant. Untruthfulness was even an issue in that matter. To make things worse, that officer was involved in a relationship with former murder suspect Levi Chavez which brought embarrassing disrepute to the Albuquerque Police Department nationwide. This officer is still employed, while officers charged with far less have been fired and had their Law Enforcement Cert. Revoked. If that is not a pattern of immoral conduct showing an individual to be unfit for police work, nothing is. There is no standard here. The scum prevail.

We are getting from our Eyes that Morales has been involved in active stolen auto police recoveries, investigations and pursuits. We are also being told he is on numerous police dispatch CADS, (Example #1077) and police radio transmission tapes. Get out your IPRA pencils people. Our crafty investigative reporters may want to request any memorandums, emails, and department orders concerning Mr. Morales, and Lojack activities, especially APD brass clearing him for requests, and retrieval of NCIC information from APD

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, PLANNING A MURDER, AND COVERING FOR YOUR BOY

We here at the Eye have received  more information on one of Bob Huntsman's SWAT pups. We can not think of anyone who would want a sicko, who would plot ballistic ranges from a sniper position onto a police facility, to kill his wife, who is an Albuquerque Police Officer, holding the position of a police officer. Can you? Below is a written statement from the request for order of protection in reference to what we are talking about.

Any other officer, or person for that matter would have already been charged with multiple felonies concerning the above incident... ESPECIALLY WITH AUDIO AND VIDEO EVIDENCE. We wonder where that evidence is. Not here, and not when you are APD tactical, and one of Bob Huntsman's chosen cult of the SWAT, and therefore protected. The most disturbing part of that statement is where the petitioner states that her husband told her that he used a ballistic range finder to plot a shot at her from a distance. (THESE ARE LASER RANGE FINDING DEVICES USED BY HUNTERS AND SNIPERS TO DETERMINE THE KNOWN RANGE FOR DISTANCE SO THAT YOU CAN COMPUTE KNOWN BULLET DROP FOR A FIRST SHOT HIT WITH YOUR KNOWN RIFLE AND CALIBER.) That is sick, pathetic, and disgusting. That is not depression or something that can be counseled. That is behavior that is unacceptable in any circumstance. Ironically, this has been going on. This is sick, terroristic, controlling behavior, but the brass actively cover it up because it involves "Nature at Play." More disturbing,  is that the box for "no drugs or alcohol was involved" was checked off at the bottom of the photo. So, he acted this way strait.

It was no coincidence that the night this officer went off the deep end out in the West mesa, spawning a manhunt months ago, Major Gonterman interjected his fatass into it, and it all went away.


THE CRIME WAVE AND STOLEN OFFICER FIREARMS... MORE BEING SWEPT UNDER THE RUG

NO, Major Timothy Gonterman has not learned a thing or two about responsibility, or doing the right thing, by getting away with burning a homeless man's ear off with a Taser, and costing the city over $300,000, because a little while back Timothy left a firearm in his car. That car was broken into, and his firearm was stolen. Did anyone hear a peep about that?  Of course not, because the SOP was changed requiring disciplinary action against those who are irresponsible enough to leave loaded weapons around unsecured, to be stolen.

Previous to Gonterman, two others had firearms stolen from their vehicles, prompting the department to change SOPs regarding discipline for such negligent behavior. Jessica Tyler, the Major failure in charge of Internal Affairs, covered for one of them. Gonterman's incident happened after these two, so you know why they kept that under wraps.... to protect fat boy.

It is evident that this administration is corrupt, unethical, biased, malevolent, inept, and intentionally thumbs it's nose at doing what is right. Intentional wanton and willful misconduct, and public corruption is what we have here, and one of the largest, and most resourceful efforts ever in place to cover it all up. Now we have a wreckless, negligent, police administration putting the public at risk of harm or death, by putting guns out onto an already violent, out of control environment, because they are lazy and stupid. It figures one of the biggest, notorious morons to wear a uniform is at the center of it AGAIN.

COPS...WHAT COPS?!?

Our Eyes have told us as the mayor, and every other liar in this administration lies about the manpower reason not being the cause of the out of control crime rate, city leaders are now discussing combining APD and the Bernalillo County Sheriff's office. Now they want to ruin the SO. Wonder where little Jessica will run to?


TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN

Sean Wallace, who has shot more than one unarmed men like a coward, is now on the APD Lieutenant's promotional list. The hits just keep on rolling folks. In case you need reminding, Wallace was the tactical officer that shot Alan Gomez from across the street with a rifle, in the back as he was unarmed and holding a spoon.


THE FLIP FLOPPER

And oh yessssss... We have heard that Mr. Colon is flip flopping on his statement about coming in as Mayor, and giving everyone a chance to talk with their new boss. Yes, Mr. Colon is now saying he would get rid of police chief Gordon Eden. It's too late for that. No, Mr. Colon, now you have proven to have no fortitude to stand your ground. You are a flip flopper politician who will say anything to get what you want. You just don't get it, so Albuquerque will not get you. Adios Donkey!

Both of the above stories were about the parasitic miscreant disciples of Susana Martinez, and her punk Jay McCleskey's influence. One was written pre-presidential election. The other was written post-presidential election. Both describe these two faced, self serving politicians, and water carriers, predicting their actions after either riding the fence, or outright snubbing presidential candidate Donald Trump. Please go back and read them for a refresher.

As we have predicted, back in January Martinez can be seen climbing up Rick Perry's ass, and praising Trump's nomination of him to Secretary of Energy. You can see this crap here!

We all know how much money there is to be made in energy these days, and we are well aware of Ol' Pizzah and Coke Susana's penchant for lining up herself, and her buddies, like Darren White, who got his marijuana grow license nice and quick. We all know Mrs. Pizzah party is angling for something now. 

What we do remember well was how Martinez and Mayor RJ Berry did not show up at the rally for the presidential candidate of their own party here in New Mexico on Tuesday May 24th, 2016. We do remember how Martinez would not make a stance on backing Trump and Berry having no comment either. We remember them not attending anything supportive of Donald Trump, but of course the two parasites attended the inauguration for free food, drinks, and party time on the tax payer's dime, even if beer bottle throwing and Coke wasn't permitted. 

What we really remember the most was all the HASHTAG NEVERTRUMPS (#NEVERTRUMP) that were tweeted by everyone very close to the governor, and her people like Darren White. You can see a screen shot at the bottom of the second article link.  The marijuana topic has been very hot lately. We here at the Eye could care less about a weed either way. If it works for you, fine... If not, that's fine too, but don't be an unfair hypocrite. That is where these scum bags excel. You see Susana had delayed marijuana grow licenses to people of New Mexico, but chose to give them to her Husband, and Darren White, whom she is always lining up with gigs. 

As we have called it, more of Susana's minions, appointees, and water carriers are lining up at the government trough for primo jobs. 

Our Eyes have reported to us that Gordon Eden, who is under Federal investigation has applied AGAIN TO BE the United States Marshall for the New Mexico district. How ballsey is that? This guy shouldn't be allowed to wipe piss off of shoes in the men's bathroom in a federal building. 

Another of Governor Martinez's political appointees, New Mexico State Police Chief Porkbelly Pete Kassetas has thrown his hat into the ring for the same job as Gordon Eden. Hmmmm... Seems everyone is looking for a parachute and soft landing with the up-coming election, but they all forgot who they snubbed.  

The audacity of this backstabbing administration that has no shame, never ceases to amaze. We think we are tired of the constant coddling, and handing out of high paying, cush, political appointee positions to people who make a job out of stepping on people to get what they want. 

While inhabitants of this city and state struggle to rebuild the place next year, these clowns will just move on, like Ray Schultz, never looking back, or giving a shit about the damage they have done. 

Not this time.

VOTE NO FOR BRIAN COLON AS MAYOR

Most of the Mayoral candidates agree on one thing. Roof police Chief Gordon Eden. A police chief who is a proven liar, should be tossed into a dumpster just like they do with filthy politicians in Europe. Gordon Eden is not only a liar. He is being investigated by a federal grand jury. He has stonewalled reform, and sent out an email, latently threatening employees about cooperating with the Department of Justice. How this clown has not been let go already, is amazing, but we are talking about the Berry and Martinez administrations. He needs to be indicted for perjury, and tampering with a federal investigation. Both of these administrations are busy sabotaging everyone around them, while keeping their water carriers in place to protect their interests. This criminal enterprise knows no political boundaries, when it comes to the almighty dollar. We are not going to tolerate a light handed, or passive aggressive approach to removing them.

We like to post information, and let you make up your own minds, but now we are going to flat out advise everyone to VOTE NO FOR BRIAN COLON AS MAYOR OF ALBUQUERQUE. As a matter of fact, we do not believe in even letting this disguised operator even get his political airplane out of it's hangar. For the record, we are going to lay it out now. Brian Colon works for the Robles Rael and Anaya law firm. His buddy, Luis Robles is Ray Schultz's personal attorney. As a matter of fact, Robles has his hands in a lot of lucrative things that this corrupt administration is involved in, and he benefits well from it. Luis Robles assisted Ray Schultz with one of his schemes to keep the DoJ at bay (Doyle Woolever case) while he made directly conflicting representations as he represented officers in the foothills shooting of James Boyd. We all know Robles profited well with city contracts under Schultz, and is chums with the very people who have destroyed, and continue to destroy the city and state. Little Luis Robles also has a contract with the state for $4,000,000 for civil defense litigation. Yea, that's right... FOUR MILLION.

We here at the Eye are sick and disgusted of little weasels lining their pockets, and feathering their nests on the backs of people who are betrayed, like the good citizens and employees of this city and state. We are just as sick of people associated with these selfish scum standing by, and betraying their constituents, out of loyalties to friends, for favors or monetary gain.

As everyone comes right out, and rightfully so states that our failed, impotent, weak, pathetic, and willfully malfeasant police chief needs to go, Brian Colon wants to ride the fence with this comment:

"On day one (as mayor), that is the first meeting I have (with Eden) Anyone who has devoted themselves to public service deserves to have a sit-down with their new boss. Colon said. “To get political points by by saying his head is on the chopping block is not my approach That's not to say I can see any conversation where it ends well, but he deserves that professional courtesy."

Well Mr. Colon, many police officers have been railroaded by this administration, and it's lying leadership. Eden is the main part of it. Eden did not devote his life to anything but money, political water carrying, and favors in return for political appointments, and high paying jobs... none of which he was qualified for. He is a poser, fraud, and incompetent leader. He has been handed everything he has. A lesson for you Mr. Colon.... A person who devotes themselves, has no problem staying in one position, in one state to help it's people. They do not bounce around from job to job, taking state, federal and private positions, then leaving the state to chase the almighty dollar like a gypsie. A person who devotes themselves does not lie to the people who depend on them. They do not run away from criticism. They do not send out others to face what they should be facing or post videos on Youtube to avoid answering questions. They do not lie under oath. They do not intentionally misrepresent their experience. They do not get defensive, and act like a scorned little school girl, when reporters put them on the carpet for their lies. The devotee, makes sacrifices. The devotee stands up for what is right, regardless of being fired for doing it. Gordon Eden is none of this. He is nothing but a pussy who does what he is told by the mayor and Governor Susana Martinez, the one who put him there. So, Mr. Colon, we do not need a mayor who can not reach down, and show the balls needed to call these criminals out, and give them the chances they all gave the innocent who just happened to be in the way of their political steamroller. NONE. 

So, If Brian Colon wants to give these creeps what he calls "a professional courtesy," Brian Colon will be given the same chance we give those he wants to be nice to. NONE. 

Brian's comment reeks of the same old "free pass given" sentiment, that one's title grants them special treatment, because of who they are. Political appointees paid thousands for being corrupt lying pieces of shit, should get them thrown through the front doors of their office buildings, not their asses being kissed.  

Albuquerque needs drastic change undertaken by someone with the guts to go to asymmetrical  war with people who only understand enough is enough, when they are grabbed by their collar and kicked in their ass on the way out the door. No..... smiles and friendly bullshit are not going to cut it. And if you are associated with the problem, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. 

ONE MORE POINT TO PONDER..... BRIAN COLON IS FRIENDS WITH NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY HECTOR BALDERAS. AS AN ATTORNEY FOR THE LAW FIRM REPRESENTING RAY SCHULTZ, IF YOU THINK RAY WILL BE INDICTED IF COLON IS ELECTED MAYOR... IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. WHY IT HASN'T HAPPENED IS ALREADY A QUESTION THAT NEEDS TO BE ANSWERED. AND CLAIMING IT WILL LOOK INAPPROPRIATE FOR THE AG TO DO HIS JOB, BECAUSE HE MAY RUN FOR GOVERNOR, AND IT MAY APPEAR BIAS, IS WORSE THAN MALFEASANCE. IT AMOUNTS TO A POLICE OFFICER  NOT ARRESTING SOMEONE BECAUSE HE WANTS TO PROMOTE. THAT IS NOT DOING YOUR JOB BECAUSE OF POLITICS AND SELF INTEREST.  WE ARE NOT TOLERATING SELF SERVING AGENDAS ANYMORE. ANYONE WHO SHIRKS THEIR DUTIES OUT OF SELF PROMOTION IS NOT THE SOLUTION AND NEEDS TO GO. 

THE ONLY LOYALTIES HERE ARE TO MONEY, POWER AND SEX. Until we find someone "devoted" selflessly to clean this mess up, who is connected in no way at all with the root cause of the mess here, things will not change. Brian Colon is not this solution. Do not vote for Brian Colon this November.

Pacifying the public Gorden Eden style.... A letter from a fed up community member

A few days ago Pumpkinhead Eden gave a stand up fleecing to the ABQ Northeast Community Policing Council. Watching this clown, and bonified liar bounce in with his clipboard and water bottle is funny. No longer does this phony wear his two foot long sleeve hashes, does he? He dodged this meeting twice, until he could get his screenplay together.

Many are frustrated at the constant shit they are being fed, and nothing quite sums it up like a dose of uncensored reality.

Over the course of this administration one person they consider "outspoken" is Silvio Dell'Angela. Silvio is a veteran, and citizen in our community who has a voice, and a right to be heard. He gives this administration the hard treatment they deserve. Why is he like this? Because he is fed up. He has been bullied by cowards who hide behind rank and title and they turn their backs on him. They do this because they have no honor, respect or dignity. They are cowards.

Watching it sickened my stomach to hear all of the lies told by Eden as if the CPC members and meeting attendees were naive morons. See my earlier 2-9-2017 comments on these toothless/impotent CPCs attached.

Let me start first by saying that Eden was a former low level US Marshal and later politician and one who never met the posted City qualifications for his job. Unlike our disgraceful Councilors Charles Arasim and I took the time to review the resumes of the over 40 people who applied for the Chief’s job after the corrupt Schultz and Banks fled town.

Berry passed over 40 other nation-wide applicants, many with eye-watering credentials/qualifications and picked this incompetent/Governor Martinez discard Eden and incredulously then paid him $166,700/year merely to follow Berry’s and Perry’s orders.

His first lie after taking the job was to try to justify the murder by cops Sandy and Boyd of homeless camper James Boyd. Afraid of putting these two on trial in a civil lawsuit, the City-we taxpayers paid the family $5 million.

To do Eden’s job for him, Berry would then bring Schultz’s thug/former SWAT-”death squad” Commander Bob Huntsman out of retirement to do Eden’s job and would pay him $134,900/year.

There in the back of the room was the disgraceful Huntsman and other overpaid thug members of Eden’s senior Command staff.

Eden began the CPC meeting by claiming a throat problem as an excuse for being MIA-actually hiding in Berry’s bunker. He would send out his $137,800/year police officer First Class Simon Drobik, his lying other PIO Celina Espinoza and others to B.S. for him. See attached how the Eye on Albuquerque depicts/damns liar Celina. Earlier Eye postings damn often not only Eden but Huntsman and other senior APD staff members.

Then Eden’s insulting B.S to the CPC and attendees as read from his notebook would continue to try to “stop rumors” about the APD Area Command’s eight CPC’s impotence while ignoring his APD’s refusal to really reform. Eden would lie claiming he and Huntsman were actually involved (“we crafted”) in negotiating the City’s APD reform agreement-CASA with the DOJ.

In fact it was Schultz’s Taser buddies-the disgraced former Cincinnati Police Chief Tom Streicher (whose PD the DOJ also investigated) and Tom’s buddy Scott Greenwood who were hired to do the negotiations along with the Journal’s Kent Walz’s attorney brother Jerry Walz.

During the negotiations in 2014 DOJ’s Luis Saucedo revealed to me and attorney Alan Wagman that DOJ negotiators were threatened with a lawsuit by Berry’s mob attorneys if they didn’t water down the reform demands. The DOJ folded like a wet blanket to this threat. During the negotiations, Berry likely told the incompetent Eden to go in the corner and shut up.

During his talk, Eden ignored the fact that assigned DOJ Monitor James Ginger would damn APD in his reports to Judge Brack Eden’s for never intending to reform. Eden would further lie/claiming that just the lack of community involvement and changes in their mayors in other DOJ investigated US cities not their PD’s stonewalling were responsible for the lack of reform.

The fact is that APD has routinely ignored all of the NE Area Command CPC’s recommendations including two of which were made well over eight months ago. This CPC wanted the tinted windows on APD cars removed and have APD change the saying on APD vehicles back to “serve and protect.” APD did neither for that CPC.

The only “community” APD “is in step with” here is their own community-particularly their bad killer cops like Dear, Perez, Sandy, Carter, Sedler and others. None of the killer cops have been jailed yet.

Likely new DA Raul Perez will come up with some bogus excuse soon for not holding a new trial for Sandy and Perez. None in the media will dare ask Raul about this.

Eden would further claim that nobody in APD was ever involved in the selection of CPC members when in fact the Mayor’s Alan Armijo along with Eden’s lying Celina Espinoza kept speaker Ben Lovato-the only Hispanic applicant off the Valley Area Command’s CPC even after his required ride along.

Eden again lied claiming he didn’t know about that. Then it was Jen Rhea, another deemed threat would be then thrown off the VACCPC.
While APD boycotted last years’ September 25-29 National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) meeting, held here in ABQ, Ben did attend to see what other cities were doing.

Huntsman and even Eden’s reform project manager Bill Slausen would even lie to the City Council claiming as an excuse for their minimal-almost non-existent APD reform that they were not allowed by the DOJ to adopt other good US police departments policies but had to start from scratch-essentially reinvent the wheel.

The cowards on the council never questioned that. The DOJ later said this claimed restriction was a lie.

Eden said after his and Huntsman’s retirement (AKA firing by the new Mayor-hopefully not Berry’s embarrassing clone Dan Lewis) that he wants taxpayers to continue to fund Celina’s and Nicole Chavez Lucero’s positions. Really? Will the new APD Chief be that stupid?

As discussed in my attached 2-9 e-mail all know that Mayor Berry likely at Guv Martinez’s urging wasted money creating a job for Nicole as a reward for her TV hit piece during the past election to defeat the then Democratic Senate leader ‘s Michael’s Sanchez’ bid for re-election.

In a nice pay to play arrangement, Veronica Garcia-Nicole’s partner in the TV hit piece on Sanchez would also be rewarded by APD by not charging her husband Alan Garcia for child endangerment, something that led to the road rage shooting of their daughter Lilly. The also endangered by Alan shooter of Lilly was forced to take a plea deal for murder rather than offered manslaughter.

Charles Arasim, who filmed the youtube video, is like me and others another deemed enemy of APD. We are not yet dead like Mary Han. Charles and I were specifically mentioned in the lawsuit filed by former (fired by Eden) APD Records Custodian Reynaldo Chavez after he revealed being directed to keep all NM IPRA requested videos and other incriminating documentation from us and others.

The control by APD is not limited to the eight CPCs, most of which have nominal membership. With the help of Ed Harness ex-cop/now Executive Director for the Civilian Police Oversight Agency (CPOA) and Amanda Bustos, they continue to also betray the trust of good volunteers on the Police Oversight Board.

More piss poor judgement from the do as I sayers. More Hypocrisy from the Land of Entrapment.

We are just going to put this out there.... just because. Above is a photo of someone who is charged with judging officers actions, and making decisions regarding the moral fitness of individuals brought before the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board regarding their actions on duty, as sworn police officers. The judgements handed down by these quasi (frauds) judges can be anything from reprimands, to revocations of their law enforcement certifications. These Monday morning quarterbacks are not lawyers. They are not judges. They are political appointees usually connected to the political machine in power, and loyal to it's agenda.

Some of these people claim to be people of the church. They act as if they come from heaven itself. They attend church eeeeeeevery Sunday! Holy rollers, if you will. Bible thumpers. They walk around as if they are pillars of society. Sometimes listening to these sanctimonious clowns is an exercise in self control. It must take severe self control to not stand up, and tell them to piss off with their Monday morning quarterbacking, while watching them cower, and run out of the room like the punks they are. When confronted by someone who has their number, and is not going to tolerate their spineless horse shit anymore, away they will run, because none of them have the balls to go at anyone head on who confronts them.

Above is a photo of Bill Reed. Mr. Bill was recently photographed in Las Vegas with friends where this photo was found. It has since been hastily removed. Mr. Bill is a hearing officer for the NMLEA board in Santa Fe. He hears cases up there with retired APD coward Paul Feist. All republicans. All loyal to Martinez and Berry. All with connections to APD. All beholden to people who are responsible for the mess here. He is also the husband of Patricia Paiz, who ran as a Republican for Bernalillo County Commissioner. Remember Mr. Bill, and the election meltdown? We do. It amused us how they tried to call out Mrs. Paiz's political opponent in that election; Michael Quezada. Poor sportsmanship in our EYES!

Remember folks, while we are all dealing with the train wreck that is going on in our state, the connected are not happy with what they have. It is never enough. Until the nightmares created by the smug, are brought to the same people who hurt others to cover for corruption, protect their cronies, and profit from, we will not stop. We will not stop until we rid the place of hypocrites, liars, cowards, perverts, back stabbers, punks, criminals and the corrupt. We are going to right the wrongs.

So we say to officers who have to be judged by people like this, print out this photo, and bring it to your hearing. Call for properly qualified, morally fit individuals to be fairly judged by. This should not be making decisions on careers that effect people and their families, departments and society.

Standby folks, because in the near future we will be busting the NMLEA board wide open with evidence of fixed hearings, where rulings were tampered with, and tainted by political influence and hearing officers were told what to do. It is going to get really ugly. All they have to do is be fair, and they can not even do that. They will all have themselves to blame when the inquiry comes knocking.

And if anyone felt self righteous, or that we were wrong, the photo would not have been ripped down as fast as it was posted. So STFU PREEMPTIVELY.

MARY HAN

The question remains. What happened to Civil Rights Attorney Mary Han after she dissolved her  practice with former law partner Paul Kennedy, and the city maliciously desecrated the crime scene?

We all know that former Deputy Chief Allen Banks, along with a host of other dirtbags mishandled the crime scene at Mrs. Han's home in November of 2010, in such a way that if she were your family, and you were to see this disgraceful act of misconduct, nothing would stop you from throwing those responsible through the drywall.

Former New Mexico Attorney General Gary King stated that there was no definitive evidence that Mary Han took her life that day. He admitted the cause of death should be changed to "undetermined" after those involved in the investigation called it a suicide. Words like "meddled" and "no real investigation was done," "unfairly and unjustly labeled a suicide" were attached to this incident. The AG labeled the actions of those at the scene that day inexcusable, yet one was promoted to Chief, another is still the Chief Administrative Officer, and others got to retire with fat pensions. In other words, business as usual, and nothing was done.

Mary Han was found with a CO blood level of 84.8%. For her size that was impossible, much as is breaking your small toe by yourself, post mortem. Observing the crime scene, it's what's absent that more so tells the story, like the absence of exhaust condensation from her car, which was not running, or the presence of condensation from water vapor from the exhaust under the car. There was no puddling, or displacement of dust or dirt from condensation from the vehicle's tail pipe, and Mrs. Han did not have the symptoms of pink flushness in the face, as exhibited by carbon monoxide poisoning victims, as per AFD Commander Hiland.

On January 26th 2017, the 2nd phase of the Han family appeal to have Mary Han's case changed from a suicide to undetermined, or homicide took place, and two people, among others were present posting updates on Twitter; Reported Jolene Gutierrez Krueger, and Charles Arasim. The information posted about testimony from those accounts on that day was disturbing to say the least. Much of this hit the news, but in this case, more exposure is better.

In front of judge David Thompson, APD officer Tim Lonz describes how Paul Kennedy, who found Han was allowed to leave the scene, and return. This officer admits to being a friend of Deputy Chief Banks, and stated that he didn't want to see an email that was in a "file" in Mary's home "get out," so he called banks to the scene. Lonz then describes how the brass showed up, and everything went sideways and cloak and dagger, from there as they kicked him out, and took over the scene. Lonz described how Banks ordered him to violate a major crime scene rule; to protect the integrity of the crime scene, by ordering him to leave his own scene. This officer described how it was unusual for so many city officials to be on this scene, and how his request for a full crime scene call out was denied. Lonz stated that he did not know where the folder with the Banks's email went, and that Han's laptop was given to Paul Kennedy, who was allowed to leave the scene with these items.

Former APD officer Jacob Welch also testified, effectively pointing out what a true filth bag Allen Banks really is, as he described what he took as a threat, when Allen Banks told him at the crime scene that "Your testimony better match mine," concerning their actions, and observations that day. He also went on to describe in conflict to other testimony that Han was in what appeared to be a very uncomfortable position in the vehicle seat, where she was found.

Not only is there the question of what happened, but why did it happen? Why was this incident phoned in as an "accidental suicide" by Mrs. Han's former law partner, who is legal counsel to the Governor, and why was he allowed to leave the crime scene with key evidence that a rookie officer would have checked first for signs of foul play. A novice would have known to preserve those devices for evidence, like notes, emails or contacts last called on the phone, along with text messages? Why, to this day has he never been interviewed? Why was Rob Perry, and Kathryn Levy there, and why was Ray Schultz called on his cell phone, only for him to make  further outgoing calls back from his wife's cell phone, as he was away?

Police, and city administrative officials kicked police officers out of their own crime scene... a crime scene involving a very prominent civil rights attorney, who was considered a thorn in their corrupt sides, and no questions are asked! No eyebrows are raised?!? Diamond jewelry, and files go missing and nobody asks questions? Yet.... the OMI, based on information gleaned from this disgraceful fiasco, and travesty can honestly deem this a suicide? We think not.

It is shocking that those responsible for this, like Allen Banks, can land a job as police chief in Round Rock Texas with this, and his lies involving the Perea case, and administrative issues and lies concerning the prisoner transport center that are well known, documented, and proven hanging over his milk dud head! Amazing, isn't it? And we have not even touched on the former crime lab head Mark Adam's nephew scandal, where he (mijo) was deemed unfit during the hiring phase for his job at the PTC, yet was hired anyway, and covered for by the brass like you would not believe. What is with this phenomenon of do as I sayers constantly lying under oath, and tampering with investigations, while getting a free pass on their behavior as if they were the opposite of disgusting human beings? This is not Iraq or ISIS occupied Syria. This is the United States where these punks are allowed to act like this. These filth are given weight because they attained a title or rank. They are protected because of what they know or have done for judges and politicians. Maybe this is the reason for some really peculiar rulings concerning cases close to this and the agendas of these criminals.

APD may not have been on trial on the 26th, but the decision OMI made based on what APD did, and did not do was. OMI made a decision based on no investigation, and out of control acts of an out of control, and corrupted administration, that deliberately fouled up a crime scene.

Now we will wait to see what this judge has to say. Meanwhile, the vermin who know exactly what happened get to live their pathetic, self centered lives, profiting from their cowardice, either in exile in other states, or here, sucking blood money. Meanwhile...

TAKIN THE LOAD AND MORE LIES FROM THE MINISTRY OF DISINFORMATION

The name Celina comes from the Latin and Greek languages meaning from the heavens, or moon. This is very befitting, because The statements that come out of the mouth of the Albuquerque Police Department's Public information Officer Celina Espinosa sound like they come  directly from the moon and outer space. Case in point, is the issue below, where Eden claims staffing is not the issue with the out of control crime rate, and Celina Espinosa swears to it.

In Albuquerque, almost a car an hour is stolen, because it is the victim or the court's fault according to APD Police Chief Gorden Eden. Gorden blames the courts, the jails and victims. Just listen to the below interview to see the arrogance coming from a Punk in uniform... a non cop. By the way, where are your sleeve hashes Eden! Ha ha ha!  Eden could not effect a solo arrest on an armed, and capable felon if his life depended on it, yet he sees fit to put forth an opinion, no legitimate street cop worth his badge would agree with. Chief Eden is a soft, weak, pathetic, lying, crybaby. As this punk who dodges anticipated, heated city council meetings when controversial topics come up lies to Caleb James from KOB News, look at how he tries to posture up. Listen to his defensive and evasive replies. Look at his hands in his pockets like an unprofessional. It is pretty pathetic, but so are all of Governor Martinez's political appointees, whether direct or indirect. 

Looking at Gorden, we can understand why the crime rate is so high. Would you respect a police department with that bleach blonde, lying weakling as the leader? Would you stop for an officer who was chasing you for robbery, when you know the self serving leaders of his corrupted  police department would scape goat him, frame him or fabricate a media fireworks display out of his justified actions in order to either cover their public corruption or paint themselves the solution to a problem they created and perpetuate? No! No, you would not, and that is the problem. It is two fold. 

Because of the actions of this administration in all facets, officers have shut down. Criminals were emboldened by seeing a department that eats their own to protect the criminal upper echelon, and the good officers do not want to be the next target of a desperate, lying administration under investigation. We all know what a rat can do when cornered. Most jumped ship when the DoJ came, but the rest are the ones still lashing out to protect their investments. The lack of response times, coupled with the manpower added to this morale issue completes the equation. Everyone wants to dance around the FACT that officers are terrified of the cowards running the show here. 

Real officers take the job to do what needs to be done, in order to protect those who can not protect themselves. They do the most with the least, regardless of resources available to them, because being a cop is something they want to do. They deserve an administration that provides a fair work environment, not one full of top heavy, self serving cowards, criminals and perverts who only care about their agendas, and who will betray them at the blink of an eye. 

Maybe Eden forgets about the Message he sent out, latently threatening employees about cooperating with the Federal Department of Justice? We did not. That is tampering with a federal investigation. Eden blamed an employee for it like a coward, but we will not lose track of his lies.

In keeping with their practice of controlling information flow in or out from the line officers, or anyone for that matter concerning this administration, who would probably be candid, and blatantly honest to college newspaper students, Celina Espinosa wants to unburden officers, or "take the load" ( Ha Ha Ha ) from them, of fielding lengthy interviews. She wants to do this because she has all the time to do so and because it's her job to make their job easier. What a crock of shit! Funny, are not the records division and PIO extremely busy too? Haven't they claimed they were sooooooo busy, they could not comply with many IPRA requests? Pretty interesting, but it sounds to us that this was just another shut your mouth, and let us lie email. More rhetoric from a space cadet.
