The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. How can you tell Mayor Berry's Chief is Lying; his lips are moving just like Berry's

"Dennison tried to get into a cafe in the same complex as the Chili’s restaurant and near the Sheraton Uptown by kicking a glass window, but he “bounced off” and landed on his knees, facing officers, that’s when two of the officers fired shots, striking Dennison three or four times in the chest and stomach," said APD's Ray Schultz in a press conference yesterday while addressing APD's latest shooting.

Yet three officers are on leave for shooting the suspect.

Yet a witness now reports a much different scenario:

“He ran. As he was running, he went to kick through a window, bounced and that's when they lit him up. He never once turned and pointed a gun at them,” (Read it HERE)

And this is being reported by a station that is usually very friendly to APD's Ray Schultz.

We have to ask, after so many lies will Ray Schultz be finally taken down by a mere citizen? While so many officers and citizens have filed complaints and lawsuits against the beleaguered chief, and we the taxpayers have shelved out tens of millions of dollars to cover the expenses of him, will the words of a single private citizen finally take the stars off of this faux-leader of APD...?
IT IS TIME TO VOTE OUT ALL THE LIARS!!! BYE BYE BERRY AND SCHULTZ!

So if you merge the comments made by the witness with those of Schultz it is safe to assume that Dennison committed a violent felony (aggravated assault on a peace officer) and was fleeing into a populated area while still armed showing no regard to the safety of those around… Dennison then attempted to forcibly enter a commercial building which may have been occupied at the time where his actions could have endangered lives of others (not necessarily the officers)… The shooting officers confronted Dennison as he was still armed and facing their direction (yet not actually pointing the weapon at them), but positioned in such a way that he may have easily fired upon them (causing them to be in fear for their immediate safety). So, the officers fired upon him without warning… Damn Schultz, does the Fleeing Violent Felon statute ring a bell??? Those facts alone make the shooting a justified one. Why cloud the water with deceit… When a man lies when there is no reason to lie that goes beyond just being a compulsive liar, it likens more to that of a sociopath… Scary stuff when someone like that has so much influence and power.

The swat shoot was good. I agree with your assessment of Schultz and Berry but the swat and other officers did their job and did it well. Please post this comment a lot of posts are being left out. Thank you

Study your rules of engagement-
Either way it is the right choice- you do not allow an armed subject to enter occupied building, ever. Straight up, law enforcement 101. Great job APD SWAT and FSB- you all need to stop Monday morning quarterbacking the pros

I think this was a good shoot.

The problem is Schultz. First, the call held and then only one officer volunteered to respond to it. Very dangerous. This was a two officer call and a priority 1 call that was holding. You need to hammer Schultz over this as he is always talking about fast response times, that we know is a lie.

Second, Schultz is doing a great job showing this crook's past criminal history in violence. He is doing this to show the DOJ that officers had to shoot this guy because he was so violent and so bad. What doesn't make sense is none of the officers knew this guy or his history. This guys past has nothing to do with the shooting itself. Schultz needs to shut up on this and let the incident facts stand by themselve. The shooting looks perfect and all he is doing is clouding it by releasing (and continuing to talk about) this guys criminal history.

Third, this goes with #2. Schultz is saying how bad this guy was, but none of the SWAT officers knew who he was. No go to Doyle and Woolover incident. These officers knew how bad the guy they were going after was. This guy was armed and fleeing from a felony crime. It took a look to subdue him and I think Doyle and Woolover acted correctly. Yet Schultz tosses these two officers under the bus and they didn't even put the guy in the hospital.

DOJ if you read this blog herein LIES the problem with Schultz. It is all about spin. He clouds the truth for his own survival.

Doyle and Woolover are the poster officers of officers being sacrificed by Schultz for his own career. Eye please do a better job than I did here. Write this up, Doyle and Woolover deserve better treatment.

You Swat cheerleaders are a bunch of pansies. No wonder Schultz looks like an ass, he has as much logic skills as you. Where did the Eye say the shoot was bad? Where did the Eye criticize the Swat officers? Where is this "rules of engagement" you talk about? There is only the RCM. Where did the Eye Monday morning QB it?

The Fact is Schultz LIED once again. And because of his LIES those cops are gonna get hyperscrutinized because of Schultz's lies. Here's an idea...lhow bout Schultz stfu so we can do our jobs how bout that?

So nice try to spin it, but god help us if you bring the same level of intelligence to your job as you do here.

Looks like a good shooting to me. Violent felon (he pointed a gun at a Sgt.)runs from officers. He attempts to enter a business and fails, ends up facing officers with gun in hand, shot in chest and stomach. Job well done.

We just wish there was a better person to take care of the press conference and anything after that.. A person that speaks well without being intimidated.. Paul Heh if elected needs to hire a professional person with intelligence.....

@8:54:

All good points; not very often an officer in a critical incident has prior knowledge of a subjects criminal background, and has to react with the information available, and the actions made by the subject when making a decision on how to respond.

While giving the public a person's criminal background AFTER an officer involved shooting has occurred is not a bad practice, to hinge your entire focus on those facts is poor. Why not focus on the fact that the officers involved made the proper tactical decisions and responded accordingly?

Too bad that the same comparison wasn't used with Doyle and Woolover, but then again DOJ wasn't in town were they?

Thankfully no citizens or officers were injured or worse by this asshat's actions; he forced the play and got what he had coming.

Hey Drew, I remember a super special swat operator that
got shot at, and missed the bad guy with his AR . That bad guy made it into a dwelling. Strait up law enforcement 101 huh pal. Theres a real pro for you. Cant do shit without a gang behind ya.

Lindsey Browder and her family would like to know exactly when the official white wash and cover up investigation by BCSO of her sisters murder by the reckless lying actions of APD Sergeant Casaus will be completed?

How come you officers only speak of your safety, only speak of you and your fellow officers going home safely? Ashley's death as much as your ilk want to paint it as an "unfortunate accident" was no accident. Your APD "brother" in uniform killed her, plain and simple.

Happy to see no officers were harmed or injured in the latest shooting. Equally glad to see all officers involved that night returned home safely to their loved ones.

Mayor Berry, ABQ CAO Perry, APD Chief Schultz, BCSO Sheriff Houston, DA Brandenburg, and every law enforcement officer in uniform: why is Ashleys life and the circumstances surrounding her death less than your loved ones lives?

Anonymous said...

Yea, too bad thy didn't use the same comparison. It would have saved levy another asskicking in federal court, not to mention the millions paid to those guys for the screwing they got, and the lies schultz told about them to save his dirty ass from the DOJ.

Just sit back, and enjoy the show because the lawsuits are flowing and they just lost control of the reigns. Everyone knows levy's game now and Olympus has fallen.

Can somebody advise why former Apd Sergeant Grover is so angry? I saw him testify in court today and he is a man on fire. But why?

Damnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!
There sure are some badass quotes from Ellis's expert witness on Twitter. Ol Melvin Tucker ripped Levy to pieces.

Some of those lines belong in a book of quotes.

For instance:

Expert Tucker: "yes, I'm substituting my judgment for that of Chief Ray Schultz. I would've fired (Lampiris-Tremba) for lying."

&

Expert Tucker, sparring with APD attorney now: "I do have a national standard on lying. It's called zero tolerance."

PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!

And to the crybaby crying about how this site is run by a bunch of idiot cop bashers.... no it's run by people who are sick and tired of pussies corruption and liars so because it isn't going your way anymore isn't no reason to sling bullshit. The party is over.

Great point, every time I see Ben stiller in tropic thunder doing the spray and pray on his knees with one arm I see Drew Bader.

Is APD selling advertisement on our uniforms now?? Kinda like professional sports. Anyone see the metro section today and motors new uniforms. I didn't know we were allowed to do that. I know a lot of defense attorneys who would pay me a lot of money to put a patch with them firm on it. Even if it is big ol white number. I am not discrediting motors, I really appreciate their work. I know this was above them but APD should have stayed away from this advertisement. Me, I didn't donate to United Way.

"ANTIFRAGILE"

Just as human bones get stronger when subjected to stress and tension, and rumors or riots intensify when someone tries to repress them, many things in life benefit from stress, disorder, volatility, and turmoil. This is identified as and called “antifragile” This is the category of things that not only gain from chaos but need it in order to survive and flourish.

As we think of this and what has been transpiring with the dishonorable two known as Virginia Levy and her Liar buddy Ray Schultz the last year, we can see the bright light at the end of the tunnel. It's a shame we can't say that for the aforementioned two who arhopefully destined for disgraced unemployment when the dust settles. Hopefully when the decision is handed down for the plaintiff in the case of the Kenneth Ellis Murder, These two along with those who have taken their orders will be removed, and if not, then hopefully the feds will come in and remove them, along with those whom they are holding things over their heads to stay in place in handcuffs.

Again.... Adios Donkeys!!!

P.S. Ray, Please keep running your mouth about ongoing investigations, you are hanging yourself.

Hahahaha....
Yea, Pretty soon you are going to see Ray Schultz wearing a Ghandi Tunic and pair of Jesus sandals out doing the laying of the hands on the homeless and singing hymns on the street corner because he is so desperate to fool people that he's not filthy to the bone. What a pathetic lying hypocrit.

Anonymous said...

I would like to sell my left sleeve of my uniform to a liquor label so I can receive free alcohol. Sounds like a way to replace the chiefs ot program.

Anonymous said...

Well Ray says only another chief can judge him,,,,,,, I think Chief Tucker did a very good job.

Anonymous said...

At least the numbers weren't on the backside of the pants. Just sayin'

Anonymous said...

Schultz couldn't wash Chief Tucker's socks. "One of the things we're doing..." How bout you grow a set of nuts Ray and say "One of the things I'M doing...". Oh right you don't have any.

And to the Browder family, BCSO's report is done. DEMAND an answer!! You'll find you'll be treated just like all of the familiies of others who have been injured or killed or cops who have unjustly fired by Schultz....ignored.

Anonymous said...

APD needs a CHIEF TUCKER... But we are sure he makes alot more money being an expert witness... Mr Tucker while you are here how about you put in an application with Human Resources at City Hall... To be APD's next Chief.. PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE.....

Anonymous said...

Yea, that Tucker is a badass.
It would be good to have a chief like him. No doubt, the first thing he would do is throw levy in the trash can. When you have ethics, you don't need a lawyer like that.

Anonymous said...

Seriously. You would want Melvin Tucker? His resume reads FBI Agent for a time. Small town police chief X3 and a little bigger town in the end. No where in there is "real cop". We tried the gypsy Chief thing a few years back and that didnt work so well and his resume was much better than Tucker. Plus he wasn't for hire to the highest paying lawyer.

Anonymous said...

Is APD's fearless chief going to testify? If not he will be a coward.

Anonymous said...

The award in this one case is going to make the average city payouts for the last few years look like chump change.

To sit in the witness stand requires one to take an oath to tell the truth, Ray would spontaneously combust, as he is THE ANTI-WITNESS.

11:22,
You damn well got that right,
Watch Levy try to offer a settlement half way through, to buy everyone's way out of a judgment against them. Hell, she's been trying to force a mistrial by trying to trick people into saying something against the agreement the whole time. After this case is won by the Ellis family, it STILL needs to be forwarded to an ethics committee and criminal investigators, to show just how dishonest, deceiving, unforthright, and outright criminal it's been.

To Kenneth and Family,
You have support. Don't let the comments or baiting coming from the hypocrits, liars and criminals bait you. Stay strong. You have this. You would think a law enforcement organization would be professional, but those representing APD and the city there are nothing but a bunch of punk thug sissies who have been bullying people for too long, and getting away with it, because they are protected by a lying police chief who doesn't even have the guts to show up for the biggest judgement day of not only HIS career as chief, but in the history of APD. Let them mad dog and puff up because thay aren't dog shit. They also pick and choose who they think they can play with, because they know who's in a position to publicly embarrass them, and who wouldn't hesitate to do it. Once this judgement hits, their house of cards falls, and the motion is set on the rest of the overthrow of these liars and justice for an entire city. All they had to do was own this.

Stay Sronng and God Bless.

Achultz will not stick his turkey neck mumbles fàce stained uniform constipated swagger and unintelligent rhÉto®ic anywhere near the Ellis trial. Period. Chickenshit by action and definition.

Anonymous said...

Regarding Tucker, what's so funny is that Schultz couldn't be a FBI special agent (nevermind the age issue) because he doesent have an accredited undergraduate degree. No shit! And Tucker was chief of Tallahasee PD? Like above poster said....schultzie cdnt wash Tucker's socks!!!! Lmao.

Anonymous said...

No accredited degree? Yet he's making Officers have college. Someone check - does the current Chief meet the current hiring standards? Education & physical

Anonymous said...

I'd take a SME like Tucker over teh SMURF we have now.

Turkey neck? Was there a barboa sighting? Is it turkey season already?
