The people responsible for running the City of Albuquerque, and the State of New Mexico must be losing their minds. If they are not, this is all intentional. IT IS INTENTIONAL!

Over the last few years we have all seen it! The demise of our city and state, and it’s nose dive into the pit of hell, when it comes to the safety of our citizens, our school system, and the well being of our true sworn oath takers, who are fighting against the self servers to protect society, doing their jobs every day, maintaining fairness and integrity, and trying to keep from being assassinated in various ways by fratricidal, dishonest, opportunistic, and cowardly city and police administrations, because we all know it is the Simon Drobiks who can do no wrong, while collecting a check, as officers out there in the streets are being scrutinized with microscopes up their asses, while he is being called the hardest working officer... more like running mouth.

We have been very vocal about the very factual problems that needed to be removed from our city... the few city attorneys who carry on former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy’s work as water carriers, court defrauders, perjurers, and poor excuses for human beings, as they only push cases forward to cover for their predecessors, and get them over the goal line, as a check in their win column, rather than doing what is right, admitting wrongdoing, and fixing the situation. We have made it known, along with various others, that the entire upper command of APD should have been outed, and remedies should have been sought for the wrongs that were done to employees, and citizens alike under their administrative fiefdom. What was done by Keller? The opposite. 

This administration knew our stance, and knew what needed to be done, but chose PERSONAL optics over better options. They cared only about feathering their political future nests, and jumped the political bandwagon of political crusades, to paint themselves the solution to problems that were enabled by those they are now in bed with. It is more important to play hockey and football, be “that” jolly good fellow, look cool, fool the public, and hire your buddies and those who will do your will, than stand up, and make the unpopular and just decisions yourself as a leader and man as you said you would. 

People are not stupid, and as one astute reader put it, they need to work on their memories, and information gathering. We agree. This is one reason we link out stories to related past articles with hashtags, and links at the bottom of each article. 

What is now happening has reached a very disturbing level. Former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White was indicted on embezzlement charges almost immediately by the NMAG with pomp and circumstance. The story is below.  We will watch this investigation play out, rather than comment but it is evident that some targets face way more rapid and vicious attack upon allegations than others at a very disproportionate rate here. Meanwhile, former asshole police chief, and now resident coward in Memorial Villages Police Department, Raymond D. Schultz, is still at it. He is promoting tech gear,  after what he did with Taser here by “greasing” no bid contracts for them with the city, then taking employment with them. This piece of trash was able to flee to Texas after the DOJ came, to continue with his scams and gimmicks. We wonder what “rewards” this pig will get for pushing these new products. And look below.... He is still doing whatever he wants, regardless of laws and regulations. Still no answer from Hector Boulderass on that investigation.

There were numerous studies on this, and due to various uncontrollable circumstances like timelines, vacations, sickness, accidents, reassignments, vacations, prisoner transportation logistics, and dozens of other issues, it is impossible to implement a scheduling of officers to do this, when it comes to court. They know this, yet they say it anyway. The rest of the other options put the blame on everyone else, but the one person who submits a fraudulent time sheet... the officer stealing the money. This is a slap in the face. For one clown who violated SOP 51 times that we know of, they blame the entire system, in order to protect him, with excuses and an accountability of a child’s mindset. This would be almost unbelievable if it wasn’t for the location of occurrence.... Albuquerque New Mexico! And do you know where shit like this comes from? The putrified, twisted and corrupted city attorney’s office. They advise these dopes on what to tell the public.

In a police department where APD makes their use of force expert in the murder trial of a cop killer, a Lieutenant, who performed cunnilingus on employees, inside city offices, on city time, acts like a arrogant punk, and can’t keep his pants up... where officers beat their wives almost unconscious, poach wildlife, lie, shoot unarmed people in the back, then get promoted... where female officers can access NCIC, and give victim addresses to the defendant and suspect, so that he can kill the victim... where police brass can threaten federal witnesses not to cooperate in DOJ probes... where the command staff of a police department can surreptitiously videotape a federal monitor, and release only a portion of the tape they think makes the monitor look bad in order to extort a good report of APD from him... where Two former police chief’s are documented liars, numerous times in statements and testimony, with one of them under investigation for a pay to play scandal, yet nothing is done... where 60 plus officers can use steroids, but the investigation that involved burglaries, beatings of officers, and citizens for payment of money owed for steroids between officers was wiped under the rug, because one of the main players was a politically connected family’s son... where officers can shoot other officers 8-9 times, and be covered for, until he reaches retirement.. where IA commanders can tamper with investigations, and not be fired... where officers can get blow jobs inside the loss prevention room of Walmart by Walmart loss prevention employees... where officers can have sex on duty in their patrol cars... where fat disgraces to the badge, who retired as a failed commander, covered up an officer drinking, while armed, and on call, then gets rehired as a Deputy Chief... where officers who were fired for drunkenly firing their gun into the air barefoot, in half uniform, until the slide locks back are rehired... where former deputy police chiefs can direct their husbands to unlawfully, third person record police personnel conversations, so she can direct a retaliatory campaign against said officers, and nothing is done... where upper command police staff can conspire to frame their own officers, to keep from getting caught being involved in multiple corruption schemes... where police Majors can burn off people’s ears with Tasers, then cover up the thefts of their own guns from their negligently unlocked police vehicle, yet override punishments on officers who have had their equipment stolen from their locked units, giving them double the punishment they got, (none) (Gonterman) when he himself lied about locking his unit, (he did not) and the officers told the truth... Where Deputy chiefs, and police chiefs can conduct privately sanctioned investigations on officers they want to politically railroad, in order to illegally gain information, abusing their positions and federal privileges... Where the entire upper command staff of APD can trample the crime scene at the death of a prominent attorney, who was suing them as they threaten officers to leave the scene, while they make evidence disappear, and former Deputy Chief Allen Banks can threaten and intimidate officer witnesses who he did this to in an ongoing court case that their testimony better match his or else... Where homicide detectives can frame innocent people with murders, put them in jail for 10 months, and make the real murderer a witness against the innocent person, release that murderer until the trial enabling him to shoot more people while he is out free... Where police chiefs are assisted, and tipped off by federal investigators, in order to assist them in avoiding federal scrutiny... where the internal affairs unit is run like the Stasi Police where they whisper about everything... where officers are told not to discuss controversial issues... where officers can point guns in the faces of other officers, and it is covered up... where court employees hired by their judge husbands can attempt to run over other women court employees they are jealous of in the car parking garage, and it is whitewashed... WHERE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS JUST THE FUCKING “TIP OF THE ICEBERG,” CHIEF GEIER’S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS WAS PARTIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM.” REALLY!?!? The fucking honor system? That has to be one of the most idiotic explanations there is. It is an insult and a slap in the face. The only people who operate on the honor system at APD are the ones getting retaliated on for stepping up, the ones doing the right thing, or the ones railroaded for doing their jobs. What a joke.

Keller’s “honor system” is probably why his senior advisor for public safety James B. Lewis pulled up stakes, and walked away from this administration. It’s probably the same reason why Keller’s assistant mayor Gary Lee split after only 5 weeks without an explanation. They don’t say much about this do they?

While we are dealing with an out of control crime wave, and the fact that New Mexico is top in the nation for children suffering from hunger! for the second year in a row, the city is now secretly housing over 5000 immigrants, who illegally crossed over the border. Perfect timing when our violent crime wave is out of control, resources are stretched thin, officers are stretched thin, and money is tight.

Our Eyes have told us that 5000 immigrants are being housed at EXPO NEW MEXICO, and the FAIRGROUNDS. The city is providing police protection, food, and facilities, while claiming that no city tax dollars are paying for this. Officers are being ordered not to tell anyone about this, or speak about what is going on. This situation is way bigger than Keller and gang are letting on. More lies and deceit for political purposes, so politicians can look good on the backs of our citizens, while talking out the sides of their mouths about how concerned they are about public safety. They are full of shit.

As all of this is going on, we can still see below just how resistant to transparency Ed Harness is towards the public in the below video. What a disgrace. You would think he would be a little bothered that the city administration clipped his balls off, and neutered his investigator with the recent press release covering for Simon Drobik’s conduct, which by the way, the State Auditor has now asked for the files of. This leads us to the below....

Why has the Auditor just now asked for the files on this investigation?

All of the sudden, the Attorney General, and State Auditor hold a joint press conference involving former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White, and the Auditor calls for the Drobik files.

Hmmmmm.... will State Auditor Brian Colon really decide controversially against Mayor Keller? Knowing what we know, and who we know are friends behind the scenes, coupled with the lack of action against two people, like former Police (turd) Chief Raymond D. Schultz, and Mayor (punk) Richard J. Berry, who are both, not only responsible for the destruction of the Albuquerque police department, and city of Albuquerque, the lost trust of the public, and city employees, the lost integrity of the city administration, the ruination of good lives, and a ripple affect that has spilled over, affecting the entire state, involving their cronies at state level, within government agencies, the judiciary, corrupted city and state attorneys, and depleted staffing levels of many police departments state wide. This is all a direct result of their wanton and willful, intentional, and malevolent actions. They put the city in this position, and left us all with driven up crime by emboldening criminals. They forced good citizens, and businesses to leave the state through their criminal selfish and cowardly actions. They ran away. This has been how many years now and nothing has been done. But for far less, they can now conduct political dig and pony shows, and act like they are cleaning up corruption. They should start with the biggest criminal enterprise in the state. The administration and former administration of the City of Albuquerque, the City Attorney’s office, and the top levels of the police department for the last 10 years. With Schultz and gang still operating, any actions taken are only political dog and pony shows. The result is that bodies can be found in the streets every day, and the answer is playing on the computer to predict where criminals will go. The old proactive approach of proactive patrol worked better, but officers are terrified to do their jobs, and have no faith in their back stabbing command staff. All a result of the lack of action by the same clowns claiming to have the answer to fixing the problems.

Colon will either clear Drobik for political points with the current crew, or condemn him, to use it for a future run against Keller. There is no other motivation, knowing the mindset that permeates these politicians. That is a fact.

Nothing gets done around here, unless there is something in it for the politician doing it. NOTHING! And mostly it’s nothing getting done.

Good bad or otherwise, we will continue to call out these pretentious posers on their fraud on the public.

Today, the blog New Mexico Politics with Joe Monaghan reported that TJ Wilham was fired from his Albuquerque Police Department real time crime center position. You can read Monahan’s Blog by clicking on the banner on the right side of our front page. 

For years Wilham has been the go between for Schultz and the media when Schultz needed a reliable source to spin his propaganda and deflection to the public as he used everything in his way to enrich himself while destroying the place, then fleeing like the punk he is. We bet TJ is wondering where his boy Schultz is now. Probably wondering if Kathy Levy can help him too. That answer is no.

This was a long time coming.

This move by the Keller administration was one of the top 10 moves they could have made. It shows that there may be slow progress, but progress is coming. Now for the proving of worthiness of the current commanders.

Over the years this person has showed up at crime scenes, fouling them up. He was in Ray Schultz and Kathryn Levy’s inner circle of jerks, and has had his filthy hands in every controversial political firing that was justified and unjustified.  We are not going to beat a dead Hippopotamus over this, so we will just say this. Thank you to the current administration for taking a positive step towards righting wrongs, and denying access to the past filth responsible for the ruination of a city and police department, and thanks to Joe Monaghan for being on top of it, and getting it out there.

We wonder how Kent Walz over at the Albuquerque Urinal feels about losing his inside boy.

Where is Willoughby? The Chavez order, and why are criminal city attorneys still employed, after being caught lying? No Balls Judges, Sour Grapes, The Rael / Medina connection, why we are about to start in, and The Blind Leading the Blind.

Where are you boy?
It seems the bloviated mouthpiece for the Albuquerque Police Officers Association has been MIA since last week. Nobody has seen Mr. Willoughby. This is an issue, because how can you miss him?

Those down at the APOA are keeping their mouths shut. Word is, there are conflicting stories about his whereabouts. What our Eyes are wondering is about timesheet accountability, and the true reason for not being at work. Something stinks when everybody claims they do not know anything. Is Mr. Willoughby being paid for work when he is not there. Are his time sheets truthful? We will see, when Mister Willoughby surfaces for air.

It is going to be interesting to see how contract negotiations go.

Criminals in the Attorney’s Office still lying and obstructing

It seems those who were working under the previous filth bag assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy aka Virginia, who fled, along with the rest of the vermin, are carrying on with her tradition of vindictiveness, deception, conspiracy to defraud the courts, and are still blocking justice from taking it’s course. In short, they are still carrying the water of their predecessors, in order to protect them from accountability for their criminal actions. There are still people in place in the City Attorney’s office who were taught by criminals how to be mob attorney’s and they are continuing in their malfeasant and willfully criminal behavior. Below is an example of it. Below you can read where a judge calls out these dishonest creeps and cowards. Here is one of only a few judges who have the balls to call these worms out on their antics.

After reading the above documents, it is hard to believe that those responsible have not been terminated, but in a world where our own public defender’s office hires a convicted felon as a paralegal, there really is no surprise is there? Are there no attorney’s or public officials bound by ethics to take action on this?

The Albuquerque Urinal Newspaper recently did another article on officers who were allegedly harassing an individual who has spoken out about the Albuquerque Police Department, and it’s corruption problem. Below is former APD Sergeant Dan Klein’s take on the judges opinion, and frankly we concur.

The pussies elected and retained to make the hard decisions have been more than remiss in their duties. They are nutless cowards. They know exactly what they are doing. For a decade we have had police chiefs lying in press conferences, under oath, and on paper. Their underlings swore to it. Everyone else turned a blind eye, and their attorney’s covered it all up, or paid it away with your tax monies. What do you do when the last line of checks and balances turns a bling eye, or is too much of a political pussy to drop the hammer? You make sure everyone knows they are an unethical pussy who is afraid to do their job. That is what you do.

For years the biggest cowards in city government, the media, and the courts have blamed in directions that were soft targets for that blame; those who do not pose a threat to their political careers or pocket books. That, friends is cowardly... the one characteristic all of these people share. Well, they made a mistake. (Those they thought would pose no threat to their political careers or pocket books) You see, you just can not fuck with people, and think all of them are going to take it.

Self Absorbed Sour Grapes
Some of our Eyes are disappointed in the things transpiring. We are too. Some commenters who voice their displeasure are disappointed also, but they want to blame this blog. That is funny as hell. They think a blog should own something for supporting a mayoral candidate who has been a mayor for only a few months, whom they are disappointed in. Well, if that is not the typical Albuquerque behavior that got us here, and the epitome of the word PUNK. To these comments, we will consider the source, and get a good laugh or two. Our mission to deny the Berry Perry Schultz machine was accomplished. We will deal with the new problems as they come, but for the clowns who want to claim this blog needs to regain any sort of validity, you can piss off. We have exposed all of this. If you think you can do better, by all means start a blog. If we have gotten one deserved filth bag fired or helped out one case where someone was illegally steamrolled it is probably safe to say it is more than any of these crying loudmouths have done for anyone, besides themselves in a lifetime. Maybe these know it all clowns could have exposed the Santolina Clan behind getting their people elected. Maybe they would be happier if we let Colon get elected. You know, the one who works for the law firm representing disgraced and exiled former police chief Ray Schultz and who is now running for New Mexico State Auditor where he and his boy Hector Balderas can continue to help out their Boy Luis Robles who is Ray Schultz’s Attorney. So much for any of the past corruption being punished if
that happens.

Why Medina?
Everyone has been asking why Harold Medina was brought back. The answer is Rael. Chief Operating Officer for the CAO Lawrence Rael and Medina are boys. That is why he was brought back. Everyone who threw support to Mayor Keller brought self serving baggage, requests, and ultimatums for their support to the table. Every one of them said I will support you if you give me this. WE DID NOT, AND WE CAN PROVE IT.

The APOA got their little man Art Sanchez promoted, and we will be watching what Willoughby and his buddy, who is a proven liar in court... Justin “the biggest gun I ever saw” Montgomery will get out of this deal. Brian Colon got his favors, and people taken care of, even after all of the shit was thrown on Keller by his supporters, and many others are being put in places due to disgraceful political favors.

Many jackasses made fools out of themselves by attempting to predict things about this blog and why the motivation to have a say in the election. The grasp of Altruism eludes them, and that is why our city is a pit of violence, and out of control crime. It is because everyone is absorbed in what they can get for themselves, regardless of who, or what is getting trashed in that pursuit. There is no sacrifice.

The police brass, the city council, the mayors, those who keep their fucking mouths closed, knowing the wrong they are witnessing is destroying lives, those who run away, and those who enable this behavior willfully are all to blame. The word is out nationwide, and it is an embarrassment that what has transpired over the last decade has done so without one ounce of accountability or prosecution. Last month, the case where a mother’s child was killed by a police officer going 80 miles per hour to a call made the news again. Not because of the tragedy but, because the officer is suing the woman.
This made world news. There is almost one homicide a day, and we have little miss play NCIS clowns in that unit. There are barricaded suspects, shootings, robberies, and auto thefts happening by the dozens. The international district is not the war zone. The entire city is. Years of all of this, and the Attorney General is crickets on the Schultz Tasergate kickback investigation. Who is to blame? Everyone knows exactly who is to blame.

While we are at it, Lieutenant Jennifer Garcia was promoted to Commander of Internal Affairs, then promptly removed after only a record three months, and transferred to Traffic because she fucked up shit so badly. That is called fucking up!

No Means to Repair
So, as we look to the future, we are realizing that there is no means to repair the damage done and the insightful quote from former District Attorney Kari Brandenburg about the fix for this mess taking decades has never been clearer or more true.

The current command staff does not have the ability, experience, or competence to fix the city. Compliance with reform, and fixing the city are two very different things. Compliance may come to fruition, but it takes real cops to be able to operate within parameters set forth to eradicate the crime problem with aggressive skilled policing. This is not going to happen, because there are not many in it for the right reasons. Sad to say, but it is true. It is not about the money, as we here at the Eye have always maintained. Below is a video of that issue being discussed. It seems that the city attorney’s office is still carrying water for Perry and Berry’s horse shit excuse that their corruption was not, and is not the current reason for the mass hemorrhage of officers leaving for other places, or retiring, and those who are stuck with APD shutting down out of fear. Yes they all shut down out of fear of what was unjustly done to a dozen officers by Schultz and Eden, to keep the federal heat off of their own asses for corruption, racketeering, and other RICO related offenses. The fact is that there is no proactive policing by officers going on at all. Officers answer their radio calls, then find a place to park until the next call comes in. Over the last two weeks emails were sent out to officers citywide looking for volunteers to work, or stay over in area commands that did not have enough officers to work the shift. Folks, this is deadly, and our administration picked a few of the wrong people to listen to. They will have to deal with that mistake, but citizens will have to suffer for it. We are not going to have it!

Since this administration has no clue about why the place is in meltdown, maybe another candid survey is in order or a confidence vote. They seemed to have a clue before the election. What happened to that clue?

Maybe a few of the stale old political washed up talking heads that ran their mouths before the election, but are now silent can chime in. Probably not, but one thing is for sure, the same old clowns will be given chance after chance as they shit all over the place while those doing their jobs are trashed. There is a clue! Maybe that is why nobody gives a shit. This place is lead by a bunch of blind, self serving, nest feathering, malfeasants, with no moral compass, who would never risk any exposure whatsoever to do the right thing.

And we still give out gift certificates from a Police Supply Store who is owned by a coward creep who conspired with Ray Schultz to violate the civil rights, and due process of dozens of officers that Schultz wanted retaliated against through trumped up charges, and falsified government documents, in order to feel good about himself, and distract the federal Department of Justice, as co-chair of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board.... Another reason it is still treacherous to be a police officer in the state of New Mexico. He is representing one who is charged with election fraud felonies, who is currently under restraining orders from public officials and who likes to sabotage good candidates from elections solely because they are against the Santolina Development Plan. We didn’t know there was a Miranda Investigative Unit in the Albuquerque Police Department. We smell shit here folks and that form states under penalty of perjury.

This attorney seems to take all of the cases that involve political complaints, lobbying and finger pointing that the other political attorneys associated with this administration do not want to be connected with, but want to benefit from, Santolina antics being one of them now.

Frankly, we are all tired of the self serving politics of this administration, under Martinez and Berry. This guy has used a private email account to arrange trips with his lobbying clients, and off limits meetings involving government officials and clients over a multi million dollar contract.
This is all reminiscent of the trips Ray Schultz and Kathryn Levy were given by Taser to the Stingaree club in California, while Ray was Greasing that contract.

This attorney actually sued Sandoval County to tie up ballots for his Republican clients, and tried to get the tax payers to foot the $180,000 bill. More of the exact type of antics we are all tired of.

Just when you thought you have seen the highest level of disgusting behavior, along comes another surprise. Just when you thought you have seen it all, along comes yet another surprise. We here at the Eye rarely question the lunacy we see, when it comes to political appointments, political elections, and promotions, because we know what drives the machine. As many of us sit, and watch the world continually take a shit right in front of our eyes, it is crap like we are about to tell you that truly confirms it. What we do is connect the dots and keep you informed.

We are going to severely deviate from our standard practice of refraining from posting links to a certain rag, in light of the current circumstances. On Saturday the Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal printed a story concerning the new, or as the Elf on the shelf, Gilbert Montaño puts it, "diametrically different," Taser contract that was just struck with the city. In this story little guy Montaño who is the CHIEF OF RICHARD BERRY'S STAFF, tries hard to set this contract apart from the "other" contract with the usual Mayor Smallfruit two step, word game. Montaño claims it is different, but provides no factual basis on just "how" it really is, and nobody presses the matter or asks the hard questions. As usual, the city gets caught, and just gets to say everything is okay. Move along. There's nothing here to see. Not this time!

If you remember when the media got a hold of the emails between Raymond Daniel Schultz, and the Taser executive he was conspiring with to rig the bidding process for the police on body cameras, you will remember this. Ray advised this Taser executive that the deal was "greased," and that he "would have the ear of the mayor" even after he (Ray Left). Wow! Now that is an ethical conundrum if you ask us! If you remember, deals with Taser were going for years prior to the Taser deal Schultz rigged, and the rigged deal was in the works, as the DoJ announced they were coming in to look at the Albuquerque Police Department. Coincidentally, Ray and this administration went into overdrive burning officers, or outright framing them in order to fool the DoJ into reconsidering their possible investigation. This is exactly where the morale issue, and attrition rate within APD started. As this was being done, Schultz, his Deputy Chiefs, assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy, and chief operating officer Robert Perry were tampering with witnesses, lying in court hearings, making evidence disappear, withholding facts that were not in line with their agendas, defrauding the courts, extorting hearing officers, intimidating employees, and anything else they could do, in their desperation to stave off the Federal Department of Justice probe. They were terrified of what the Feds would really stumble on; the widespread and bottomless public corruption plaguing this city and the enrichment of gluttonous public officials on the backs of betrayed employees and the tax paying public.

Shortly after all of this came to light, the Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal proclaimed "right man for the job" fled to the MEMORIAL VILLAGES POLICE DEPARTMENT, NEAR HOUSTON TEXAS, where his buddy JD Sanders was the chief. JD created a nice assistant chief spot for Ray, out of appreciation for Ray and his buddy Nate Korn assisting him in keeping his New Mexico police officer certification. Ray parachuted into that spot just prior to the Taser criminal investigation debacle coming to light. How convenient! Mr. top cop goes to a dozen man PD in Texas, as their assistant chief, working for a chief he has more experience than. Not only did Ray flee, but all of his Deputy Chiefs took off, several commanders fled, along with many other employees, and city officials. Of course, Kathryn Levy stayed behind for as long as she could to push through a few more of the last remaining fraud on the court cases they used to cover their tracks. Yes, Levy stayed until it got too hot around town, and she knew justice was closing in like it is now. Somehow we think there is no place to retire that's too far away for extradition.

Well folks, here's the punchline. Ray Schultz is no longer the assistant police chief of Memorial Villages Police Department. No! He's the Police chief now. It seems as though the Memorial Villages Police Department Board of Commissioners is just as fucked up, twisted, and mentally challenged as the Administration running the City of Albuquerque, and everyone else who has turned a blind eye to what this scum bag coward has done to employees, this city, and it's citizens.

Yes folks, Memorial Villages Police Department has just promoted to police chief a man who is under investigation for public corruption. If you do not want to read the article we cut out the exact part where THE NMAG STATED THAT SCHULTZ IS STILL CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION. Pretty goddamn amazing if you ask us. No wonder why law enforcement in this country is a mess.

Below is the Facebook post announcing this utter disgrace, and slap in the face to everyone who lives with honor, and puts in a good honest day's hard work.

Observe the irony in the statements. It is obvious the author of that mess did no factual research. Ray Schultz is a liar. He has lied under oath in hearings and in court. The facts are all public. They actually said he had "strong leadership." Considering this coward fled his Police Chief position, leaving a city in shambles, as a federal investigation began into his department just after he said he looked forward to fixing things but after he got caught rigging the Tazer no bid contract, then taking employment with the company he rigged the bid for..... we say are you kidding us! Where is that a model of leadership? Maybe this Texas village will see for the first time what civil liability is all about the minute Ray Schultz has to take the stand in a civil case, and is impeached by information provided to the plaintiff proving Schultz has lied under oath numerous times. That's just the tip of the iceberg. There's the evidence room scandal. The time card fraud investigation. Yea. Didn't ask Ray about that? Well, ask and ye shall receive, just not from the liar himself.

Notice the wording, when they announce his experience. Notice how they are proud to have him, but only announce he served as a Police Chief of "a major metropolitan city." The wording in that statement speaks volumes. Being in Albuquerque, and knowing the police chiefs, as we know them, we all know how egotistical the lying, corrupt, coward, sacks of shit they are. We all know how they like their reputation to precede them, or want everyone to know who they are, but not Ray, or his Commission. No. You know why? Because they deliberately left it out, to avoid scrutiny over the landfill of baggage this asshole has. You see, the internet is unforgiving, as is the past. What is more unforgiving is the TRUTH, and the memories of those you screwed over to get to where you are. In Coward Ray's case, a whole city.

There is no coincidence that Ray's representation in this criminal matter is the same attorney who taught force under contract at the APD Police Academy, and whom Ray called on to frame two officers.

Ray may have gotten a little Christmas present, but the ghosts of Christmas past will not forget.

Remember this you creep.... It hurts a lot more the higher you fall.

We would like to advise city council that with an election coming up, and the video altering scandal, their ratification of anything concerning this "diametrically different, tentative contract" would be anything but ethical, regardless of what the administration thinks or who still has their ear. The appearance of impropriety is an understatement, and the deal is a slap in the public face and salt in an open wound. With a current criminal investigation still ongoing, it would show poor judgement, and just plain stupidity. Imagine the embarrassment if indictments come. There may be possibly up to three active federal investigations concerning Schultz.


Quit a few need to go to prison.

Here's a familiar one. "You ready for the firestorm?"

Well.... are ya Ray? Maybe you should just go to the feds, and confess. Fall on the sword. You know they have your case.

THE EPITOME OF HYPOCRISY

For the last year you wouldn't have even known Ray Schultz was the assistant chief of anywhere with the low profile he has been keeping. It seems he is getting a little bold, and decided to poke his head out into the light, despite being under investigation, and this is what we here at the Eye discovered in social media. We think you too will be amazed at this guys hypocrisy and audacity. This is our response to his rhetoric. Although some of his examples may be true about the way officers are being treated, it is beyond our restraint to tolerate it coming from his mouth considering his track record and past.

We all know how conniving Ray is, and what he is trying to do here. Ray is hoping that if action is taken criminally against him for what he did here, those he is fleecing in Texas will support him, feel sorry for him, and not turn on him because of the way he is acting now. Too late for that. He is already working the angle just like Ray does.

To both of you police chiefs,

How dare either of you open your mouths about the degradation of law enforcement in our country, or lie about the real reason why good officers are leaving police departments; especially you Ray Schultz. You actually have the guts to talk about officers feeling like they will be abandoned, terminated ridiculed and prosecuted? You wrote the book on treating your officers that way. Now you want to express your grief over tragedy? You actually have the guts to cry about police chiefs having to retire early because they do not have the fortitude to stand up like a man, and do the jobs they are paid well above their officers to do? Are you really going to take the stance that the media pressure is too much for you police executives? No leader ever cries that pressure is too much to bear when sticking up for his men. And you are right about police chiefs running away. Both of you left your departments while under scrutiny, because both of you are cowards. You do not resign, retire or run when you are right.

And Ray Schultz, you hypocrite and liar. There was a tragedy in your own former police department not long ago where an officer who worked under you as you were the chief was murdered. You and your boss JD, both ignored that, because neither of you wanted your past to follow you. You did not want anyone there to know anything more than the superficial facts of you being from New Mexico, and you did not want them finding out anything about your work history. You knew if you posted a Facebook condolence, it would bring attention to you there. You are a disgrace. After all of the things that you have done, or have ordered done to your officers in the Albuquerque police department over the years to violate their civil rights, I find your words here to be the utmost in hypocrisy, and blatant attempt to be the opposite of what you are; a dishonorable liar. Argue this, and I will provide mountains of evidence of you lying under oath. You say "Law enforcement is an interesting profession, as it is the only job where sometimes you can do everything right, or to the best of your ability, and someone will still not be happy." Then you have the audacity to talk about how the media portrays officers? You must have forgotten everything you have done in your career! The evidence room scandal, the no bid contracts, the Taser scandal that YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNDER GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION FOR. Tell the people of Memorial Villages Texas what you did to your officers in order to keep the Department of Justice from investigating your former agency, and finding out about all of the illegal things you have done. Tell them how you used the television media, and the Albuquerque Journal Newspaper to spread your lies, in order to judge officers you wanted to frame for political reasons, when they did their jobs. Tell your citizens there Ray, about how you directed investigations to frame officers in order to retaliate against them for speaking out against corruption or to distract a federal investigation away from you, then how cases were settled to make it all go away. Tell everyone how you covered for rampant sexual misconduct within the Albuquerque police department, and how you stifled studies and memorandums written to address the problems of this misconduct and officer suicides. You are nothing but a fraud. You could care less about your officers. What you have written here is the exact opposite of what you have exemplified for over thirty years in Albuquerque. You are an embarrassment, and betrayer to the oath that police officers take. You could have cared less about the community, as you sat in countless city council meetings, taunting and threatening older citizens of Albuquerque for justifiably criticizing you over your misconduct. Your dishonesty in countless depositions, and civil cases cost the city of Albuquerque over $30,000,000 in payouts. That is being modest. Everyone under your command, including you, fled a police department in meltdown, as soon as the Federal Department of Justice announced they were coming. The flow of police brass fleeing has not stopped since. No, police chiefs do not run away because their feelings are hurt. They run like you did to avoid scrutiny. What you wrote here is nothing but complete fluff to make the people of that community think you actually care about something more than filling your pockets with their money. The fallout from your malfeasance, has brought the APD attrition rate to an all time high, and they can not get officers to replace the ones leaving the department that you destroyed. They will be going to dangerous 12 hour shifts now, and it will continue to worsen. It is disgusting that you would take advantage of such a tragedy to paint yourself the pillar of justice, and protector of your troops while crying about pressures being put on you, that the likes of you alone created, when all these years you spread lies through the media about your employees, and department. Archive searches show just how much you got away with and deposition records show your compulsive dishonesty. Officers fled the Albuquerque police department as you tried to burn them like firewood to protect yourself. The truth about what is happening, is that officers are trying to do their job. They are caught between the media who spins information and perception against them, the criminals on the street who try and kill them, and coward police chiefs like you, and your politician handlers, who promote yourselves on their backs, by scapegoating, and using them at every turn, to deflect blame away from yourself for promoting poor behavior, and enriching yourselves, by abusing your position and influence, while betraying the trust of the public. Only a coward makes excuses or cries for pity during the tragedy suffered by another agency. A true leader makes change. They surely don't run when confronted, unless they have something to hide like you did. You did not even have the courage to stand up what you did when questioned. You gutlessly took the 5th. So go ahead and try to get ahead of this one by claiming you can't please everyone, calling sour grapes, and your favorite, the one you always fall back on, the disgruntled employee accusation, because there are boatloads of evidence where you were caught lying, and depositions were redone to correct your lies, you lied under oath at hearings, and your former city attorney Kathryn Levy permitted your perjury. It is no coincidence that she resigned early too. You have no defense, and anything you claim to refute this is just more lies.

The truth is that the officers who worked under your regime would rather face criminals with guns, rather then be set up by you, and retaliated against, when they stood up for themselves against you, and your criminal network.

You say that you are fortunate to work for your community? You are fortunate to still have your law enforcement certification, and not be indicted for your actions in Albuquerque, yet. You have never served with distinction, and you do not know the first thing about honor. Your final words are even more ironic as you have made not only mistakes, but deliberately committed dishonorable, disgusting and illegal acts, targeted people, retaliated against employees, and even destroyed innocent lives for your own gain and self preservation. You have owned nothing, and never did. Instead, you ran away twice from Albuquerque when the heat came down on you. You ran to Scottsdale the first time you retired, when the evidence room scandal hit under your watch, then you ran again to Texas as your efforts to stave off a federal investigation into APD failed, as you were piecing together your no bid Taser contract. This was because you were terrified of getting caught. Now, as you enjoy your second retirement like a coward, an entire city is in meltdown because of your actions, and officers are leaving a department you destroyed by doing exactly the opposite of the absolute crap you are feeding the citizens you serve now because you are desperate for a place to work, and know the only place that will take you is the place where you can call in a favor, or where you know somebody, especially after Taser let you go.

Everyone in Memorial Villages will see your true colors, no matter how hard you work to hide it. You are a fraud, and you made choices for yourself that ruined a city. Own that.

Maybe your attorney Louis Robles can speak for you, the same attorney you retained to defend you in the Taser matter, which happens to be the same one who you had on contract teaching at the academy for you for years among other things.

7/1/16 SNOWFLAKE OF THE MONTH AWARD

A few years ago, former officer Robert Woolever's New Mexico law enforcement certification was revoked without a hearing, by a corrupted, biased, and bought hearing officer. This same hearing officer's name has come up quite a few times in regards to improper decisions, favoritism, unfairness, agenda, and fixing hearings. The most recent involved his former coworker, Jessica Tyler. He tried to whitewash her accountability, concerning actions initiated by the Bernalillo county Sheriff's office, where she resigned as a current internal affairs investigation was ongoing. The NMLEA board saw otherwise recently. The light is being shined on the board now, and things are changing. In the spirit of the chickens coming home to roost, we will be giving out the first SNOWFLAKE OF THE MONTH AWARD to a very fitting, behind the scenes character, and snake who thought he operated without detection.

Former APD officer Woolever protested the NMLEA hearings, by demanding another hearing officer, and stating the hearings were notoriously biased, corrupted and influenced by Ray Schultz, and his sidekick Nate Korn who sat on the board. Evidence of these allegations were provided to several outlets. Nate Korn benefitted from several sole source contracts funneled his way by Ray Schultz. AIMPOINT SIGHTS, BALLISTIC VESTS, SPIWAK PATROL JACKETS.... All APD cadets are directed to Kaufman's West LLC, to get their equipment, despite there being other suppliers in town, such as Nieves, and TLC. Korn coincidentally had a LLC called friends of SWAT, that APD Sgt. Jason Peck was an officer in. That LLC WAS REGISTERED TO THE VALLEY AREA COMMAND ADDRESS. The hearing officer in Woolever's case was none other than David Linthicum. The very same David Linthicum who is Darren White's BFF and business partner. Darren White was the public safety officer when Ray Schultz threw Woolever and his partner under the bus, to distract the federal investigation away from APD, in order to protect himself from the exposure of being caught for all of the illegal things he, and his cohorts have been doing for years. A lot of these fixed hearings got in under the wire, before the light has been shined on these cucarachas. Now, as is usual when the heat is on, and everyone is watching, people are being forced to do the right thing. Many cases are being looked at, and many people are being focused on for their responsibility in carrying out cowardly, and treacherous acts against people, for no other reason than to protect those that are out there abusing their positions, in order to profit. Many of these people are resigning, leaving, or in some instances, actually being booted out. These same people, (Hypocrites) who are in positions where they level targeted scrutiny on others, lie, fabricate, and falsify evidence, omit exonerating evidence, disallow positive testimony, conspire to violate civil rights, and stack the deck to take care of their criminal friends, who call in favors out of retaliation, or obstructing federal investigations can never, and do never weather scrutiny at any level, minus the treachery and crimes they expose their victims to. They can't even withstand a question into the matter, without running, let alone a fair investigation into their conduct. As a matter of fact, as soon as the sunlight is shined remotely in their direction, they flee. These gypsy consultants, and snake oil carpetbaggers go running to the hills as soon as they get a hint that their gig is up. They are SNOWFLAKES. If you want to act like a hitman for a corrupt administration, have a spine when it is time to pay the DJ. The toleration is over.

Schultz uses Cronies to his Advantage

As expected, New Mexico’s LEA board rubber stamped and accepted APD Chief, Ray Schultz’s proposal to automatically have a law enforcement officer’s certification be placed in suspended status when that officer is charged with a felony crime. As our Eyes reported, fellow board member and “citizen at large” Nate Korn, and owner of Albuquerque city police contract supplier Kaufman’s West, also voted in support of this measure.

“The misconduct definitely occurred, but the officer on a technicality slipped through the cracks.” For these reasons, Chief Schultz apparently thinks its ok to subvert, and side step, the Constitution of the United States. As Chief Schultz stated in an interview, an officer’s certification is like a license and failure to meet certain requirements may lead to its suspension. Yes, thank you Chief Schultz we are aware of that. And like your statement about officers needing probably cause in order to stop a person for DWI, you are once again wrong. A person’s driver’s license gets placed in suspended status when they fail to do certain things or are to have been found to have committed certain violations NOT when they are accused of wrong doing. A “certain thing” necessary to deprive a person of their license is more than a suspicion. As with a criminal indictment, an officer facing felony charges is again accused of doing something. While Chief Schultz seems to routinely forget we are not in 1933 Germany. Under OUR laws, a person is presumed innocent until they are proven guilty. Our Legal Eyes tell us that what Chief Schultz and Mr. Korn are proposing is simply a violation of due process in an effort to remove a person’s property interest in their job. With an officer’s certification suspended, the means by which Chief Schultz can terminate the officer’s employment is clear and fast. We are not saying people have a “right” to be police officers. What we are saying is that once a person is employed, the courts recognize one’s employment as their property. And you cannot take away a person’s property without due process.

Look, we recognize that if an officer has been charged with a serious misdemeanor or felony crime, their ability to function as a police officer is all but impaired. However, remedies exist to deal with this scenario in order to respect the presumption of an officer’s innocence. The officer is relieved of their badge and gun and they are assigned an administrative duty outside of sworn officer responsibilities. In some cases administrative leave without pay may be justified. The case the media loves to point out is former APD officer Levi Chavez. But our Eyes tell us endless supervisors tried to have Mr. Chavez disciplined up through termination before the suspected murder of his late wife. There’s only one person who kept Mr. Chavez from being terminated: Chief Schultz. Now, Chief Schultz wants to put the cart before the horse and terminate officers before they’ve had their case adjudicated. There is considerable precedent where officers have been cleared of charges who have been reinstated because it was found that their termination was unjust. Chief Schultz likes to say “a prima facie showing” is all that is necessary. Maybe that logic works in his office but it doesn’t work in court or the real world. Ask former officer Timothy Chavez who was charged with rape and later cleared. He continues to collect payment from the city because APD terminated his employment unlawfully.

Given the mass exodus of the most senior and talented personnel from within APD we have to wonder to what lengths Chief Schultz will continue to go to deflect his failure upon people other than himself. Our Eyes tell us the lieutenant who has all but coordinated the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta will be retiring. Instead of anticipating this event, Chief Schultz assigned rookie supervisor Dodi Comacho as the balloon fiesta coordinator. Our Eyes tell us that her depth of experience in managing large scale events (remember the Downtown fiasco she was responsible for last winter?) has resulted in Chief Schultz assigning Commander Harold Medina and Lieutenant Fernando Aragon to assist her with this project. Instead of having one lieutenant manage the event, we now have two commanders and a lieutenant. And people wonder if the loss of experience and talent will cost the taxpayers??? Let’s also not forget the myriad issues other commander leaders have within Chief Schultz’s inner circle: DCOP Warfield has one confirmed excessive force judgment against him and one more pending. Commander Gonterman also has a judgment of excessive force against him which resulted in a bill of over $400,000 to the city’s taxpayers. Are these people going to be subject to the new LEA policy? Our Eyes tell us of course not because they are sworn to protect Chief Schultz.

Then, our Eyes tell us the APOA and FOP are all but silent in this matter. While we know many of our readers do not value organized labor, and we respect healthy dialogue, having labor push back on issues such as this is important to maintain balance. In the absence of balance, city and department leaders run amok and the effects of a demagogue such as Schultz are being seen in the spiraling debasement of a once fine agency. Now, under the reign of Chief Schultz, APD is the embodiment of arbitrary and disparate treatment of its officers. And the citizens are feeling the effects of this with poor policing, lack of trust, loss of experience and expertise, and constant scrutiny.

Remember that, in Chief Schultz’s own words, your civil rights are a mere technicality.
