In today’s Journal (read it here) White and the rest of the liars went on the offensive trying to distract from Darren White’s wife’s crash. It appears that there is a strong propensity that Kathy White, Darren White’s wife, was DUI when she crashed her black Porsche into a curb in Northeast Albuquerque last week. Some of our Eyes behind the badge are telling us that Public Safety Director Darren White whisked his wife away to prevent the law enforcement officers from conducting a DUI investigation.This is how it works when liars are at work. Below are the rules that liars follow in order to avoid the truth:

Maybe one of the officers on scene used his new camera that White makes all 34's use to tape incidents. That would curb all the speculations. AFD will implode Darren and his crew. AFD knows medically what happened on that scene. Our paramedic wrote a report that will destroy Darren White. And, he will not back down when he is interviewed. The biggest bomb in this entire situation has yet to exploded. Why do you think Darren provided his wife's medical records but didn't even mention the AFD EMS run report. The reason is because he has read it and knows it is going to end his career. What the public MUST insist on is the release of Darren's wife's AFD EMS run report!

I've known Kathy for a VERY LONG time. NEVER known her to have seizures. That's a load of crap. She probably had some plastic surgery and was taking pain meds, and drove under the influence. The mayor is an idiot and fooled by Darren. They both need to go, hopefully he's only one term, then Darren will be out of a job as well. Kathy's been chasing Darren since he was married. She slept her way to the top, through APD, State Cops, Sherriff's office oh, and AFD. If she really is diagnosed with onset of new seizures she would lose her drivers license. Everyone knows if you have seizures you can't drive. So wait and lets she if peaches is still driving in a couple of months. Bet she is, then she's a real danger to the public.

Supervisors sign off on reports but do they also sign off on Criminal Complaints? Is there ONE supervisor in APD that has the balls and integrity to sign off on such report?

The toxicology report Darren White gave the press was dated 7-7-11. That is the day after his wife's accident! Why is the press using this document as some sort of vindication for Darren? Has any other DUI suspect ever been allowed to take a urinalysis and not a blood test? Has any other DUI suspect ever been allowed to test outside the chain of legal custody, by a source of their own choosing, 6 hours after they crashed their car? Has any other DUI suspect ever been allowed to do all of this after being found on the scene of a crash staggering around, slurring their words, with pin point pupils? Has any other DUI suspect ever been allowed to state that they took Ambien, a known mind altering drug, was seeing different pictures so she was driving with one eye covered and not been given a field sobriety test?
Kathleen White admitted to taking Ambien. That one DRUG alone has caused 100's, if not thousands, of people in the US to be arrested for DUI!
If Darren White decided to release his wife's medical records to "prove" she wasn't under the influence of mind altering substances why did he choose to release a document that had no possibility of determining if his wife had mind altering drugs or alcohol in her system when she crashed her car? Does he really expect anyone in Albuquerque to believe a drug test taken 6 hours after his wife crashed her car would have any chance of determining the levels of substances in his wife's system at the time of the accident?
Why didn't Darren release the AFD EMS run report? I am sure it was entered in the AFD RMS system on 7-6-11, the day of the crash. Doesn't Darren White have the ability to get an AFD EMS run report from his own employees? His wife allowed him to release her medical reports from the health care providers of their choosing.
I wonder what is in the AFD EMS run report that Darren White does not want anyone to see?
Channel News 7 reported at 5:00pm and 6:00pm on 6-11-11, before Darren gave his very moving statement at close to 6:30 the same night, that the AFD EMS run report didn't mention any signs of Kathleen White having had a seizure? Why hasn't that been mentioned again since Darren gave his statement? I have run on well over 100 seizure patients and not a single one of them have any idea of what is happening while they are postictal, not post seizure. A person is postictal after they have a seizure and during that period of time they are totally disorientated. They cannot remember their name, where they are, their phone number, the name of the president, etc. They are lying on their back being medically treated and they go to the hospital in an ambulance! They definitely cannot walk around the scene of an accident, call their husband, state that they are not on opiates and answer paramedic's questions.
This leads me to most disturbing question I have. Why did Darren White's story about why he drove his wife to the hospital change 180 degrees AFTER Channel 7 News ran it's story at 5:00pm on 7-11-11? Channel 7 News reported at 500pm and 6:00pm that Darren White stated AFD was not equipped to drive his wife to the hospital.
I have to say that again. Albuquerque Public Safety Director Darren White told Channel 7 News that an AFD Rescue was not equipped to transport his wife to the hospital!
That is such an idiotic statement of course Darren forgot to mention it in his press conference!
The Albuquerque Fire Department has two paramedics on every rescue in the city. AFD paramedics are the most experienced paramedics in the State of New Mexico. AFD has a new fleet of rescues that are equipped as well as any rescues in the nation! And, Darren White has the audacity to say we are not equipped to take his wife to the hospital!
So my questions are these, why did Darren White tell Channel 7 News that AFD was not equipped to transport his wife before their broadcast at 5:00pm? Why did he miss his 5:15pm press conference? Is it possible that he "they" did not know channel 7 had a copy of AFD's run report? Is it possible that he "they" needed another almost hour and a half to re work their story after the AFD EMS run report nailed him to the wall with his insane statement and obvious lie about driving his wife to the hospital because AFD was not equipped to drive his wife to the hospital? I guess only Darren White and his buddies in the APD administration and city hall know these answers.
I want to state for the record that my questions are for the highest ranking members of the APD administration and NOT the hard working men and women of APD! I can tell you form first hand knowledge that no APD street officers had any idea about this outrageous event on 7-6, 7-7, 7-8, 7-9 or 7-10. APD administration did an excellent job of keeping even their own people from knowing anything about their boss’s odd situation on the morning of the 6th.
In ending my series of questions and hopefully informative pieces of information I have gleaned the past week, I have to say Darren White should be ashamed if the Journal quoted him correctly yesterday, 7-12-11, in saying he was concerned about AFD and APD personnel on the scene of his wife's accident. I find that disgusting. I am a personal friend of one of the AFD paramedics on that scene. He is a vastly experienced and capable paramedic. He is a certified paramedic instructor. He is a armed forces veteran. He is a former USAF Pararescue PJ. Which makes him a former member of US Special Operations. He is also a SWAT medic for more than one organization. He is a highly respected paramedic in the Albuquerque Fire Department. He is as qualified as anyone in this country to care for any patient suffering from any life threatening condition!
I do not know the APD officer in question, but from the people I have spoken to, he has served the City of Albuquerque for over 30 years and is a respected and dedicated officer.

What is worse, merely having a wife get a DWI or a Political/law enforcement figure lying and getting caught in those lies in getting the wife out of the DWI? The public knows. One wonders if Kathy is working for the liberals?

This is much worse than what Ben Kirby did in the Daskalos case. There, the investigation was completed and Daskalos was charged. It's not ok, but he was indicted for it. And wasn't Sgt. McDonald just reassigned from the DWI unit for issuing a summons for an officer at a checkpoint instead of booking him into the jail? In each of those case, charges were filed, the suspect just wasn't booked into MDC. Here, the investigation was stopped to prevent charges from being filed. That's outrageous! To all of those people who want to know why no one is filing the complaint, that is why. There is some evidence of impairment by drugs, but without the investigation there isn't enough to prosecute and definitely not enough to convict. It's a travesty.
At this point, Kathy will not face DUI charges but it does not negate the fact that Darren obstructed justice, interfered with an investigation AND possibly used threats to get his wife off this DUI. All he did was turn a misdemeanor crime on his wife's part into a felony on his.
Anyone notice yet that Kathy White seems to be the center of a lot of controversy? I mean, first the text messages and now her idiotic choice of driving while DUI? This woman is nothing but trouble and white is nothing more than a crook. We all need to demand his resignation. As taxpayers, we should not be supporter or paying for his and his wife's drug problem.

While I do agree with you that this is a travesty, and even bigger than the Kirby incident. I disagree with you on the logic that without further investigation a conviction couldn't be handed down. For example, I am aware of cases where a defendant got convicted of DUI, even when he didn't blow a .08. All the State has to do is prove "impairment." Let's see, she hits a curb, appears wobbly and confused according to the 911 caller. She admits to blurred vision and currently on meds. While all those facts don't necessarily guarantee a conviction, it definitely is enough PC to initiate a complaint.
